Chapter 71: You Are Both My Wings

“What were you two up to?”

Miyazaki looked at Seiko, who had just returned from Osaka and was directing two young yakuza to carry a massive computer into the house, and asked Saori beside her with suspicion.

Saori pointed to the computer box and explained with a straight face, “Seiko said she wanted to buy a computer, so I went with her to Osaka.”

“Why go to Osaka to buy a computer? Can’t you buy computers in Tokyo?”

Miyazaki still felt that something was fishy.

And why did only these two go together, without telling her at all?

“I don’t know either,” Saori said with a shrug. “Seiko said we had to go to Den Den Town in Nihonbashi to buy a computer. I don’t know anything about computers. Do you?”

Miyazaki was speechless.

She didn’t know anything about computers either.

Perhaps computers, like the middle-aged aunties of Osaka, were a local specialty?

They cleared a small space on a desk in Seiko’s room, set up the computer, and plugged it in.

Seiko then took out a magazine and began to boot up the computer according to the instructions inside.

In truth, Seiko felt that Son Masayoshi’s more successful venture than selling software packages was actually starting magazines.

Including the one in Seiko’s hands, the computer magazines founded by Son Masayoshi guided a generation of early netizens into the world of computers, popularizing a great deal of basic computer knowledge for them.

For instance, Seiko had no idea how to use this ancient DOS system.

If not for the magazine Little Son had given her, she would have had to find herself a computer teacher.

This ancient computer was not only slow to boot up, but installing games was also incredibly slow.

As the game loaded endlessly from the floppy disk, Seiko noticed Miyazaki peeking curiously from the side.

“Yu-chan, I brought you a present from my trip to Osaka.”

Seiko suddenly said with a smile.

Alarm bells went off in Miyazaki’s mind.

Nowadays, whenever she heard Seiko and Saori sweetly call her “Yu-chan,” she had a bad premonition.

Sure enough, the next moment…

“Yu-chan,” Saori also said with a smile, “I bought you a present too.”

“I bought you a super beautiful necklace!” Seiko took out an exquisite satin box.

“I bought you a necklace too. I’m sure you’ll like it, Yu-chan.”

Saori also presented a beautiful box.

When she opened it, a gorgeous pearl chain lay inside.

Miyazaki looked at Seiko, then at Saori, then at the gifts in their hands and their expectant gazes, and her scalp immediately went numb.

‘I suddenly feel so deeply sinful!’

‘What do I do?!’

‘How do I choose?!’

Steam was practically about to come out of Miyazaki’s head.

“I, I, I…” Miyazaki struggled for a moment, and finally made the softest, most pushover choice. “Mom is cooking at home, I have to go home for dinner!”

Seiko and Saori exchanged a glance, then moved in perfect sync.

“No, you don’t!”

“Don’t even think about running!”

The two of them simultaneously grabbed one of Miyazaki’s ankles.

“You have to choose one today!”

“That’s right! Whose gift will you choose!”

“Why are you running away?”

“Yu-chan, who do you really like?”

“Is it me or her!”

Under Seiko’s scrutiny and the accusation in Saori’s mournful eyes, Miyazaki finally broke.

Thump!

The soft-hearted bun, who only wanted a sweet and simple romance, fell to her knees.

“I was wrong!”

Miyazaki touched her head to the floor, apologizing to both Seiko and Saori.

“I don’t want to…”

“No!”

“You think you can just call it off because you say so?”

“You must choose one!”

“Hurry up and choose!” Seiko and Saori urged with a smile.

Miyazaki was so pressured that she had no choice. Finally, she gritted her teeth, squeezed her eyes shut, and said, “Can I choose both?”

“Choose both?”

“Yu-chan, you…”

‘I actually said it out loud!’

‘Miyazaki! You really are a piece of two-timing scum.’

The love-addled fool self-condemned with a profound sense of immersion.

Miyazaki opened her eyes and, as expected, saw Seiko’s disgusted glare, as if looking at scum, and Saori’s mournful gaze.

Then, the next moment…

“Well… alright then.”

“As long as it makes you happy.”

“If you choose both, you have to wear them both.”

Seiko and Saori had actually both made a concession.

Miyazaki was instantly moved, almost to the point of blurting out the infamous line of two-timers: “You are both my wings.”

Seiko and Saori handed their respective necklace boxes over.

Miyazaki took the two boxes, deeply touched, and nodded vigorously, promising, “Don’t worry, I will definitely treasure the gifts you prepared for me.”

“Hurry up and put them on,” Seiko urged.

“Huh?” Miyazaki froze.

“Yeah, yeah,” Saori also urged, “Hurry, put them on, put them on.”

“Oh, o-okay.”

Miyazaki hesitantly opened the boxes. She was still trying to figure out how to wear two necklaces at the same time in a way that would look good, when she noticed something was not quite right.

“Why is this necklace so long?”

Miyazaki took out a pearl necklace. It seemed to be in the shape of a looped knot. Besides the loop, two long strands dangled from it, ending in two tiny golden clips.

Miyazaki tried for a long time but couldn’t figure out where the two little clips were supposed to attach.

“Let me show you how to wear it!”

Seiko said with great enthusiasm as she came up behind Miyazaki.

“I’ll help too…”

“Hey, hey, hey, if you’re helping, why are you taking off my clothes…”

Miyazaki struggled hard, but she was quickly stripped of all her defenses by the two villains.

“You two bastards! Why does this thing clip on here!”

Miyazaki covered the snowy peaks on her chest, her face beet red as she cursed.

“And what’s with that other one?! Wearing it, wearing it down there is just too much! I’ll kill you both!”

The gifts Seiko and Saori had bought back were not necklaces at all, but body chains.

The two pieces were clearly a set—exquisite, beautiful, and also very… provocative—especially when paired with Miyazaki’s curvaceous figure.

At this point, no matter how much of a love-addled fool Miyazaki was, she understood that she had been jointly tricked by these two!

“Who’s to blame?”

“It’s you, you fool, trying to two-time in a relationship!”

The two whispered in Miyazaki’s ear, blowing gently, their hands already tracing down the pearl chains…

An hour later, Miyazaki, covered in pink hickeys and the afterglow of pleasure, emerged from the bathroom, wiping water droplets from her body while still muttering:

“Who wanted to two-time? I didn’t want to two-time…”

Seiko and Saori had also just finished bathing.

Saori sat on the bed, watching Mother, which had just premiered today on Saitama Television.

Seiko sat in front of the computer, now playing a game—yes, a video game.

Since the temperature was a bit warm, neither of them wore any clothes, sitting completely naked with a fan blowing.

‘So much for romance…’

Miyazaki puffed out her cheeks.

Seiko turned her head and beckoned to Miyazaki.

Puzzled, Miyazaki walked over to Seiko’s side.

Seiko pulled Miyazaki into her lap and took her hand. “Let me teach you how to play.”

Being held in Seiko’s arms, feeling the warmth of their skin pressed together and Seiko’s patient, hands-on guidance, Miyazaki gazed at Seiko’s profile, and a sense of warmth and security washed over her, just like when she had first met Seiko…

“What’s wrong?”

Seiko noticed Miyazaki’s gaze and asked.

“Nothing…”

Miyazaki turned her head back to the unfamiliar computer screen, wiggling a little to press even closer to Seiko.
