The Shining Knight’s Odd Eyes

Ruti has always been different.

Born with ominous heterochromia and blessed with striking golden hair, she was raised deep within the forest by a mysterious dwarf. But when she encounters the demon Sorotel, a desperate bargain changes her fate forever.

Few  years later, the forest lies in ruins, and Ruti is its only survivor.

Then an Imperial search party arrives.

Its leader, Jerond Boven Gladzor, notices something no one else can see—Ruti’s mismatched eyes. Intrigued by the strange girl, he offers her a choice:

“Will you become the first human I’ve found in this forest… or will you come with me to my castle?”

Ruti chooses the castle.

But there’s one problem.

Jerond believes she is a mute human woman.

And Ruti intends to keep it that way.

Because if he discovers the truth about her past—and what Sorotel left inside her…

Will he still let her stay by his side?
