“Damn it.”
When Mianbao was grabbed by the leg by this subtly colored Slime King’s slimy tentacles and hung upside down, she realized that her thinking had been far too naive.
Slimes, their only characteristic was being weak.
The highest-level slime most people had ever seen was at most a level-three.
If one had to point out another characteristic, it would be slimes of various colors and flavors.
You heard that right, various flavors.
There was an adventurer on the continent named Sheng Chi Kan · Bei Er, who had once eaten various colored slimes.
It was said that different colors had different tastes, and they tasted pretty good too.
However, such a puddle of slime, which looked as “disgusting” as Hu Qingyu had described, would probably be difficult for a normal person to stomach.
But on this slime, the first characteristic was completely absent, because this was an extremely rare Slime King!
The crown on its head, which seemed to grow together with its body, shone brightly in the dimly lit palace under a light source from who-knows-where.
“Miss Mianbao! Are you alright!?”
Hu Qingyu stood on the ground, using his hands as a megaphone, shouting at Mianbao who was being swung around by the Slime King.
“I’m fine.”
Mianbao’s hands hung towards the ground, the world in her eyes inverted.
She said to the equally inverted Hu Qingyu, “As if! Hurry up and find a way to save me, aaaah!”
Being held like this couldn’t continue.
She had heard that slimes liked to perform nasty and indescribable tentacle PLAY on things they caught.
Mianbao did not want to be played with♀by those sticky tentacles that she didn’t know what kind of bad things they would do.
Mianbao had been careless and underestimated her enemy at the beginning.
She had loaded a level-four Starburst bullet into Sirius and shot it into the slime’s body, wanting to directly destroy its ugly form.
But as it turned out, this Slime King’s body was so soft that it had reached a new level, actually absorbing the high-speed spinning Starburst bullet.
Then it discovered Mianbao’s presence and snatched her up in one go.
“Don’t worry! Miss Mianbao! I will definitely save you!” Hu Qingyu continued to shout.
Don’t ask why the Slime King didn’t discover Hu Qingyu’s presence even though they were talking so loudly.
Because a slime, being a puddle of jelly, doesn’t need hearing.
And a slime, being a puddle of jelly, doesn’t have very good eyesight either.
‘Then hurry up and save me!’ Mianbao screamed internally.
This feeling of being hung upside down was not good.
Suddenly, she realized something else and covered her skirt with one hand.
‘Damn!
Could Hu Qingyu be up to something like that!?
Peeking while I’m hanging upside down??’
Actually, Mianbao was overthinking it.
Hu Qingyu had no such dirty thoughts.
Because Hu Qingyu didn’t have Frost Quench with him and had no effective means of attack, he was racking his brains to find a solution.
“Eeeh!?”
Mianbao suddenly started to scream.
Her body was bound by several more attacking tentacles, righting her position.
Even Mianbao’s slender neck was not spared, being bound by a tentacle.
“Ugh…”
The tentacle on her neck tightened its grip, coiling ever more tightly around Mianbao’s neck, making the air she could breathe increasingly scarce.
At this moment, the other tentacles also made their move.
Two slid along Mianbao’s snow-lotus-like arms, all the way to her delicate and beautiful collarbones.
Two other tentacles tightly bound Mianbao’s ankles and indecently traveled up her long, fair legs.
Due to suffocation, Mianbao couldn’t do anything to stop the Slime King’s actions.
Four tentacles continued their rampage, wrapping around Mianbao’s entire body and sensitive areas, setting off alarm bells in her heart.
Her eyes, already brimming with tears, looked at Hu Qingyu with a somewhat dazed expression.
At this point, Hu Qingyu no longer hesitated.
A black-gray mass of energy, like ink dripping into water, swirled around him.
With a clear shout from Hu Qingyu, a profound seal like a magic array instantly unfurled from his back.
The mass of energy around him gradually swirled into the shape of a black dragon under his exertion, coiling around him.
Hu Qingyu opened his hand, and the space around the Slime King was torn open by neat circles.
From within the circles, huge and terrifying black spikes, like thorns, emerged and pierced through the Slime King’s massive body.
Shadow Dragon · Death Thorn.
This scene was just like when he had killed several assassins in a row back then.
An ink-black dragon coiled, killing without mercy.
To the people of Shenzhou, Hu Qingyu was a monster.
The Slime King’s body had a very strong recovery ability.
Basically, as long as it didn’t suffer a fatal injury that would turn it to ash, it could quickly heal its wounds within a few seconds.
Slimes were considered trash on the continent, but a Slime King (emphasis on King), apart from its sight and hearing, was probably an existence comparable to a dragon.
And under Hu Qingyu’s attack, the slime’s body was not only directly pierced through, but it couldn’t even heal.
Little black things, like ashes, continuously scattered from the slime’s wounds.
With a loud roar, the Slime King, which in front of Hu Qingyu was no different from an ordinary slime, exploded.
An elemental crystal fell to the ground with a thud.
Hu Qingyu tapped his toes and flew up like a great roc spreading its wings, catching the slightly dazed Mianbao in mid-air.
But his expression became a little awkward.
Mianbao’s clothes, after being ravaged by the tentacles, seemed to have been dissolved into tatters by some substance on the Slime King’s body.
For a moment, her snow-white skin was exposed.
It could be said that her spring charms were leaked, an infinitely beautiful sight!
Hu Qingyu took off a light jacket he was wearing and very gentlemanly draped it over Mianbao’s body.
Looking at Mianbao’s weak appearance now, Hu Qingyu really couldn’t help but sigh that Miss Mianbao was the most beautiful girl he had ever seen.
Those so-called city-toppling sirens, top courtesans, and talented ladies from deep boudoirs in Shenzhou couldn’t even compare to a single one of Miss Mianbao’s little fingers.
Except for her chest being a bit pathetic.
If Mianbao heard these words, she would certainly nod and shamelessly admit that “her wife” was of course beautiful, and then a scene of our Miss Mianbao wanting to hit someone would unfold.
“I wonder if Zero has found those two yet.”
Kunta muttered, then watched as the Guardian Knights cleaned up the tragic scene in Lange Village.
She sighed and said, “Is it really a demon? Does such a thing really exist?”
