“Uh…”
Chahuayuan’s face was etched with exasperation, and even Chajingyuan couldn’t help but palm her forehead.
“You’ve not only blurted out all your true desires, but you’ve also slipped up twice in a row. That’s quite something…”
“Anyway, that’s the gist of it. This is the mystery of ‘lewdness’; those who know, know! The audience will definitely agree with me; their fervent support won’t lie!”
“Oh, is that so? Hmm…”
Gengetsu Shiori, surprisingly serious, nodded thoughtfully as she pondered.
Facing the camera, Gengetsu deliberately swayed her impressive bosom, then closed her large coat, opened it again… and compared the sway a few more times.
Finally, she even earnestly weighed them with her hands.
“‘…So there are so many tricks to using one’s chest, huh? Hehehehehe, it seems there really is a unique, unexpectedly lewd quality to it? I see, I see.'”
“Exactly, exactly! That’s it! Little Gengetsu truly lives up to her reputation as a top speedrunner; her progress in the realm of ‘lewdness’ is just as quick! Make sure to put it into practice in your future streams!”
“Mhm, I’ll try!”
“…”
“Ah, well now~”
“…Ugh, gurgle gurgle…”
Chahuayuan wasn’t actually against Mai’s “Oppai Service Theory”; she was just a little speechless at Gengetsu’s docile nature—even being so compliant when it came to ‘H’ topics.
Chajingyuan, however, was in a truly miserable state.
She was never good at awkward situations in front of strangers, and now, “publicly shaking breasts in broad daylight,” the surging waves combined with her social anxiety were practically making her foam at the mouth.
To distract herself, Chajingyuan could only gulp down apple juice and shove handfuls of jelly beans into her mouth, finally managing to regain her composure and get through the segment analyzing Gengetsu Shiori.
The next segment was dedicated to analyzing Chajingyuan.
Needless to say, any analysis of Chajingyuan’s debut would inevitably involve her meandering, convoluted, and ultimately stirring off-topic stream.
Chajingyuan pleaded fervently, finally convincing Mai to avoid a detailed recap of the stream’s specifics—otherwise, she truly might have died of embarrassment on the spot for everyone to see—and instead, focus solely on the technical issues.
On the positive side, Mai believed Chajingyuan genuinely possessed a talent for streaming.
Her adaptability, proactive control of the broadcast, ability to use and create memes, and even her overall linguistic proficiency were all remarkably strong.
However, it was undeniable that the past two days of streaming had revealed a slight issue with Chajingyuan’s pressure tolerance. It wasn’t that she was weak under pressure, but rather that her reaction was somewhat nuanced.
To be more precise, the sheer magnitude of Chajingyuan’s resilience was astonishing.
Over the past two days, during several periods, the chat’s atmosphere could only be described as bullying.
Few streamers could navigate a broadcast flow normally under such pressure; some with more fragile psyches would likely have crashed and burned in such circumstances.
The main problem, however, was Chajingyuan’s poor “stability” when handling pressure.
In critical moments, she tended to escalate the intensity herself, inadvertently pushing the stream toward a point of likely losing control.
This often led to the accidental exposure of fatal weaknesses, which would then snowball into an unstoppable cascade.
Had it not been for Chajingyuan’s remarkably high pressure tolerance, coupled with her considerable skill and good fortune, she probably would have truly crashed.
During the analysis of these issues, Mai spoke in a rather blunt tone, no longer prone to her usual eccentric outbursts.
Nevertheless, because her observations were undeniably truthful, Chajingyuan didn’t feel overly uncomfortable and honestly acknowledged them.
So…
Having identified this problem, just as with Gengetsu Shiori earlier, the discussion turned to potential methods for change or improvement.
Gengetsu tilted her head slightly:
“Perhaps slow down the pace of conversation, giving yourself more room to think?”
Chahuayuan, intimately familiar with her sister’s personality, analyzed thoughtfully:
“Actually, it’s just a matter of adjusting her mindset, lowering her stance a little. The main issue is that this child holds too much animosity towards the audience.”
Mai nodded in deep agreement:
“Indeed, indeed! Just like we discussed with Shiori, you need to cultivate a service-oriented mindset, one that embraces ‘lewdness’ with the audience!”
Chajingyuan, as the subject of the discussion, took a different approach, releasing her pent-up obsession:
“‘The most important thing is to strengthen my core skills and fill in my weaknesses! As long as I can master ‘Celeste’ without taking damage in the next two days, I won’t be trolled by the chat anymore!… Ow! That hurts!'”
“You scoundrel!”
—Naturally, that cry of pain had, once again, come from Chahuayuan hitting Chajingyuan.
It had to be said, Chajingyuan truly lacked a sense of professional awareness.
While it was true she was initially pulled into streaming by accident, at this point, even if her mindset hadn’t fully shifted, it wasn’t entirely excusable.
Her recent statement, however, showed not even a shred of “streamer awareness”; instead, it veered off into a strange “professional gamer’s pride.” It was truly baffling.
Considering the various superfluous and unnecessary masculine stubbornness she’d displayed in her life these past few days, it could only be said that Chajingyuan truly loved to contradict herself.
Perhaps, this was also part of her psychological issues.
All in all, the four of them chattered on about gaming prowess, acknowledging that while gaming skill was indeed important for a streamer, now was certainly not the time to be fixated on it.
“Especially don’t make excuses for indulging in games when we’re discussing how to practice streaming techniques!”
“Who would get addicted to such a sadistic game?! I’m just practicing to improve myself, hmph!”
As usual, Chahuayuan sternly lectured Chajingyuan, but Chajingyuan, as always, remained stubbornly defiant.
The self-reflection session finally concluded with Mai’s conciliatory remark, delivered with a smile: “Alright, I think we’ve analyzed enough. Just remember it all, okay?” The next segment was program design.
Chajingyuan and Gengetsu Shiori exchanged their ideas for the following week’s programs, confirming their mutual interest in a “collaboration” and their preferences for program choices.
Gengetsu Shiori’s program concept involved a showcase of popular new games, along with singing.
Her original intention was to schedule three days of singing sessions, but after persuasion from Makino Shibahime and Chahuayuan, it was ultimately reduced to two days—it was evident that the two existing members of Cyber-Official were quite apprehensive about Gengetsu’s singing ability.
Regarding the game selection for the showcase, Gengetsu wanted to start with a newly released domestic side-scrolling survival game with a post-apocalyptic theme.
However, Makino Shibahime stated that this type of game was too easy for her, lacking entertainment value, and suggested she choose a popular horror game instead.
“No, no! I-I-I’m not good at horror games at all! They’re really, really scary to play!!”
Gengetsu Shiori naturally protested vehemently against this.
However, it was clear that this decision-making process was akin to a forceful imposition in a love hotel; the more the person involved resisted, the more excited the decision-maker became…
The final outcome, of course, was that the autocratic Mai finalized the horror game streaming plan, with Gengetsu Shiori reluctantly accepting, her face etched with a pout of defiance.
