After the morning drill, Su Cheng and her good roommates rushed to the cafeteria to buy breakfast, eating on their way back to the dorm.

“Oh my, I’m exhausted, my legs are numb from standing.”

Su Cheng said, chewing on a bun, fine beads of sweat still on her face.

Just the morning sun was this hot; if it got closer to noon, she’d be half-dead from the heat.

Chen Xi glanced at Su Cheng and said half-jokingly, “It’s probably standing at attention all day today. Can our little sister handle it?”

Su Cheng snorted defiantly, telling Chen Xi, “Why can’t I handle it? Even if the sky falls, I can handle it, don’t underestimate me.”

“Always ‘me, me, me,’ just like a boy,” Sun Xiaochen chimed in.

Su Cheng gave Sun Xiaochen an eye-roll.

“Don’t ask, just assume…”

The Su Cheng of her previous life was indeed a boy, but now, if she said that, who among the two of them would believe it?

Chen Xi sized Su Cheng up and down, then changed the subject.

“But I think you have a future in pretending to be a tomboy.”

Su Cheng was bewildered, blinking her eyes blankly: “What do you mean?”

“Because…”

Chen Xi’s gaze first fell on Su Cheng’s flat chest, then shifted to her own undulating bosom; the difference was immediately apparent.

With just such a simple glance, it was impossible for Su Cheng not to understand.

Sun Xiaochen glanced at Su Cheng’s flat chest, deliberately sighing, as if lamenting: ‘Indeed, she’s as flat as a boy.’

“You… you guys are too much!” Su Cheng stomped her foot dryly, letting out a muffled huff, “This is called accumulating strength for a big burst, don’t you understand?!”

Chen Xi and Sun Xiaochen both burst into laughter simultaneously.

“Understand… We all understand… Haha…”

Su Cheng, her ears red with anger, stopped paying attention to them, quickened her pace with a tight face, shaking off the two behind her.

Without Su Cheng, the two mischievous roommates laughed even louder. Though Su Cheng had walked far, she could still hear their laughter.

“Too much bullying!”

‘Why am I being made fun of even for being small?!’

Su Cheng, back in the dorm, hid in the bathroom, lifting her shirt to examine her flat chest.

Su Cheng sighed softly, muttering to herself with some distress: “Little sister, you’re not strong enough; I’m suffering because of you.”

‘How did this body after rebirth turn out to be a flat-chested girl?’

‘In my previous life, I was a handsome man; in this life, though I’m a white-haired little sister, I’m really flat.’

‘She’s the one they call Princess Taiping (a Chinese term for flat-chested).’

The morning military training was at eight-thirty, and there was still half an hour of rest time.

Su Cheng hurried out after a quarter of an hour’s rest, aiming to avoid Lin Shiyue.

The phone in Su Cheng’s pocket vibrated after she left the dorm building. She took it out to see what was going on.

– Upperclassman Yin: “Little Orange, good morning.”
– Upperclassman Yin: “You guys started military training today, right?”

Su Cheng looked at the screen, a half-smile on her face, expressing her helplessness.

‘Escaping one, but not the other.’

– Orange Juice: “Morning, upperclassman. The morning drill just finished, now heading to the sports field for the morning military training.”
– Upperclassman Yin: “Hmm? What did I say you should call me yesterday?”

Su Cheng’s expression froze. She swallowed, then typed an embarrassed emoji on the screen.

– Orange Juice: “😅😅 I was wrong, Sister Lian.”
– Upperclassman Yin: “😊 That’s a good girl, kissy face 😘.”

“Cough, cough, cough!”

Even through the screen, Su Cheng could feel Yin Xuelian seemingly kissing her cheek.

She quickly moved her phone away.

Sweet, cloyingly sweet, too sweet.

When did this life’s Yin Xuelian learn to flirt like this, or was she just too good at hiding it in her previous life that it was never discovered?

Su Cheng in her previous life also chatted with Yin Xuelian this way, but she never had this feeling then.

