Finally back at his doorstep.

The sun had already set.

Lin Yi glanced at Li Huayu’s door again. There was no movement.

He didn’t know if he could complete his quest within these three days.

He opened the door to his home.

The living room was filled with a warm, orange glow. The last rays of the setting sun, refracted through the glass, sprinkled across the slender figure moving between the living room and the kitchen.

Drip, drop—

Lin Yi pushed the door open, carrying fresh toast 🍞 and a bouquet of white camellias. As he changed his shoes in the entryway, he smelled the rich aroma of chicken soup.

The first thing he saw was his wife, Zhuang Yayun, who had come to greet him still wearing an apron, the spatula not yet put down in her hand.

“Yiyi, feed me.”

Zhuang Yayun closed her eyes, her body leaning forward slightly, her plump, moist red lips parted, looking so luscious they could drip water.

A warmth spread through Lin Yi’s heart. He pinched a piece of milk bread between two fingers and placed it in Zhuang Yayun’s mouth.

This was a snack Yayun loved.

Time gradually passed.

Zhuang Yayun was far more passionate than usual.

It was as if she were expending the last drop of her energy before doing something.

“Are you leaving tomorrow?”

During their tender moments, Lin Yi finally learned the reason.

“Mhm, I’m going on a business trip tomorrow. Six-thirty in the morning. You don’t need to wake me, I’ll wake up on my own.”

Zhuang Yayun lay in Lin Yi’s arms, her messy hair obscuring her expression.

“Alright.”

Lin Yi nodded.

It was just a normal business trip. Yayun would be back in half a month.

Then, just like usual, Zhuang Yayun cooked dinner, they ate, washed the dishes, and leaned against the sofa together to watch TV.

Because Zhuang Yayun had to wake up early tomorrow, they were lying in bed before ten at night, peacefully falling asleep.

If nothing unexpected happened, Zhuang Yayun would wake up at six-thirty the next morning and leave for her business trip while Lin Yi was still sound asleep.

Gradually, Zhuang Yayun, leaning against the pillow and sucking on her finger, fell into a deep sleep.

Lin Yi also drifted off in his dreams, drowsy with sleep.

But,

Squeak—

In the darkness, the bedroom door was opened. A tall, voluptuous figure walked in, her height nearly reaching the top of the doorframe.

Like the legendary Hachishaku-sama,¹ she was silent and stealthy.

The sleeping Lin Yi was hazy, but he felt a soft sensation behind him, different from the fiery heat of Zhuang Yayun’s delicate body. It was slightly cool, taller, more voluptuous, and the familiarity of the body was also different…

Lin Yi instantly woke up with a start. Someone had come…

“Don’t move, little pet. You said it yourself, you’d let me do anything in private.”

A listless, seductive voice.

Li Huayu’s warm bosom enveloped Lin Yi.

“f*ck!”

Lin Yi instantly felt like he was being picked up like a child.

“Let’s go. I drugged Miss Zhuang. Tonight is my time for experiments.”

Li Huayu took Lin Yi’s ear into her mouth, her eyes gleaming with excitement deep within.

¹ “八尺大人” (Bā Chǐ Dàren), or Hachishaku-sama in Japanese, is a figure from Japanese urban legends and internet horror stories (creepypasta). She is described as an abnormally tall woman, eight feet (八尺, about 240 cm) tall, who preys on children. Her appearance here, being exceptionally tall and entering the room stealthily, directly evokes this famous ghost story.
