Chapter 2: Good, absorbs charm!

Su Li’er descended the mountain, slipped into a small grove, crushed a teleportation stone, and returned to the general store.

It had been a long time since she was last back.

Ever since she went up the mountain, she had been staying at the Sword Sect. Unknowingly, more than two months had passed…

There was even a thin layer of dust in the small wooden house.

With a wave of Su Li’er’s hand, embodying the great Dao’s simplicity, she wiped out all the surrounding dust. There, much cleaner.

‘Mmm, this feeling of using a cheat, how I’ve missed it.’

“Yiii!!!” Su Li’er stretched languidly, and instantly, her fox ears and nine tails all popped out.

Her round, chubby little face transformed into a delicate oval shape, her eyelashes becoming thick and curled. Her eyes turned a sakura pink, like shimmering jade-green waves, captivating one’s soul.

Disguise art, deactivated.

Finally, she could let her ears and tail out for some fresh air.

Accompanied by a faint sense of impending doom, Su Li’er leaned back and lay down on the bed, staring blankly at the ceiling like a salted fish.

‘After I get close to that big ice block of a Sect Master tomorrow, I wonder how much lifespan I’ll gain…’

‘Can I get a year or two, just to let me relax a bit…’

‘So anxious.’

‘Why isn’t tomorrow coming sooner.’

Su Li’er rolled around, wrapping herself into a rice ball with her tails.

—Ting-a-ling-ling.

The wind chime at the door suddenly rang.

The rice ball Su Li’er jolted, sprang to her feet, landed perfectly, and mumbled in confusion, “Someone’s… actually here. Is it a customer this late at night?”

—“Is anyone here?” A clear, cold voice called from beyond the curtain.

Su Li’er’s tails went rigid, her fox ears perked up high, filled with disbelief.

‘It’s-it’s actually a girl’s voice!’

‘I, I finally have business to do…’

“Yes, yes!” Su Li’er shouted joyfully.

Then, she quickly tidied her appearance, lifted the curtain separating the bedroom from the shop, and went out to greet them with a smile.

‘Let’s see, what kind of customer could it be?’

In the shop stood a slender, tall, black-haired girl. She wore a thin veil, obscuring her features, leaving only a pair of clear, watery eyes that revealed weariness and vigilance.

Su Li’er was slightly surprised. ‘This is a beautiful big sister.’

‘And… she’s so big! Incredibly big!’

“Hello, customer.” Su Li’er came back to her senses and smiled lightly.

“You are the owner of this shop?” The black-haired girl was a bit skeptical. “A fox-kin, with nine tails?”

“That’s right.” Su Li’er’s lips curled into a smile. With a flip of her small hand, a small stool appeared with a whoosh, landing perfectly by her feet. Then, she sat down gracefully.

“Summoning objects from thin air?” The black-haired girl was stunned for a moment, muttering, “Such incredible speed…”

“Customer, what a keen eye you have, to even know of such a divine ability.” Su Li’er snapped her fingers again, and with another whoosh, a small wooden table and another small stool appeared from the void, landing neatly. She extended a small hand and gestured, “Please.”

“What kind of magic treasure did you use?” The black-haired girl was a bit bewildered.

“Magic treasure?” Su Li’er tilted her head. “Why would I need such an external object?”

“This… how should I address the shop owner?” the black-haired girl asked.

Su Li’er thought for a moment, a smile gracing her lips. “The number one person under the current Heavenly Dao. You can call me, Little Heavenly Dao.”

—BOOM.

A bolt of lightning flashed by.

The small wooden house trembled.

Then, an endless barrage of thunder followed, lightning flashing.

“A lightning tribulation? Is the Great Dao venting its anger!?” Panic flashed in the black-haired girl’s eyes, and she was about to get up and leave.

“So annoying, don’t interrupt my business!” Su Li’er scolded the flashing lightning outside the door, then she snapped her fingers. “Erase all lightning!”

—The lightning tribulation vanished.

“There, much quieter now.” Su Li’er sighed in relief.

