“This planet is truly barren.”
The girl in the cloak stood on the barren desert.
Before her was a boundless desert and the remains of creatures scattered everywhere, as well as humanoid creatures that did not seem very intelligent.
“I’m bored anyway, so I’ll pretend to be a creator for once.”
The girl chuckled lightly and walked towards the distant desert.
Time flew like a shuttle.
Tens of thousands of years passed.
Magical beasts slowly appeared, and humans also slowly appeared.
Trees stood tall, turning into forests one after another.
Humans built houses and buildings, and began to use the various elements and magic that existed in the world.
And besides the magical beasts, humans were divided into two camps: one led by the hero, and the other by the demon king, the demon people.
The two factions were in a constant state of struggle, yet they were at a strange point of balance.
Watching the struggle between the two factions, the girl sat on a cliff, like a real creator, humming a song leisurely and gently swinging her legs.
No one dared to approach this cliff, because they all knew that on the cliff lived the “god” who had given them knowledge and power—
The “god’s” name was—
“Where there is black, there is white; where there is light, there is shadow.”
Mianbao’s voice was clear and cold.
“Everything has its opposite. Only then can it exist in this world.”
“You’re actually completely fine!?”
Ye Cheng’s eyes widened abruptly, looking in disbelief as Mianbao slowly climbed up from the ground and calmly patted the dust off her body.
Ye Cheng was sure he had crushed almost all of this delicate girl’s internal organs, but now the girl standing in front of him had a smooth and flat abdomen.
He could even faintly see her cute little belly button through her tattered clothes.
If not for the fact that she had indeed climbed up from where Mianbao was, with the clothes on her abdomen all shattered, Ye Cheng would have almost suspected that the person in front of him was not the same beautiful girl from before.
“Back then…”
Mianbao hesitated, pressing her slender fingers to her forehead.
A blue light flashed past her right hand, condensing into a blade of ice.
Ice-blue lines, resembling clothes, also began to form around her body.
“Is it ‘her’?”
Hu Qingyu wiped the blood from the corner of his mouth.
Looking at Miss Mianbao’s familiar yet unfamiliar appearance, he recognized that the current Mianbao was the “Miss Mianbao” he had met in Lange Village before.
“Something’s not right.”
Xifeilisi’s voice was filled with uncertainty.
“This little girl gives me a very familiar feeling, but I can’t remember.”
“Almost, this body was almost broken by you.”
“Mianbao” lowered her head and touched her stomach.
“If not for her, this body would have kicked the bucket.”
Mianbao muttered to herself, as if the dangerous Demon King Ye Cheng did not exist.
“Am I invisible to you!?”
Ye Cheng flew into a rage, murderously extending his hand to attack “Mianbao.”
“Ignorant.”
“Mianbao’s” cherry-blossom-like lips opened and closed, speaking words that seemed to know no bounds.
She raised her sword and lightly swiped at the empty space before her.
At the same time, a blue light shot through the air and shone on one of Ye Cheng’s hands.
Ye Cheng screamed.
Along with his voice, the demon king’s claw, which was a part of his body, was thrown high into the air.
Then it fell miserably to the ground not far away.
Unstoppable demon blood gushed from Ye Cheng’s severed hand like a spring, forming a small pool on the ground.
“So noisy.”
“Mianbao” frowned her delicate and beautiful eyebrows in annoyance.
The ice blade fell again, blowing a terrifyingly bone-chilling cold wind that froze the wound on Ye Cheng’s severed hand, and at the same time, froze Ye Cheng’s wide-open mouth.
Ye Cheng’s extremely fierce eyes stared viciously at “Mianbao.”
If looks could really kill, Mianbao would probably have toured the eighteenth level of hell hundreds of times by now.
【Bastard! How can I be defeated by a mere ordinary human girl like this?! I absolutely will not allow it! I must speed up the fusion of the demon blood with you!】
Xifeilisi’s voice roared in Ye Cheng’s mind.
Ye Cheng’s body suddenly trembled.
A low groan of what seemed to be pain escaped his mouth.
Then, another pair of red and purple demon wings burst from his back.
The sharp claws of the remaining demon king’s claw also grew much longer in an instant.
Two more pairs of pitch-black chains with spikes grew out from Ye Cheng’s arms.
His eyes, now bright red and filled with murderous intent, stared unceasingly at “Mianbao.”
Low, beast-like roars occasionally escaped Ye Cheng’s mouth.
“Has the fusion level of the demon blood increased?”
“Mianbao” didn’t look nervous at all.
She held her sword and twirled it in the air, creating a beautiful sword flower.
“Even a mosquito is still meat. I’ll just barely stretch my muscles.”
In the depths of “Mianbao’s” golden eyes, the deep stardust seemed to swirl for a moment.
And the ice-blue structural lines around her body blurred for an instant before suddenly becoming a semi-transparent phantom.
It was a jacket of the same color with some dark blue armor that only reached “Mianbao’s” waist.
There was also something like a belt tied around “Mianbao’s” waist.
As for the lower body part, it was still those blue structural lines that were incomprehensible to look at.
Ye Cheng flapped his two pairs of wings and charged at “Mianbao” with terrifying speed.
The demon king’s claw closed as Ye Cheng moved, turning into a sharp and ferocious spike.
“Ting Tian · Guard.”
“Mianbao” held the ice blade in a reverse grip and viciously plunged it into the incredibly hard rock ground beneath her feet.
A huge ice wall, engraved with incomprehensible lines, erected an absolute barrier between “Mianbao” and the attacking Ye Cheng.
“Hmph!”
Ye Cheng’s red eyes glinted.
A red magic array unfolded before him, and a fire phoenix made of flames flew out with a sharp cry.
It crashed into the annoying ice wall with a violent firestorm.
Level-nine fire magic, Phoenix Impact.
The ice wall shattered with a crack, turning into a sky full of gorgeous ice crystals.
Ye Cheng passed through the ice crystals.
The spike, heralding death, aimed directly at “Mianbao,” who had been standing in the same spot from the very beginning.
“Ting Tian · Slash.”
“Mianbao” whispered, her hand holding the ice blade turning into a series of afterimages as she swung it with violent force.
The facts proved that the current “Mianbao’s” strength was terrifyingly high.
With just a single slash, she easily shattered the shield Ye Cheng had formed with all his demon king power.
“Tsk. A low-level creature is still a low-level creature.”
“Mianbao” sighed, whether out of boredom or helplessness.
She pointed her sword at the four-winged Demon King Ye Cheng, whom she had just cut down.
“Listen up, Xifeilisi and the new generation’s Demon King. This is a judgment upon you.”
“Xifeilisi, your memory is really not good. Have you really gotten old?”
“I hope you two can think it over properly in hell.”
【I remember!】
Xifeilisi roared in Ye Cheng’s mind.
【She is the one who created the First Epoch!】
【Lan’ernaduo · Cecilia!!】
