This presented an undeniable chance for individuals to skyrocket in status, and despite the inherent dangers of the hunt, a vast number of participants eagerly joined.

Ahoge Dragon, however, remained blissfully unconcerned with such lofty ambitions, still lingering by the main entrance.

Her tiny wings flapped rapidly behind her as she hovered in mid-air, circling Mao Yuxia playfully.

“Hee hee hee! Kitty, you can’t reach me now! Hahahaha!”

Having finally mastered flight, Ahoge Dragon naturally seized the opportunity to flaunt her newfound ability.

“I know you can fly, meow, so please come down. All this spinning around up there is giving me a headache, meow~”

Throughout their journey, Mao Yuxia had toiled, climbing mountains with great effort, while Ahoge Dragon had remained utterly carefree, buzzing around her head like an incessant fly.

Meanwhile, Ahoge Dragon’s colossal heaven-piercing pillar continued its descent, coincidentally toppling directly towards the central plaza.

In the very heart of the central plaza stood a colossal statue.

This monument depicted the first dean who had founded the academy, who was also, notably, the inaugural Empress of the Moonfall Kingdom.

Yet, as Ahoge Dragon’s titanic rod plummeted, the Empress’s statue was cleaved down the middle, swaying precariously as the ground trembled violently, sending numerous weapon carvings tumbling from its form.

“Little Ahoge, what are you doing?! Stop releasing your magic power right now! Meow, meow, meow! Please, stop!”