“What just happened?” The black-haired girl was astonished.

“Customer, how should I address you?” Su Li’er put on a friendly and kind smile.

“I… Song Ruo… cough! Song Xiaoxiao.” The black-haired girl, Song Xiaoxiao, coughed twice.

“Song? Then we must be truly fated!” Su Li’er rubbed her small chin.

“Is that so?” Song Xiaoxiao’s expression returned to its usual coldness, but a hint of respect had entered her eyes. It seemed the rumors about this Wishing General Store might actually be true.

“I also know a friend with the surname Song. She’s as beautiful as you, big sister.” Su Li’er thought for a moment, her eyes crinkling with a smile. “Oh no, not as beautiful as you, big sister.”

“Thank you for the compliment,” Song Xiaoxiao said flatly. “This veil, please forgive me for not being able to remove it.”

Su Li’er shrugged, then her playful demeanor shifted, and she asked with a touch of seriousness, “Big sister Song, are you here to buy something? Or… do you need my help with something?”

Song Xiaoxiao rubbed her eyes. “Lately, my insomnia has been severe.”

“Is that so… let me see.” A flash of immortal light flickered in Su Li’er’s eyes, and she had an epiphany. “An internal injury, it has damaged your life’s origin. Your body must be in constant pain.”

Song Xiaoxiao nodded. “Is there any way to treat it?”

Su Li’er thought hard, then sighed softly. “This is not easy to treat. Everyone’s life origin is different. Even if I were to refine some of my own origin for you, you wouldn’t be able to absorb it.”

“Is there no solution at all then?” Song Xiaoxiao clenched her fists.

“There is a way,” Su Li’er said softly.

“What is it!?” Song Xiaoxiao controlled her emotions.

“Once the life’s origin is depleted, it cannot be repaired. However, if one possessed truly flawless Heavenly Dao power, immortal energy, it could be easily restored,” Su Li’er said with a smile.

“Flawless Heavenly Dao power…” Song Xiaoxiao’s eyes dimmed.

“Big sister Song, don’t lose heart.” Su Li’er paused. “I have immortal energy.”

“Huh?” Song Xiaoxiao was taken aback.

“I have immortal energy.” Su Li’er extended a slender finger, as delicate as a spring onion. “Look, it’s right here.”

“Where?” Song Xiaoxiao squinted, staring at the finger.

“Big sister Song might not be able to see it. Immortal energy requires the All-Seeing Eye to be perceived.” Su Li’er giggled. “Well then, please excuse me.”

With her fingertip, Su Li’er lightly tapped one of Song Xiaoxiao’s incredibly large mounds.

It was a light touch, like a dragonfly skimming the water’s surface.

“Hiss!” Song Xiaoxiao’s whole body trembled. “What did you do?”

“I just gave you a little bit of immortal energy.” Su Li’er guiltily averted her gaze. In reality, physical contact anywhere would have worked; she just wanted to feel how big they were.

‘Hee hee~’

“It’s actually working.” Song Xiaoxiao closed her eyes, carefully feeling the slightly moistened life origin within her body.

It was like a drop of water falling into a dry desert.

It wasn’t enough…

She needed more, much more.

“How is it? Big sister Song, can you absorb it?” Su Li’er propped her cheek on her hand, her beautiful eyes curving into crescents.

“Good, very good!” Song Xiaoxiao’s eyes widened, the dark circles under them even fading a little. “Please, treat me.”

“About that… as for my payment.” Su Li’er’s expression turned mysterious.

“Anything is fine. Any amount of payment is fine,” Song Xiaoxiao immediately agreed.

“Really?” Su Li’er was delighted.

“Of course!” Song Xiaoxiao said decisively.

“Alright then.” Su Li’er stood up, beaming with joy, revealing her small canine teeth. “Big sister Song, please follow me.”

“No problem.” Song Xiaoxiao stood up.

Su Li’er lifted the bedroom curtain, unable to stop the corner of her mouth from turning up.

‘Good.’

‘Finally, finally I can absorb some alluring energy!’
