Chapter 6: The Heist of the Weak-Willed Artifact Wielder

“Meow? Are we really doing this?”

Mao Yuxia and Ahoge Dragon stealthily trailed behind Gudou Toutian.

Mao Yuxia knew that many people in this world were dangerous individuals, decisive in their actions and capable of killing without batting an eye.

If Gudou Toutian discovered their intent to steal his weapon, he wouldn’t hesitate to cut them down himself.

Thus, she was utterly terrified.

Ahoge Dragon’s eyes were fixed intently on the green longsword in Gudou Toutian’s hand.

By all appearances, Ahoge Dragon simply wanted to seize Gudou Toutian’s weapon.

Mao Yuxia regretted ever trusting Ahoge Dragon’s coaxing to come along.

Yet, having already arrived, she could only go along with Ahoge Dragon’s antics.

“Little Ahoge, do you have a way to approach him? Gudou Toutian is a peak three-star Artifact Wielder; ten of us wouldn’t be able to defeat him!”

Mao Yuxia voiced her concerns.

“Don’t you possess the ability to turn invisible? And you can even make anyone you touch invisible with you.”

“Soon, we’ll stealthily approach him, snatch his item, and then run straight ahead! He definitely won’t catch us!”

Ahoge Dragon declared with absolute certainty, as if she were a brilliant strategist.

She grabbed Ahoge Dragon’s small arm, then stealthily moved closer to Gudou Toutian.

Both walked very slowly, moving so quietly that they made no sound whatsoever.

Ahoge Dragon advanced to the very front, extending her hand as if to snatch Gudou Toutian’s weapon.

“Run!”

Ahoge Dragon yanked Gudou Toutian’s weapon free, then mouthed the words silently to Mao Yuxia, her mouth wide open.

As a cat-girl, Mao Yuxia possessed exceptional agility.

She scooped up Ahoge Dragon and fled with astonishing speed, making not a single sound.

Ahoge Dragon, in truth, had known this all along.

What couldn’t her Dragon’s Eye perceive?

If she wished, she could even clearly see how many hairs were beneath Mao Yuxia’s panties.

“It seems two little thieves have stolen my item~~ Hehehe… how amusing. It would be quite normal for such little thieves to be killed, wouldn’t it?”

Having his item stolen, Gudou Toutian did not react with the furious searching Ahoge Dragon had expected.

Ahoge Dragon shrieked.

Damaging an artifact would cause a backlash to its wielder!

Gudou Toutian also seemed to realize he had encountered formidable opponents, and, enduring severe injuries, he charged at them like a madman.

His eyes were bloodshot, as if his own mother had just died.

After running a considerable distance, Mao Yuxia finally deactivated her invisibility.

She spoke breathlessly.

Ahoge Dragon had not only acquired what she wanted, but she had also thoroughly pranked Gudou Toutian, who had dared to call her ugly!
