I sent Seo-jun back.

It wasn’t like we were going to cuddle in bed all night, so there was no reason to keep her there.

I’d already said too much, driven by my overflowing emotions.

I might have gotten away with it for now, but my words would definitely come back to haunt me.

Killing students as soon as I arrived at this school, making that meatball, killing the student in the match, and killing the class president.

While hugging Seo-jun as she sobbed yesterday, I thought about how to solve the problem.

I kept thinking about it even after she left.

I rummaged through my bag, searching for drugs I didn’t have, and sighed. I pulled out the large bag, and the rabbit mask I wore pressed against my face. I saw the gun Si-hyun “unni” left me.

I picked it up and loaded five rounds.

The satisfying click of the rounds locking into place lifted my spirits.

I stared at the loaded gun for a moment, then put it back in the large bag. I stuffed the remaining bullets into the bandolier.

It felt like I was going on a trip.

Even though all I was packing was this.

I took off my underwear and went into the bathroom to wash up.

I regenerated the bruises, scars from the beatings, and the wounds I inflicted on myself.

Then I gathered the pill bottles, water bottles, and everything else. I cut my wrist, filled a bottle with blood, and put it in the large bag.

After cleaning myself thoroughly, I lay down on the bed and closed my eyes.

I fell asleep surprisingly quickly. When I opened my eyes again and checked the time on my phone, it was 10 AM.

I slung the large bag over my shoulder and headed to the classroom.

Since it was class time, there were no students in sight.

Yellow flowers blooming on the roadside, moss and weeds growing between the pavement blocks, nameless wildflowers.

I bent down to smell a flower but ended up stomping on it.

The scent would come eventually.

As I entered the classroom, all eyes were on me.

One, two, three, many pairs of eyes.

The teacher still didn’t say anything to me.

I stood at the front of the classroom for a moment, wondering if I should just put my bag down.

What was her name again? Jung Seo-ha? Kim Seo-ha? It wasn’t Hye-yeon.

Anyway, I saw the girl who told me not to come to class.

Saying there was no need to come and get bullied since I was guaranteed a decent position anyway.

I went inside and sat down at my desk.

Soon, class ended, and break time began.

The bullies approached me again.

I got up and walked toward the girl who would one day stand beside Seo-jun.

“You, leave the classroom. Now.”

“……Even if you suddenly say that…”

What should I say?

“Do you know  Hye-yeon?”

“…How do you know Hye-yeon?”

“We’re friends. And, she’s calling for you.”

“Why me?”

“I don’t know. So just go.”

The girl scratched the back of her head and left the classroom.

Soon after, someone hit me on the back of the head.

“…….”

“What are you looking at? I was so happy you weren’t coming back. Why are you crawling back here? It’s awful for you too, isn’t it?”

My head snapped to the side from the slap.

“I won’t come to your room. So just stay there and don’t even think about coming out.”

“……Hey.”

“What.”

“Honestly, are you that angry and sad that that girl died?”

Instead of an answer, I received a kick, and I pretended to struggle as I crawled towards where I’d dropped my bag.

I got kicked and stepped on a few more times along the way.

After getting beaten up for a while, I grabbed a foot that was flying towards my face and snapped the ankle.

The boy who had been kicking me so confidently screamed like a girl.

I lightly brushed myself off, stood up, opened the large bag, and threw the bottles of blood at the front door, back door, and windows. Then I pulled out the gun.

Everyone stared at me, dumbfounded.

They could have easily resolved this if they had used their abilities or items to blow off my hand.

That’s the problem.

These idiots in front of me.

I left the boy with the broken ankle alone for now.

He must have really loved his girlfriend to bully me like this.

I aimed the gun at a random student whose name and face I didn’t know and pulled the trigger.

A large hole appeared in the student’s body, which wasn’t very sturdy.

The sight of their insides dangling from the gaping hole was more stimulating than I expected.

The visible blood began to slowly explode the fallen student, just as I wanted.

I changed targets and pulled the trigger again.

The sound was quite loud. Maybe because it was a shotgun.

I thought guns just made holes, but their face literally shattered.

I kept pulling the trigger.

When the gun clicked empty, some students started screaming and trying to escape the classroom, while others charged at me.

Fireballs, sharp icicles, blades from their waists—all sorts of things flew towards me and pierced my body.

