Chapter 17 : Big Sister is a D-Cup, You Know~

“Stay here and don’t move. I’ll go to my room and fetch two quilts for you.”

Standing in front of a traditional Japanese wooden house, Miyamizu Rin spoke to Arisugawa Yuu.

Her expression was calm, her voice cool yet gentle.

Though it was just a simple sentence, Arisugawa Yuu felt increasingly uneasy the more he thought about it.

He gave her a strange look: “Miyamizu-senpai, are you my mom or something?”

Confusion flickered across Miyamizu Rin’s face. Her clear eyes met his as she replied: “I don’t remember hitting you on the head with anything earlier.”

“My head’s fine,” he said without hesitation, but then suddenly added, “Wait—did you just want to hit me on the head?”

A tender smile spread across Miyamizu Rin’s exquisite face, like one might give to an intellectually challenged child: “Arisugawa-kun, do you really think… I’m that patient?”

“But you’re so beautiful.”

Arisugawa Yuu asked.

“Does being beautiful mean I can’t have a bad temper?”

Miyamizu Rin countered.

Arisugawa Yuu raised both hands: “Of course not! Anyone who dares oppose you, senpai, I’ll be the first to teach them a lesson.”

Miyamizu Rin stared at him intently, her lips curling into a faint smirk: “What if the person opposing me… is you?”

Uh… uh…

Arisugawa Yuu scratched his head awkwardly: “How can you call it opposition when it’s constructive criticism to help you become a better person? It’s just reasonable feedback.”

Miyamizu Rin massaged her temples, her stunning face showing traces of pain: “Arisugawa-kun, is there anything you can’t say?”

Without further acknowledgment of Arisugawa Yuu, Miyamizu Rin gracefully turned and went to fetch the futons.

Of course, Miyamizu Rin wasn’t Arisugawa Yuu’s mother—but if it were possible, he wouldn’t mind her being the mother of his children.

The impact of the phrase, “Stay here and don’t move while I go get you the quilts,” was simply too great. Arisugawa Yuu didn’t want to stay behind.

He quickly followed after her beautiful figure and said: “Senpai, let me help. If we carry the quilts together—one for each of us—it’ll be easier.”

At this, Miyamizu Rin stopped in her tracks, her lovely face flushing slightly: “Arisugawa-kun, didn’t I say I’m going to my room to get them?”

Arisugawa Yuu adopted a serious expression: “Senpai, don’t worry. I won’t look at anything I shouldn’t see—or even at things you don’t want me to see.”

Miyamizu Rin immediately spotted the loophole in his words: “Arisugawa-kun, is there anything in my room that you should look at?”

“Senpai, don’t focus on these details. I won’t look at anything, okay?”

Miyamizu Rin frowned prettily, letting out a soft sigh: “Fine. You’ll find out sooner or later anyway. Follow me.”

Now it was Arisugawa Yuu’s turn to be confused: “Find out what?”

Miyamizu Rin didn’t answer. Instead, she fixed her clear gaze on him, inspecting him from head to toe.

As she looked, she nodded slightly, making Arisugawa Yuu feel extremely uncomfortable.

What was this?

Was she sizing him up as a potential son-in-law?

No—more accurately, perhaps she was assessing him as a future father for her children.

And indeed, Arisugawa Yuu’s guess was proven correct.

They arrived at Miyamizu Rin’s room. As soon as she opened the door, a snow-white fox darted out.

“Lady Rin, Lady Rin! You’re finally back! I’ve missed you so much!”

The white fox’s voice sounded playful and cute, like that of a thirteen- or fourteen-year-old girl.

As she spoke, she quickly leapt into Miyamizu Rin’s arms, rubbing her fluffy white head against Miyamizu Rin’s prominent chest.

Miyamizu Rin’s eyes softened, brimming with affection. She cradled the white fox in her arms, stroking its silky fur gently:

“Koyuki, how many times have I told you not to call me Rin-sama? Just call me ‘older sister’ or ‘big sis.’”

“Okay, big sis!”

The white fox, Koyuki, closed her eyes contentedly, burying her small head deep into Miyamizu Rin’s chest.

From this, Arisugawa Yuu could imagine just how soft those peaks were.

Watching the heartwarming scene before him, Arisugawa Yuu couldn’t help but feel envious.

Miss, please let go of that fox. Whatever you need, come to me instead.

After enjoying herself for a moment, Koyuki belatedly noticed the outsider standing nearby.

She leapt down to the floor.

First, she circled around Arisugawa Yuu, sniffing lightly. Then, with her clever fox eyes, she scrutinized him thoroughly.

After a while, she looked up at Miyamizu Rin, whose cheeks were flushed, and asked: “Boyfriend?”

Miyamizu Rin hastily waved her hands, denying it: “No, no.”

“I see.” Koyuki nodded anthropomorphically, continuing: “Then he must be your future husband?”

