“Attention, transmission will commence shortly. Please prepare in advance. Additionally, there are inherent risks in the process, so be sure to maintain optimal condition before starting.”
“60 seconds until transmission. Beginning countdown now.”
Just as Luo Yan was still mesmerized by “her own” unbelievably stunning beauty, a mechanical voice echoed beside his ear.
Instinctively, he tried to slip the lipstick and mirror into his pocket—only to remember that his tight combat suit didn’t have any. The only storage was a thigh holster for a compact gun and some extra magazines.
Maybe he should just leave them here?
As a “pseudo-girl,” he probably wouldn’t need lipstick, and the mirror didn’t seem essential either. But then he remembered what that pink twin-tail had said—both items were capable of evolving and apparently even surpassed the combat suit in quality. It felt like a waste to leave them behind…
They weren’t large anyway. Maybe he could just carry them by hand?
But something about that didn’t sit right.
He had no clue how the transmission worked, or what kind of world he’d be stepping into.
There was no telling how teleportation here functioned—what if he dropped them mid-transfer?
“20 seconds until transmission. Initializing program.”
The voice returned.
At the same moment, rings of dazzling light erupted beneath his feet, and Luo Yan could feel a massive surge of energy building up.
“Time’s almost up—how am I supposed to carry these…?”
His eyes swept past the dangerously captivating curves of his own chest.
Suddenly, inspiration struck.
Right… Maybe that could work…
Clinging to a last-ditch hope, Luo Yan suppressed his embarrassment and carefully tucked the lipstick and mirror into his cleavage.
It was a spontaneous idea—one he hadn’t pinned much hope on.
After all, he’d only ever seen that kind of shameless move in certain videos, streams, or anime.
He wasn’t sure it would work in real life.
To his surprise, they stayed in place.
He couldn’t help but marvel at it.
Apparently, with enough size and firmness, even delicate little items could be stored securely.
Maybe those legendary streams and anime weren’t exaggerating after all.
And honestly, he wasn’t exaggerating either—his figure was absurdly perfect.
Calling it “unbelievable” would hardly be an overstatement.
His jaw-dropping proportions could make any man’s blood boil.
Despite their sheer size, his chest was firm and upright, showing no signs of sagging.
Even just standing there, the shape held steady and full.
With the support of his bra, the silhouette looked even more pronounced—textbook perfection.
Maybe that’s why they could hold things so well…
Feeling the slight weight nestled in his cleavage, Luo Yan drew in a deep breath.
“5 seconds until transmission…”
“3 seconds…”
“1 second…”
“Transmission commencing…”
He cast one last glance at the cocoon suspended beneath the starry sky—
Then, the surrounding light exploded, transforming into a sea of blinding white that engulfed him entirely.
The moment the light touched him, he felt his body begin to disintegrate at an alarming speed—fragmenting into countless particles.
Is this… quantum teleportation?
Just as the thought surfaced, the overwhelming brightness forced him to shut his eyes.
******
The blinding light disappeared almost as suddenly as it had arrived.
Brightness returned to normal—just ordinary daylight levels.
Had he arrived?
Luo Yan hadn’t expected the teleportation to be so fast.
Over in the blink of an eye. And, surprisingly, there was no discomfort at all.
He’d braced himself for a grueling, painful experience—but it had been effortless.
It almost didn’t feel real.
Could it really have been quantum teleportation?
That strange space earlier… and the AI called Nico… the tech here was undeniably advanced.
Luo Yan took a deep breath, trying to calm his awe.
Before being teleported, he’d already formed a few theories about this world.
Now it was time to test them.
He opened his eyes slowly.
What greeted him was a weedy, gray-yellow plain.
Far off in the distance stood an ancient forest, its trees towering like they belonged to another era.
A river flowed from a low mountain, winding between the slope where he now stood and the forest—a natural divider.
To the west, he could barely make out an abandoned road—its surface cracked and riddled with potholes. It looked like it hadn’t seen maintenance in decades.
Beyond that, there were no signs of civilization.
No chirping birds. No wind. No sound.
Desolate.
Dead.
As Luo Yan was absorbing his first impression of this new world, a neutral, synthetic voice suddenly echoed in his mind—
[Main program attempting to connect to neural system…]
“What the—?”
Before he could react—
[Connection established. Identifying code. Please wait…]
[Code CHC-NUB2 successfully recognized. Launching main program…]
“Huh?”
