The sudden slap stunned everyone into complete silence.
Meimelou, whose cheek was swelling from the blow, lay on the ground and stared at Olivianne in disbelief. Her long black
hair was messy, hanging over her face as she mumbled:
“You… you actually hit me in front of everyone? The school rules say…”
“School rules?” Olivianne crouched down, widened her eyes, and sneered coldly as she grabbed Meimelou’s long black
hair. Then, in front of everyone, she shouted:
“What the hell are school rules?! Yeah, I taught you a lesson in public—so what? Who told you to steal my bestie’s
underwear?! Should I go tell Natasha’s father, the Duke, about this? That slap was just to help you remember. Got it?!”
“No, it wasn’t like that, I didn’t steal it…” Meimelou collapsed on the floor, shaking her head over and over in panic. She
tried to explain herself again, but Olivianne didn’t give her the chance to keep muddying the waters. The blue-haired loli
just gave a cold chuckle, then tilted her head:
“Oh? Still trying to deny it? In that case… Smack—!”
Without another word, Olivianne slapped her again, hard. Meimelou was knocked back to the floor with a scream,
clutching her face. Around them, no one dared to move. Even Cassius, one of the culprits, stood frozen, totally shocked by
how terrifying this little blue-haired girl was.
The only person who moved was Gawain. The brave hero stepped forward with concern in his eyes, but in that moment,
he didn’t even know who to help…
[Thanks to Meimelou for still running her mouth—here’s a plane! Big thanks, boss~!]
[Oh hell yeah, that was awesome x5!]
[Cool! Olivianne, you’re the best!]
[These two slaps were too satisfying! Justice delivered!]
[Man, I wish I could be slapped by the loli Senpai too~]
Looking at the barrage of chat messages scrolling across the holographic screen, Olivianne stood up, satisfied. She
glanced at Meimelou, who was still sitting on the floor clutching both red, swollen cheeks, trembling. A deep,
indescribable sense of pleasure rose from within.
Damn right—this felt so good. Hah—Meimelou, finally I get to slap your smug face through the screen. Take that!
No helping it. That resentment had been simmering for a long time—and it ran deep. After all, back when Olivianne
played this crappy game in her past life, Meimelou was her favorite character early on: the traditional childhood-friend
type, a black-haired beauty with a quiet charm.
But then came the “bull guy” plotline… and Meimelou, who had the most screentime, ended up giving Olivianne the worst
emotional trauma. So now, finally getting her revenge—giving this backstabbing character a proper beating—it felt…
amazing.
Of course, Olivianne hadn’t completely lost control. The scene had barely quieted down when one of the “Princess
Trinity”—Rinne, the white-haired imperial princess—stepped forward and said quietly:
“Senpai, wasn’t that going a little too far? Maybe this was all just a misunderstanding…”
“Whether it’s a misunderstanding, you all should know that yourselves. All I did today was clear Gawain’s name!
As for the rest of your issues—don’t drag us into it. I’m not anyone’s errand girl, and I don’t care about your crap.”
Facing Rinne, Olivianne gave her a cold glare, then turned away. She grabbed the still-stunned Natasha and walked away
without looking back.
The surrounding crowd automatically made way for the two girls. Some of the students who met Olivianne’s eyes even
trembled on the spot in fear. Deep down, the blue-haired loli suddenly had a bad feeling… Oh no… did she just officially
earn the title of “delinquent girl”?
She hadn’t walked far when a teacher’s voice called out, instructing the crowd of curious students to disperse. The noise
gradually died down. After such a dramatic twist, it seemed most people didn’t have the face to keep standing around
gawking.
As Olivianne walked, deep in thought, the quiet and confused Natasha finally couldn’t hold it in anymore. She tugged at
Olivianne’s sleeve and asked hesitantly:
“An-chan, why did we just walk away? Are we letting them off the hook?”
“ Olivianne sighed. “Well, I already got in two slaps, so that’s not bad. I only pulled it off by catching them off guard. If I
had waited, Cassius probably would’ve stopped me. There’s no point sticking around—they were just going to keep talking
nonsense.”
“So… that’s it? But… but should I tell my father? Should I ask him to arrest those people?”
Natasha was clearly still unhappy. Sure, her bestie had stood up for her and smacked that girl around, but honestly… it
didn’t feel like enough!
Unfortunately, Olivianne just shook her head and said with a helpless tone:
“It won’t do much. That white-haired girl, Rinne, is an imperial princess. She’s not very favored, but even so—His Majesty
the Emperor could shut this whole thing down easily if he wanted to. It won’t blow up. Still, go ahead and tell your father
anyway. Even if nothing big happens, if enough complaints pile up, the Emperor might get annoyed that Rinne keeps
hanging around guys like Cassius.”
Natasha nodded but still felt uneasy. She hadn’t known much about the whole Gawain and Cassius mess until now, but
after seeing all this, she couldn’t help but feel bad.
“That Gawain kid… poor thing. He really almost got framed for something awful. Good thing you’re so sharp, An-chan~”
“ Olivianne stayed quiet for a moment, then slightly curled her lips.
“But… I don’t want anything more to do with that stupid hero. Their drama? I’m not interested. Natasha, if Gawain ever
comes to thank me, just tell him I don’t care. Honestly… saving him was just a moment of impulse.”
The blonde gal blinked, then suddenly lit up with realization.
“Huh? What do you mean, ‘a moment of impulse’? Wait… hss—so, An-chan, you planned to help Gawain from the start?!”
“Uh… no, that’s not it! I… uh… I just thought he looked kind of decent, so I felt something was off, that’s all…”
One sentence from Natasha turned Olivianne’s cheeks red. She started stammering. Oh no… Did she just accidentally
expose her real feelings?
“ That’s all, really? But An-chan, you seem to know a lot about Cassius and those three girls. You act like you’ve been
researching them. Don’t tell me… you were interested in Gawain’s situation and ended up falling for him out of pity—
secretly crushing on him this whole time?!”
“D-d-don’t be ridiculous—! Shut up! No way! Don’t say another word—!!”
