Since their humiliating defeat by a wind support, losing over 100 gold, SamsaraEvilWind’s team has been itching for payback while continuing their “business.”
The new version’s full of newbies.
With their skills, ambushing rookies and weaklings is far easier than grinding mobs or quests.
When the wind user logged off, they kept robbing solo or low-level teams.
Once he was back online, they noticed he’d joined a team—high-level players, no less.
Tough nut to crack.
They refuse to admit they’re outskilled, chalking up their loss to carelessness.
As the leader, SamsaraEvilWind aims to build a notorious assassin group in the new version, starting with a big name to attract clients.
How could they lose to a wind support?
Unwilling to let it go, SamsaraEvilWind tracks Clouds and Breezes.
He sees him chatting with teammates near the village, running dungeons with different groups, then regrouping as night falls.
Instead of returning to the village, they linger outside.
Are they planning to rob players too?
Samsara’s team watches and realizes they’re not targeting players but waiting for an NPC—while others submit resources to enter the village.
SamsaraEvilWind smells an opportunity.
Putting their “business” aside, he rallies his team to tail the wind user’s group.
Sure enough, they spot an NPC sneaking out—a clear sign of a hidden plot!
Tempted by the prospect, SamsaraEvilWind spends on stealth items, closely following.
It pays off big: a hidden dungeon!
Clearing it could be a goldmine.
A teammate with a speed skill doesn’t need prompting, bolting to the entrance first.
He gets in!
Samsara’s team is ecstatic.
SamsaraEvilWind gloats, reveling in the wind user’s stunned faces.
No longer hiding, he struts out, taunting Clouds and Breezes: “Sorry, wind guy, no offense!”
Grinning, he leads his team into the hidden dungeon Yun Shi’s group worked hard to uncover.
CherryWhatFlavor’s stream explodes with question marks and curses.
This brazen robbery—and they pulled it off!
Jiang Shu unleashes a string of profanities.
Cherry, mindful of streaming, barely holds back.
“Can’t get in! Damn!” Jiang Shu rages.
“What kind of garbage design? Shouldn’t the plot starters get first dibs? Can the devs get any scummier?!”
Cherry didn’t plan to reveal the plot trigger but meant to show the entrance.
The brief delay cost them, letting others steal their prize.
Furious and guilty, he says, “My fault. If I’d entered first and then streamed, this wouldn’t have happened.”
Yun Shi, now calm, says, “Not your fault.”
He agreed for the money, no blame on Cherry.
“Yeah, not you. It’s those trash!” Jiang Shu fumes, plopping on a rock by the entrance, glaring like he’ll kill them a hundred times if they show.
Yun Shi, equally cold, adds, “What’s stolen can be taken back.”
The stream’s a mess:
“How do you even lose that? This team’s kinda dumb…”
“Ugh, no hidden dungeon reveal today?”
“F*ck, I’m pissed just watching! Main, wreck those thieves!”
“Yeah! Forget the dungeon, kill them!”
“Eh, those sneaks probably know the team’s waiting.
I’d clear the dungeon and log off inside.
Let them camp forever.”
“For real. If they clear, the rewards are huge.
Dying and dropping loot’s not worth it.
I’d hide offline too.
They can’t camp the game forever.”
“What now? Damn, my blood pressure’s through the roof!”
“Aren’t we too gloomy? [Bear Island] was brutal.
Their odds of clearing a hidden dungeon are low…”
The team resolves to camp.
Cherry, too mad to leave, joins them, glancing at the stream.
Seeing fans suggest the thieves might log off inside, he panics, about to strategize, when something’s hurled from the entrance.
Yun Shi’s group and the stream see it clearly.
The entrance’s mist swirls, opens like a mouth, and spits out four humanoid husks—Samsara’s team.
They realize they’ve been ejected.
SamsaraEvilWind tries re-entering, but the system flashes: [Daily attempts used: 0/1].
One try per day?
Panic sets in.
They turn, meeting the murderous glares of Yun Shi’s team.
Damn!
As SamsaraEvilWind debates logging off, Bo He, eyeing them and the entrance, shifts his expression and hurries away.
Bo He says, “I remember now—I opened this dungeon in beta.
No time to waste.
We need to find…”
“?” Yun Shi memorizes Samsara’s IDs, following Bo He, puzzled.
“You opened it?”
Bo He nods.
“Didn’t recall earlier.
You need a key item before entering, and it only appears at night.
We’ve got time—head to Fog Sea now…”
“Damn! Bro, you forgot to switch channels! Those trash heard you!” Jiang Shu panics, glancing back at Samsara’s team, fearing another theft.
Too late.
SamsaraEvilWind beams, knowing a shortcut to Fog Sea.
They’ll beat the wind user’s team.
Both groups bolt from the dungeon.
Minutes later, Bo He stops, turning with a deeper smile.
“Keep moving, bro! What’re you waiting for?” Jiang Shu urges, frantic.
“Spilling that intel and dawdling—what if they steal it again?”
Yun Shi senses something, looking back—Samsara’s gone.
“What’s Fog Sea?”
The team halts.
Cherry, stopping too, sees the stream cursing their stupidity, growing puzzled.
“Fog Sea? I think I know… Wind Bro, remember? I said Wen Fengqi pointed to the main city’s direction—it’s past Fog Sea, where there’s—”
“Holy sh*t!” Cherry’s jaw drops, staring at Bo He in awe.
“Flower Bro—no, big shot—you tricked them to Fog Sea?”
Jiang Shu and the stream are lost.
“Tricked to Fog Sea? What’s there? Aren’t we getting a key item?”
Bo He, with a pitying look, pats his cousin’s dim head.
“Cousin, didn’t we beta together?
Do you remember me opening a hidden dungeon?”
Jiang Shu shakes his head, then his eyes widen, catching on.
“So you leaked that on purpose? Bro, you’re…”
Too cunning!
He recalls what Fog Sea is—and what’s there.
Yun Shi, clueless, presses, “What’s in Fog Sea?”
Cherry, buzzing, leans in.
“Wind Bro! You forgot?
I dropped 10 levels at sea to respawn on Twin Islands!”
Bo He’s smile is warm as a breeze.
“Fog Sea’s empty except for a giant octopus monster.
The only sea revival point is the wooden ship.
Fog Sea has a navigation-loss mechanic.
To return, you drop to level 10, auto-teleporting to Twin Islands.”
Yun Shi: …
Stream viewers: … Damn! That’s brutal!
Samsara’s team, gleefully racing to Fog Sea, has no idea of the misery awaiting them.
Yun Shi and his team return to the dungeon entrance.
For a moment, he and the others stare at the mist, emotions complex.
Jiang Shu mutters, half-praising, half-cursing: “No blood on the blade! Elegant, too elegant! Bro, that’s you!”
