“Damn you, Yao Yueli! How dare you show your face here!”
The five-star Black-clad man, observing the endless lightning, immediately deduced Yao Yueli’s identity.
Wielding a greatsword of blue crystal, he cleaved towards her.
‘A strange silver-tier magic artifact?’
Yao Yueli frowned, contemplating. Silver-tier magic artifacts were exceedingly rare in the Glorious Moon Kingdom; one could easily commit them to memory, far more readily than the twenty-six letters of an alphabet.
Yet, the crystal greatsword before her was an entirely new sight.
This revelation suggested that the Glorious Moon Kingdom harbored even more unspeakable secrets.
Trouble truly loomed now: a five-star magic artifact user wielding a silver-tier artifact.
While not the most optimal pairing, it allowed a five-star mana wielder to unleash the silver-tier magic artifact’s full potential.
Such an opponent would be incredibly difficult to handle.
She could only hope Ahoge Dragon and Mao Yuxia would escape swiftly; she would engage this man for a few quick exchanges, then make her departure.

Meanwhile, with Ahoge Dragon.
‘Ugh, how could I have forgotten such a crucial detail!’
Ahoge Dragon flew through the air, her legs clamped together, swaying like a drunkard.
She looked as if she might plummet at any moment.
Falling now would undoubtedly lead to immediate capture!
“Little Ahoge, what’s wrong? Be careful!”
They were nearing the cave entrance.
These Black-clad men were soldiers, trained to remain composed in any situation.
The two guards stationed at the entrance had merely sent one person into the cave to assist, leaving only one behind.
This presented an opportunity for Ahoge Dragon and Mao Yuxia to sneak out through a nearby crevice.
“Meow-meow, make your tail super hard for me to squeeze.”
Ahoge Dragon regretted not having someone craft a ‘magic wand’ for her.
If she carried one at all times, wouldn’t it prevent such predicaments?
Even after placing Mao Yuxia’s tail between her legs, she still felt a lingering dissatisfaction.
“Alright, let’s go down first; you can barely fly like this.”
Mao Yuxia had not anticipated Ahoge Dragon’s current state.
“No! Going down would make our footprints too obvious. Didn’t you see that guard isn’t looking anywhere but the ground?”
Indeed, these men were not fools.
“I can still hold on, as long as we get close to the cave entrance.”
Mao Yuxia, seeing Yao Yueli’s arduous battle with the five-star Black-clad man, felt an urgent need to escape.
Thus, she could only rely on Ahoge Dragon.
Ahoge Dragon slowly, deliberately, flew towards the entrance.
She actually managed to reach the doorway.
The Black-clad man remained meticulously on guard, his large steel blade gripped firmly; if he detected anyone, he would unhesitatingly bring it down.
The cave entrance was rather low, forcing Ahoge Dragon to descend slowly, almost scraping the ground as she maneuvered towards the opening.
Soon, she was level with the Black-clad man.
‘Gulp…’ Ahoge Dragon couldn’t help but swallow.
Fortunately, Yao Yueli’s fierce battle created a cacophony of thunder, preventing the Black-clad man from hearing her.
However, just as Ahoge Dragon believed they had averted disaster, the Black-clad man’s greatsword swept horizontally.
Ahoge Dragon’s ahoge quickly bent downwards.
It was a terrifyingly close call; Ahoge Dragon nearly lost her signature hair strand.
“This rotting smell? Could I be mistaken?”
The Black-clad man’s horizontal slash covered half the cave.
If anyone had been there, they would have been bisected long ago.
But, alas, Ahoge Dragon and Mao Yuxia were flying almost prone on the ground.
Stacked together, they barely reached the man’s thigh.
Naturally, he couldn’t hit them!
This allowed both of them to inwardly sigh in relief.
They were fortunate he hadn’t slashed downwards, or else he would have scored a double kill.
After that single tentative sweep, the Black-clad man’s suspicion waned, and Ahoge Dragon and Mao Yuxia quickly slipped outside.
“Huff… huff… I was so scared! I almost died!”
Ahoge Dragon breathed heavily, gasping for air. The suffocating pressure she had endured was truly unbearable.
Moreover, the area beneath her ahoge still felt scorching hot.
“We need to quickly tell Sister Yueli that we’re out.”
“Meow-meow, you do it. I’ll rest here.”
Ahoge Dragon handed several steamed bun bombs to Mao Yuxia, then plopped onto the ground, furiously rubbing herself with Mao Yuxia’s tail.
She had been suppressed for far too long; now she could finally find some relief.
“Meow? Little Ahoge, you want me to go, but first, let go of my tail!”
Mao Yuxia felt as if Ahoge Dragon’s brain had been fried!
Was she supposed to cut off her tail and deliver a message to Yao Yueli inside the cave while Ahoge Dragon pleasured herself?
Helpless, she could only hoist Ahoge Dragon onto her back.
The last time she had carried Ahoge Dragon while fleeing was during the extraction of the Solitary Dragon Sword, if she recalled correctly!
Back then, Ahoge Dragon hadn’t weighed much at all.
Running with her on her back had been effortless.
But now, why was she so heavy? Mao Yuxia was almost unable to carry her.
However, she could still manage.
Carrying Ahoge Dragon, she arduously returned inside the cave entrance.
After tossing the steamed bun bombs at the Black-clad man’s feet, Mao Yuxia quickly fled.
This way, Yao Yueli would know that the two of them had successfully escaped.
One might ask why they hadn’t simply left a few steamed bun bombs when they first exited the cave.
Wouldn’t going out and coming back be troublesome?
This was absolutely not due to Ahoge Dragon forgetting, but rather a matter of vigilance.
They were dealing with the military and were concerned that the enemy might have stationed personnel on the other side of the cave entrance.
In that scenario, they would simply be encircled and annihilated.
The two then waited a short distance directly outside the cave entrance. Soon, Yao Yueli emerged, sprinting towards them.
Three other individuals followed closely behind her, practically clinging to her heels.
Given the situation, how could Yao Yueli possibly risk converging with Ahoge Dragon?
The moment she turned invisible, her pursuers would undoubtedly launch wide-ranging attacks on the surroundings.
Ahoge Dragon being injured was an unacceptable outcome.
Yao Yueli could only change direction and flee towards another path.
“Little Ahoge, quickly carry me so we can catch up to them! It’ll be very dangerous if we get separated from Sister Yueli!”
Mao Yuxia chased for a while with Ahoge Dragon on her back, but Ahoge Dragon was simply too heavy!
Mao Yuxia couldn’t run fast at all. Seeing Yao Yueli and the others getting further and further away, she grew anxious.
“Ah~~ I… I can’t move anymore~~”
Ahoge Dragon’s entire body felt numb and tingling; she couldn’t muster any strength.
‘Yao Yueli is constantly using powerful magic; can she truly endure it?’
“Oh no, we’ve completely lost them, meow~”
Without Ahoge Dragon’s help, how could Mao Yuxia, a mere rookie, keep up with a speed comparable to a five-star expert?
As they gazed at the unfamiliar surroundings, a profound sense of loneliness welled up in both their hearts.
“Anyway, let’s find a safe place first! Once you’re out of this state, Little Ahoge, you can fly me up into the sky. We’ll go back to the camp.”
For two rookies like them, staying here would be courting death! It was better to just go home.
How safe it was there!
“Solitary Nine Swords, Third Sword: Sweeping Through A Thousand Armies!”
“Blood Magic: Blood Shadow Clone!”
Suddenly, Mao Yuxia’s ears twitched; sounds of battle echoed from all around.
