“Lee Do-ha.”
It was a lethargic afternoon.
The early autumn breeze was fresh, the sunlight was warm, and his stomach was comfortably full.
It was the kind of day where sitting in a classroom made sleepiness wash over you, causing your head to nod rhythmically.
And that was exactly what Lee Do-ha was doing.
Unable to resist the overwhelming drowsiness, he was nodding off vigorously with his chin propped in his hand.
Lee Do-ha opened his eyes at the sensation of a finger poking his side.
“…”
The surroundings were deathly silent.
Lee Do-ha bit his lip as he slowly lowered the hand that had been supporting his chin.
‘I know this atmosphere.’
The professor standing at the podium was looking at him with a strange glint in his eyes, and every single gaze in the room was pinned squarely on him.
A few people were even holding up their phones.
And, the ground beneath his feet was glowing with a deep blue light.
Right, he knew this.
Lee Do-ha slowly lowered his gaze.
Directly beneath the chair where he sat, on the classroom floor, a brilliant blue summoning circle was unfolding.
It was his thirty-second summoning.
“Hello.”
He was already covering his mouth, but Lee Do-ha found himself at a complete loss for words nonetheless.
Even setting aside the nauseating stench of blood and the dizzying spectacle of gore, the man was breathtakingly handsome—enough to make one gasp—yet he was so deathly pale that his good looks were almost eclipsed.
It was hard to distinguish his face from his brilliant platinum blonde hair.
It was only natural.
Every drop of blood in his body was currently spilling onto the ground.
The sight of him greeting Do-ha so nonchalantly while looking as if he would drop dead from excessive blood loss at any moment made the hair on the back of Do-ha’s neck stand on end.
“…Crazy.”
“I finally get to see your face. You’re quite handsome.”
“…Are you a madman?”
“That madman is about to die, so will you save me?”
