On her side, Xia Zhiquiu, her mind elsewhere, plucked grapes one by one into a plate, her heart heavy with unease.

Just then, a rustle came from the kitchen doorway. Turning to look, she was instantly so startled her legs nearly gave out beneath her.

“You, what are you doing in here?”

Watching the Young Man enter the kitchen, especially as he casually closed the door behind him, a tremor ran through Xia Zhiquiu’s heart. This was her home, after all!

Hearing her, Bai Hao simply lifted the chin of the mature woman before him, his gaze sharp as he questioned her.

“Auntie Xia, you don’t seem very pleased that I’ve come over, do you?”

Xia Zhiquiu rolled her eyes inwardly. Of course, she wasn’t pleased, but given the current situation, she decided it was best not to displease the Unnamed Young Man. Who knew what this scoundrel might do?

With that thought, she took a deep breath, forcing a smile as she spoke.

“How could that be? I just thought, since I go to your place every day to tutor you, there’s no need for you to come over here, is there?”

Bai Hao narrowed his eyes slightly at her words.

“Is that so? Well then, I believe Auntie Xia.”

Xia Zhiquiu breathed a sigh of relief, but in the very next moment, the Unnamed Young Man abruptly pinned her against the counter and forcefully kissed her!

Feeling his fervent breath, Xia Zhiquiu instantly panicked.

Xia Wei was right outside; if she were to discover her ex-boyfriend was with her own mother…

The mere thought sent shivers down Xia Zhiquiu’s spine, prompting her to swiftly push him away.

“You, are you mad? What if Xia Wei sees us?!”

Bai Hao merely shrugged at her words.

“If she sees us, she sees us. That way, we won’t have to hide anymore.”

Xia Zhiquiu glared at him, then shoved a grape into his mouth, her voice laced with indignation.

“Get out! Don’t cause trouble for me here!”

Bai Hao’s eyes twinkled at her words. He swallowed the grape, then spoke softly.

“Auntie Xia can make me leave if she wishes, but I feel so uncomfortable right now. Won’t you help me?”

As he spoke, he gently took the exquisite, fair hand of the alluring woman before him, his meaning clear.

“Auntie Xia, your hands are truly beautiful.”

Xia Zhiquiu paused, then quickly grasped the implication. Her beautiful eyes widened, and without a second thought, she shook off his hand, turning her delicate body away.

“Impossible! Don’t even think about it!”

By now, Bai Hao had developed a strategy for dealing with Auntie Xia’s resistance. He smiled faintly, then whispered into her ear.

“Does Auntie Xia truly intend to refuse me? What if I ask Xia Wei to help me instead?”

Xia Zhiquiu froze, instantly overcome with shame and indignation.

“You, you beast!”

She knew he was only saying that to make her comply, but Xia Zhiquiu found herself helpless, for she dared not gamble.

What Xia Zhiquiu didn’t realize was that upon hearing Bai Hao suggest another woman’s help—even if that woman was her own daughter—a strange, uncomfortable feeling had sprouted within her.

After a long while, a faint, peculiar scent lingered in the kitchen, and a lingering blush still colored the beautiful, mature woman’s face.

She was meticulously washing her delicate hands repeatedly with dish soap, as if they had just been sullied by something unclean.

Bai Hao watched from the side with a faint smile, his eyes holding a deep, enigmatic glint.

‘Auntie Xia, this is just the beginning. I’ll make you come to like this taste…’

With that thought, he picked up a grape, popped it into his mouth, and then picked up the plate, intending to leave.

However, at the doorway, he didn’t forget to offer a reminder.

“Auntie Xia, remember our agreement to finish quickly?”

With that, Bai Hao walked out, feeling utterly content. Hearing him, Xia Zhiquiu’s face flashed with a hint of shame and anger, and she gritted her teeth.

“Scoundrel!”

Meanwhile, Bai Hao placed the washed grapes on the coffee table. Xia Wei, a hint of confusion in her voice, inquired.

“Why did you and my mom take so long washing grapes in the kitchen?”

Bai Hao replied vaguely.

“Your mom accidentally got her clothes dirty just now, so she’s gone to change.”

This utterly nonsensical explanation, however, failed to raise any suspicions in the easygoing Xia Wei, who simply continued chatting with the other two young women.

A short while later, Xia Zhiquiu emerged, prompting a collective gasp of profound admiration from everyone present.

For Xia Zhiquiu was now clad in a light purple, waist-cinching long dress that perfectly accentuated her voluptuous figure.

Being at home, she had coiled her dark hair into a neat bun, revealing her exquisite face and elegant neck.

Yet, what truly captivated was the sight of her fair, jade-like legs now encased in flesh-toned stockings. Her dainty, white feet, adorned with these sheer stockings, peeped out from slippers, appearing utterly alluring.

As she walked, her posture was graceful, her steps delicate and measured, her enchanting curves swaying like willows in the breeze.