“What’s the difference between those two?” Arisugawa Yuu chimed in.

“Koyuki, stop talking nonsense,” Miyamizu Rin scolded, her face red.

Looking at Miyamizu Rin’s flustered state, Koyuki drew out her response mockingly: “Ehh~”

Miyamizu Rin’s face grew even redder, though she shot a subtle glare at Arisugawa Yuu.

Arisugawa Yuu looked innocent—he hadn’t said anything; it was all Koyuki’s doing.

Miyamizu Rin fell silent, but Koyuki had plenty to say.

She kept studying Arisugawa Yuu, commenting as she went: “He’s so handsome! No wonder he caught big sis’s eye.” “I was worried big sis would never get married, but look—she’s already brought home a boyfriend. Big sis is amazing!” “Not only is he handsome, but he looks strong too. He should make big sis happy in the future, right?”…

Seeing Koyuki getting increasingly inappropriate, Miyamizu Rin hurriedly intervened, her face still red: “Koyuki, I already told you—it’s not what you think.”

But Koyuki ignored her flustered owner and turned to Arisugawa Yuu: “Hey, what do you think of my big sis? Is she pretty?”

At this, Arisugawa Yuu instinctively glanced at Miyamizu Rin, who now looked shy and adorable, her beauty rivaling the flowers.

Miyamizu Rin’s face was flushed, and she glared at Arisugawa Yuu with her clear eyes, pouting.

Rather than anger, it looked more like a sulky kind of charm.

This enchanting demeanor made Arisugawa Yuu feel as if his bones had lightened by several ounces.

Was she pretty? Of course she was. If Miyamizu Rin wasn’t beautiful, there’d be no such thing as beauty in the world.

Adhering to honesty and integrity, Arisugawa Yuu nodded: “Of course she’s beautiful. Miyamizu-senpai is one of the most beautiful girls I’ve ever seen.”

“Hmm?” Koyuki stretched out the word, sounding skeptical. “Just one of them?”

Hearing this, Miyamizu Rin shot another glare at Arisugawa Yuu—this time, genuinely angry.

It seemed that no matter how cold and aloof a woman appeared, she still cared deeply about her appearance.

Even someone as refined as Miyamizu Rin couldn’t escape this.

Arisugawa Yuu quickly clarified: “Though she’s one of them, I doubt I’ll ever meet anyone more beautiful than Miyamizu-senpai.”

Though still somewhat dissatisfied, both the woman and the fox temporarily let it slide.

Koyuki pressed on: “Well then, do you like my big sis?”

Miyamizu Rin’s eyes shifted to Arisugawa Yuu, complex emotions swirling within them.

Even she likely didn’t understand her own feelings at this moment.

This question wasn’t easy to answer. Arisugawa Yuu scratched his head, murmuring: “We’ve only known each other for two days.”

Koyuki’s face twisted into a human-like sneer, scolding him with frustration: “Two whole days and you still haven’t fallen for my big sis? Are you an idiot?”

Arisugawa Yuu instinctively retorted: “Of course I’m not an idiot.”

Koyuki grinned slyly: “Then does that mean you do like her?”

Tricked! Foxes truly were cunning creatures.

If that was the case, there was no point in hiding it anymore.

Arisugawa Yuu admitted frankly: “To say I love her might be premature—it’s only been two days—but I admit, I’m quite fond of Miyamizu-senpai.”

Hearing this, Koyuki happily turned to Miyamizu Rin: “Big sis, did you hear that? He says he has feelings for you!”

Miyamizu Rin’s face flushed so deeply it seemed it might bleed. She bit her lower lip gently, her clear eyes meeting Arisugawa Yuu’s like a summer lake reflecting the sky. Her voice was cool yet gentle: “If you want to be my boyfriend, you’ll need to stand out through strength. Don’t slack off in the future.”

Arisugawa Yuu: “???”

He clearly remembered their phone conversation on the day they first met—when Miyamizu Rin had said to Kanzuki Kanon: “Give up your pointless possessiveness, Kanon. Rest assured, I have no interest in your brother.”

Women, especially beautiful ones like Miyamizu Rin, were truly fickle and prone to lying.

Seeing Arisugawa Yuu’s bewildered expression, Koyuki leaned in with a mischievous smile, as if worried he might run away: “Hey, hey, man. Let me tell you a little secret—big sis is a D-cup, and her bust is perfectly shaped. How’s that? Feeling tempted? Want to take a peek?”

Ah—

At these words, Arisugawa Yuu’s gaze involuntarily drifted toward Miyamizu Rin’s prominent chest.

That it was large was obvious, but how perfectly shaped was it… exactly?

He swallowed hard.

Noticing his gaze, Miyamizu Rin glared at him with icy disdain—as if looking at trash.

“This is a reward. This is a reward,” Arisugawa Yuu consoled himself internally.
