The broadcast’s tone didn’t really change even after that.
In the case of this Q&A, it wasn’t content with the character of a hearing held to kill the opponent by asking questions for that purpose.
It was just that we were proceeding with the broadcast by gathering the questions that we had received for the YouTube subscriber.
There were some who had flowed in from the outside following some kind of route, but basically, they were things written down by people who had good feelings about Yu Sieun.
And even among those, they were questions that had been filtered once again by Yu Sieun, so there weren’t any strange kinds of questions among the questions that could be answered lightly.
Favorite foods.
It seemed Yu Sieun liked things like meat, and I was similar, so I gave the same answer.
Alcohol tolerance.
Yu Sieun said that she didn’t really know her own tolerance, and I, as someone who had directly witnessed Yu Sieun’s strength twice, released a little bit of the story.
Which type of person they liked more between older or younger… I didn’t know why Yu Sieun had put in questions like that, but Yu Sieun picked the younger ones.
It seemed she liked the younger ones because they had a cute and pure feeling.
I had the right not to answer the question, so I passed it over without answering.
Time flowed on like that.
“Huum. We’re already at the thirteenth question now. ‘I was wondering if Yu Sieun is your real name! If not, I’m curious how you came up with your nickname!’, someone asked.”
As Yu Sieun had said, the questions were quickly passing by and we had already reached the thirteenth question.
The content of the thirteenth question was about Yu Sieun’s broadcast name, EunSiyu, which she used on broadcasts.
“Hmm… Did I say this on the broadcast? I’m not sure, but well, it’s true that my name is Yu Sieun. I’m using the nickname because I thought that the feel wasn’t bad when I flipped my name around.”
It seemed Yu Sieun didn’t have a big aversion to the part where her real name was revealed. Perhaps that’s why she had the idea to make her broadcast name by flipping her real name as is from the start.
If you thought about the fact that there’s a tendency for no-cam broadcasters to avoid having their information be revealed to the outside, Yu Sieun’s case was probably a little unique.
“The nickname I use is just my real name flipped around too. When I was making my account a few months ago, I was wondering what to make my nickname… and I thought that I could just follow Unni’s lead and flip my name around, so I made it Soleun.”
When I revealed the background of how the nickname ‘Soleun’ of the account that had chat manager privileges came to be, following Yu Sieun’s answer, Yu Sieun turned her head and looked at me.
“Oh? Soleun-ah, are you trying to reveal your name?”
“……It’s okay with just my name, right? And I didn’t say my family name either, so.”
“Is that so. Then I can just call you Eunsol from now on? It’s been awkward to say Soleun-ah since earlier when I’ve been talking. There were a few times I almost called you Eunsol as is.”
“It’s okay. And you actually did call me Eunsol once earlier, Unni.”
“Really…? I didn’t know. It really is scary how much of a habit it becomes….”
After newly organizing the honorifics we would use during the broadcast, Yu Sieun moved the mouse and put the next question on the screen.
In the case of this question, there was a immediately apparent difference compared to the questions up until now. The volume was about four times as long.
I would have to say it reminded me of a bowl that was full to the brim with white rice.
“Ah, I remember this one. There was someone on YouTube who left the questions in detail, so I just moved them in their entirety.”
Still, it was a question that wasn’t filled with weird content.
If we answered the questions that were on the screen now, I thought that we would probably have answered almost everything about things related to the YouTube channel.
Since I was the person who had to answer as it was a question related to the channel, I read the first question slowly and carefully.
“Well, the first thing they’re asking about is how much time it takes to make one video.
That actually varies a lot depending on the video. It also depends on whether corrections are made in the confirmation process or not.
If I make a rough average, I usually wake up and start working and finish around the early afternoon, so… I think you can think of the initial work as taking around 7 to 8 hours.”
“That’s right. I usually get the video from Eunsol about four to five hours before I start broadcasting. …Aren’t we doing labor exploitation? What do you mean by editing s*ave……!”
Since it seemed a little slander was being directed towards Yu Sieun through the chat, I blocked the human rights activist with a weapon from finding Yu Sieun by adding a little explanation.
