Chapter 1: It became a magic school spy

In a bishoujo zoo, there are no men.

If there are any males, they are typically animals kept by the protagonist or surrounding characters.

They have various hair and eye colors, but all their faces look similar.

Because the art style is the same.

Because the illustrator is the same.

So, most characters are given variations in color, personality, or key in-game settings to highlight their individuality.

Here, there is a bishoujo zoo-style game.

A chaotic RPG set in a modern fantasy magic academy—so-called ‘Academy’.

All characters wear the same Academy uniform, and the protagonist, a new student, partners with the female characters in the Academy to overcome various incidents.

What is the game’s objective?

Defeating the Demon King.

The Demon King is after an ancient artifact called the ‘Philosopher’s Stone,’ stored in the Academy.

The goal is world domination.

It is said that possessing the Philosopher’s Stone grants infinite mana.

If you ask why such an incredible item isn’t sealed away in a temple or similar place but is instead in a magic academy.

“Because they want to show beautiful girls spending their school lives together in a magic academy!”

…For this dark reason from the developers, the magical stone that could lead the world to ruin is sealed somewhere within the magic academy.

The magic academy’s purpose is to train excellent mages to protect this Philosopher’s Stone.

Of course, the truth that the Philosopher’s Stone exists is known only to the Academy’s dean.

Therefore, on the surface, the magic academy is just a typical academy.

Though it outwardly speaks of equality, a gap exists between noble-born and commoner-born students.

They are further divided by their origins from empires and kingdoms, forming factions.

While the fact that it’s all female characters is troublesome in many ways, it also means the internal power struggles are more intense.

Even if the protagonist’s surroundings are a flower garden, isn’t a woman’s true enemy often another woman?

Excluding the soldiers the Demon King sends to invade the magic academy, most enemies fought within the Academy are female mages or the summoned beasts they control.

As the player and protagonist of this game, ‘I’ have faced countless enemies.

Flame, Ice, Wind, Earth, Light, Darkness, Illusion.

Sometimes, I would play with a concept of mastering only one attribute.

Though not directly corresponding to the Philosopher’s Stone, I sometimes focused on sub-attributes like Wood, Lightning, and Steel as my main ones.

To see the true ending, I mastered all seven attributes, and after repeated playthroughs, I mastered all the sub-attributes as well.

Later, in what’s called ‘payoen’ play, I put all my stats into physical magic, becoming a mage (physical attribute).

In essence, I mastered every magic prepared by the developers in this game, befriended every character, and defeated the Demon King countless times.

Completion rate, 100%.

Just when I had finally cleared it—

“I can’t resist DLC.”

****

One year after release.

Everyone expected something special for the 1st-anniversary event, but there was nothing.

However, three days after the 1st-anniversary event, they suddenly announced and released DLC as a surprise.

Of course, I had expected there would be DLC.

But thanks to the developers’ insane decision to release DLC without any prior notice, I downloaded it without any information.

And then.

Unless an isekai reincarnation or game possession story begins with “Hello, I am a god.”

“Oh, I’m getting sleepy…”

Most of the time, it happens when an update, DLC, or a sequel is released.

“Zzz…”

I fell asleep simultaneously with the DLC download.

And when I opened my eyes.

“Ah.”

I had become a member of the bishoujo zoo.

Blonde hair, blue eyes.

Shoulder-length bob.

“Liliana.”

She was a character who could truly be called a fundamental heroine, and I knew better than anyone who this character was.

“Protagonist…”

In this game, within the world of [Lily Academy and the Sage’s Gem].

“The Demon King’s backstabbing spy.”

I had become the Demon King’s spy character, infiltrated into the magic academy.

A character whose death was predetermined, no matter which route was taken.

“I’m screwed.”

“Liliana! You shouldn’t use such vulgar language!”

I’m utterly screwed.