Perhaps it was due to the change in gender.

– Upperclassman Yin: “Is your military training at the west playground?”
– Orange Juice: “Yes, yes.”
– Upperclassman Yin: “Alright then, after my class this morning, I’ll come see you.”

Su Cheng frowned slightly; what was there to see about military training?

– Orange Juice: “Does Sister Lian want to come and sunbathe with me?”
– Upperclassman Yin: “Haha, I can hold my own umbrella.”
– Orange Juice: “555, so envious.”

If she could also hold an umbrella during military training, that would be great.

But wasn’t military training supposed to be a thorough sun-soaking experience to train one’s mind?

– Upperclassman Yin: “Alright, I’m going to class now. Talk later when I have time.”

Su Cheng simply replied with an OK gesture, then turned and went to the small shop to buy a bottle of water.

Just in case she got thirsty and had no water to drink.

She would never trust the small shop by the sports field again!

The morning military training arrived as scheduled. Today’s training content was nothing more than standing at attention and practicing marching in formation.

Fortunately, there was a brief five-minute break after every period of training, and standing at attention and marching were interspersed, so it wasn’t too exhausting.

The time reached 10:40 AM. This time, it was a ten-minute break, after which there would be no more rest time.

Su Cheng, dripping with sweat, hid under the shade of a tree, took off her hat to fan herself, and half-squatted, chugging water furiously.

“Oh, you’ve gotten smarter, you brought your own water.”

Lin Shiyue walked towards Su Cheng with her water cup, a faint smile appearing on her face as she saw the large bottle in Su Cheng’s hand.

“Of course! If I didn’t buy water, I’d die of thirst.”

Su Cheng put down her water bottle, having drunk her fill.

“Hey, hey, look, that pink-haired one over there, it looks like the campus belle.”

“It really is! What are they doing?”

Suddenly, someone behind them started talking about the campus belle. Su Cheng turned curiously to look into the distance.

A striking pink color entered her vision; behind the pink-ponytail girl followed several young men pushing trolleys. The butterfly-shaped hair clip on her ponytail swayed from side to side, and the young men’s eyes followed suit.

That was Yin Xuelian.

Today, Yin Xuelian was wearing hot pants and a sky-blue T-shirt, her fair, straight long legs exposed, immediately attracting the attention of many boys.

Such was the nature of opposite-s*x attraction.

Yin Xuelian’s bright eyes scanned the entire west playground, and quickly spotted a pure white spot like a snowflake in the shade of a tree.

As early as the opening ceremony day, Yin Xuelian had already memorized the hair colors of all the new students.

The only girl with white hair was her little Orange.

Yin Xuelian carried a white crossbody bag, and the bulging bag seemed to contain some kind of treasure.

“Hey, hey, upperclassman is walking this way!”

“Wow, I wonder who she’s coming for.”

No matter who she was coming for, Su Cheng knew that person would definitely be on the forum’s headline today.

Su Cheng suddenly remembered her conversation with Yin Xuelian this morning and realized something was off.

It seemed that what she said this morning wasn’t just empty words.

‘No way…’

The person who would be on the headline today was very likely herself.

Yin Xuelian smiled as she responded to the new students who greeted her, but none of them were her target.

As Yin Xuelian got closer and closer, Su Cheng’s mind was completely consumed with what Yin Xuelian would do next, her eyes unfocused.

The air carried a faint orange scent, and Su Cheng knew immediately that Yin Xuelian was not far from her.

But she was still calculating Yin Xuelian’s purpose.

It wasn’t until Yin Xuelian stopped in front of Su Cheng that the orange scent permeated her heart even more deeply, pulling her out of her thoughts.

Yin Xuelian smiled gently at Su Cheng’s somewhat unfocused face, and disregarding everyone’s astonished gazes, she gently took Su Cheng’s hand and slowly raised it.

Su Cheng’s eyes instantly filled with astonishment, an expression of disbelief clouding her pretty face.

“Little Orange, I’m here~”