“I sleep well while working. The editing speed is also a little fast… and it seems it’s possible since there aren’t any parts that take a lot of effort in our channel’s videos.
And Unni gives me all the editing points after the broadcast, so it’s very easy for me. So that’s why I can play a few games of LoL and watch Unni’s broadcasts too.”
After my words ended, Yu Sieun moved the topic to the second question that was on the screen.
“With this, almost everything about our video making process has come out. After the broadcast ends, we organize the parts where I roughly captured the framework of the video and send it, and then Eunsol makes it and we go through revisions together and upload it.
Someone asked who makes the thumbnail, and I draw them sometimes, and Eunsol makes them sometimes too. It seems it varies depending on the video content.”
Now that we had resolved several questions at once, the last part remaining from the big bowl of rice was the question related to the start of the YouTube channel.
The reason for starting to run the fan YouTube.
Since it was a phrase that was closely linked to the recent past, it was as if old memories and the feelings from that time were rising up.
“It feels like a long time ago since it was the fan YouTube. Actually, it was only a few months ago that I got hired as Unni’s editor.”
“It doesn’t feel that long ago to me. The first time I saw you is still vivid to me.”
“The memories are vivid to me too. But it’s like I can’t remember a time when I wasn’t Sieun Unni’s editor…. Well, to answer the question, the reason I first created the fan YouTube was fan spirit. While steadily running it, I honestly also had the thought that it would be good if I could go on to become the official YouTube editor someday.
If I looked at it apart from fan spirit, it seemed like Unni would definitely succeed with the broadcast.”
Honestly, it wasn’t the thinking of a normal video editor.
The decision to run a fan YouTube channel without pay, saying that she would take on the editing work of a broadcaster who didn’t have much of a scale yet and who wasn’t even recruiting, was a little too unrealistic.
Some of the people writing in the chat were also mentioning that fact. Recklessness, you could say, or something like that.
[‘OO’-nim sent ₩10,000!]
<That means it’s fate>
“Perhaps you’re right. Then it seems I’ve grasped the fate that I would become Unni’s editor well.”
But since I now had good results in my hands, that unordinariness and recklessness were changing into the word ‘fate’ in people’s heads and describing the relationship between Yu Sieun and me.
It was when the light questions were almost coming to a close, quite a bit of time after starting the Q&A, that Yu Sieun brought up the declaration that she would change the character of the questions.
“Well. I think we’ve answered almost all the average questions by now, so now it’s time to talk about things that are a little more serious, or something? Anyway, things that are hard to answer lightly. I have questions that I’d been collecting separately.”
I roughly knew what kinds of things were in the list of those questions.
Questions such as the future direction of the broadcast, or whether she had the intention to reveal her face. They were the kinds of questions that were in the back when I had read the question list roughly earlier.
“Well… There were a lot of people who asked about the direction of the broadcast that I’m thinking of for the future. I guess it means whether I have thoughts of broadcasting in other directions as well as LoL?”
Yu Sieun paused for a moment before continuing to speak.
“As for general games, or content that proceeds specially like today, I definitely have thoughts of trying it.
Expanding the scope of the broadcast is something that’s needed, after all. I’m thinking of trying game broadcasts that I proceed in collaboration with other streamers or… things like that if I have the opportunity in the future.”
Good
Those kinds of things are good
That’s good
Even if you started broadcasting with Legend of Legacy, expanding the field was needed in order to grow to a larger scale and survive for a long time.
Just like businesses are gradually increasing the scope of their activities, expanding the broadcast content was a task that every streamer had to do without fail.
After mentioning the direction of the broadcast, Yu Sieun brought up the topic with the most explosiveness in today’s Q&A broadcast.
“And, next to talk about is… this was a question I received a ton.”
I thought that a bomb would probably drop in the chat window soon.
That was the structure: that there would be no other way to interpret Yu Sieun’s answer to the topic that would be mentioned.
“It’s about whether there are plans to reveal my face, and to tell you the conclusion first….”
Yu Sieun, dragging out her words, finished the sentence by expressing a clear intention.
“There are.”
About 3 seconds later, the chat window met a sudden end due to an explosion.
It was early summer.