Luo Yan instinctively glanced around.
Still no one in sight.
That voice—it had to be coming from inside him.
[Initialization complete. Beginning synchronization.]
[Current sync rate: 20%… 35%… 70%… 100%.]
The sync bar filled rapidly, giving him no time to think.
[Sync complete.]
The moment the message finished, his field of vision trembled slightly.
Something… anchored itself in his consciousness.
A stream of glowing data burst into view.
It swirled and coalesced, forming a semi-transparent, floating interface.
Its aesthetics were a blend of sci-fi and fantasy.
For a second, Luo Yan felt a strong sense of déjà vu—
It looked just like the UI from the MMOs he used to play.
A… system?
His thoughts immediately jumped to those “golden finger” systems from transmigration novels.
His eyes lit up.
On the left side of the screen, a beautifully detailed 3D character model spun slowly.
Looking closer, he realized it was him—a perfect replica of his current body. Same black combat suit, same mesmerizing curves.
Oddly enough, the handgun at his waist didn’t show up on the model.
Was the interface using some sort of embedded sensors in the clothing to generate the display?
After a moment of thought, he let it go.
He also discovered a neat trick—he could manipulate the model using his “willpower.”
Rotate, zoom in, view details—even peek at… rather compromising angles.
Not that it meant much right now—just a new way to entertain himself, perhaps?
Of course, he wasn’t the type to care about things like that.
He wasn’t a pervert.
Moving his gaze to the top of the screen, he saw his basic info:
[Descent Plan – In Progress]
[Name: Luo Yan]
[Level: Aberrant]
[Age: 18]
[Height: 170cm]
[Weight: 52kg]
[Measurements: 100cm / 62cm / 90cm]
The “Descent Plan” label was especially prominent.
Next to the “In Progress” status was a strange icon—an occult-looking, reversed Tree of Sephiroth composed of several rotating dark-red sigils linked in an inverted triangle.
It radiated a bizarre, ominous energy.
The bottom-most ring in the formation was glowing, pulsing with a bloody-red light.
“Descent Plan…”
Luo Yan frowned.
He recalled what Nico had said earlier.
Though that twin-tailed loli had been vague, two points were clear:
One, the plan was important.
Two, it was tied directly to him.
And from the way Nico had said “Most of the energy was spent on the Descent Plan,” it likely had some high activation cost and long preparation period.
What effect will my actions in this world have on the Descent Plan…?
That was a crucial point.
Before teleportation, he’d speculated that the plan’s final stage would bring everything to a close. His true identity would be exposed. His consciousness… erased.
Of course, that was just one theory.
But those dark red words still weighed heavily on him.
Time… was already ticking.
Whatever this mysterious and likely dangerous plan was, it had already begun.
He had no idea how much time he had left.
Still, whatever the truth behind the Descent Plan was—whether it posed a threat or not—it wasn’t something he could worry about now.
The fact that he could still breathe, think, and exist was already a blessing.
Even so, some primal instinct still pushed him to want more.
Shaking his head, Luo Yan looked away from the “Descent Plan.”
“Luo Yan, huh? So that’s this girl’s name… Same pronunciation as mine, just a different character. Guess that’s fate. Otherwise, why would I have ended up in her body…”
His gaze lingered on the name for a moment.
“Since I’m already in a female body, I may as well go by this name. It’ll help me adapt, and avoid trouble later.”
This life was “borrowed.” He’d have to tread carefully.
Judging by what that AI had said—and the strange dreams he’d had—this body was probably created to be a vessel, capable of housing a soul.
It may have even retained a few fragments of memory.
Whether it had once had its own independent consciousness… who could say?
But now, his thoughts were this body’s thoughts.
That was the reality.
As his mind wandered, Luo Yan kept reading.
“Level: Aberrant? Is that strong? Or weak?”
“100cm, 62cm, 90cm… Good lord.
If the measuring standards here are anything like Earth’s, that’s definitely G-cup territory. And judging by the real thing… yeah, they definitely live up to the name lethal weapons…”
He let out a bitter smile, glancing down at his overwhelming figure.
Then, his gaze shifted to the right side of the interface.
There, a vast, star-filled sky unfolded before him.
At its center was a slowly spinning star, dimly glowing.
Around it were countless flickering points of light, scattered like distant beacons.
“…What is this?”
