Chapter 10: Vigg

Vigg borders Berg to the south.

In modern times, it is a major power in electronic technology.

Its development speed is unmatched by most nations.

Despite rapid progress, war continues to this day.

Vigg lies in an extremely cold southern wind region.

Yet unlike Berg, glaciers cover the border regions.

No one resides there.

Inside the country there are cities, but no deserts and no forests.

The environment is barren, lacking native wildlife.

Thus they maintain three national zoos for tourism as their sole foreign entertainment economy.

The history of Vigg resembles Berg’s — tribal conflict and rivalry.

During the rule of Abdullahim, agriculture was replaced with electronic technology, becoming the main national development.

Due to backwardness, progress was difficult.

Under Abdullahim II, industry became the primary goal, believed to open the door to electronic advancement.

But consecutive droughts reduced crops, increasing death.

Abdullahim II starved to death.

Under Abdullahim III the country shifted to comprehensive development.

From then on national growth returned to the right path.

Electronic technology is the most desired skill worldwide.

Whoever masters it rises like ascending to the heavens.

Is this not the hard foundation of development?

Selas and Vigg established diplomatic relations to learn technology.

Yet without a national leader, power fell to four great families, and civil war is almost unavoidable.

The developmental path of Vigg is a model for the world.

The road of becoming a strong country begins with technological advancement.