It didn’t hurt much.

I felt strangely detached since yesterday.

Like the sensation I felt when my head was opened and electrocuted, and then I was reborn in my thoughts.

The students trying to escape through the front or back doors were swallowed by the blood splattered on the floor, torn to shreds, and then exploded.

My classmates, drenched in red, a girl screaming with chunks of flesh stuck to her face, a boy charging at me, yelling.

And a girl with a delighted expression, who managed to stab me with a blade.

She looked so happy, so I pretended to stumble, backpedaling towards the lockers, and fell.

Everyone stared at me, thinking it was over.

They were all desperate, just like I was on my second day in the lab.

They were stupid kids who didn’t know they didn’t have to struggle so hard to live.

That’s why they live like this.

Instead of pitying a pathetic, miserable child like me, like Seo-jun did, they bullied me and told me I didn’t deserve to live.

The blood that had soaked the floor around the girl transformed into a sharp blender, grinding the floor beneath her.

The girl, who had been so cheerful just moments ago, was slowly ground to pieces.

Bits of her flesh splattered everywhere, even on the ceiling!

The students, panicking again, threw themselves at the windows, the front door, and the back door.

But after being pricked by the thorns, they gave up on escaping.

“Hey, this is all because of you.If you hadn’t approached me, none of this would have happened.”

“You… you’re, no, no……”

The boy wiped the flesh and blood that had splattered on his face from the still-screaming girl being ground to bits and shook his head.

Seeing the students, torn apart in the rising pool of blood, reaching out to me and begging for their lives, I wondered if I deserved to live.

These maggots, who couldn’t even defend themselves against someone like me, were the ones who cursed Si-hyun “unni” and said she should be hunted down and killed.

What’s wrong with being a villain? What’s wrong with taking the hearts of kids like you and putting them to good use?

With each student that died, the amount of blood I could control increased.

The red liquid that filled the floor remained still like a stagnant puddle, but if anyone stepped in it, it would bite at their ankles and hungrily devour them when they fell.

There were many people alive in Class B-2, but not many looked like they would survive.

They were all injured, with large holes in their bodies from Si-hyun “unni”’s shotgun.

“Hey. I asked you. Is the you were screwing around with that precious?”

If she’s more precious than their lives, everything around them, their remaining friends, the school, the classroom, the class… then I have to acknowledge it as true love.

I got up and walked towards the girl who had stabbed me in the stomach.

She was no longer screaming, just sticking out her tongue and trembling.

I placed the muzzle of the shotgun against her forehead and pulled the trigger.

With a small explosion, her head shattered. I reached inside, grabbed something, ripped it out, and walked back to the boy.

I tossed the unidentified body part in front of him.

Then I smiled and spoke, like the researcher in a lab coat who told me that most of my meals would be like this from now on.

It was edible.

Well, it’s meat. It’s edible.

Even if it’s a bit nauseating.

So, it would be edible.

“Eat it, and I’ll let everyone here live.”

I didn’t like how the boy was acting like he couldn’t move, even though he just had a broken ankle. I aimed the gun at the girl lying next to him, crying with a hole in her side, and pulled the trigger.

“I’ll, I’ll eat it! I’ll eat it!”

“Oh, okay.”

I took out more bullets from my bag, reloaded, and aimed at the girl again.

Finally, the crying stopped, and the classroom felt a little quieter.

“I said I’d eat it!”

“Then eat it. I prepared this fresh just for you.Back in my day, I only got to eat smelly steamed meat.”

I burst out laughing, amused by my own words.

The boy stared at me for a moment, then started sobbing and eating the red thing.

Disgusted by the cannibalism, I placed the gun against my shoulder and pulled the trigger.

Annoyed screams.

Then I heard a new sound.

The front door opened.

Someone blew away all the rippling blood and entered the classroom.

It was the teacher who deflected the arrow with the chart board, my homeroom teacher now, I guess.

“Oh, teacher. When I saw you during the last match, I thought you were slow, but you came surprisingly fast this time.”

“I should have expelled and killed a crazy
like you back then.”

As for escaping, I could just go out the front door.

Thinking about that wasn’t very interesting.

Just focus on becoming useful.

Right now, I’m a very useful person to Seo-jun.

Definitely!
