Chapter 51: The Mirage Dragon Pearl’s New Master

“Ah… mmph!”

After emerging, Dragon Princess swallowed the Mirage Dragon Pearl in one gulp.

In doing so, she had completely gained control over the entrance and exit of the Mirage Dragon Pearl’s world.

She could now enter herself, or allow others to enter, at any moment.

It was as if Dragon Princess had acquired an unimaginably vast storage ring.

“Out of the way! Make way! Watch me store this entire dragon skeleton into my belly!”

Having emerged with everyone and then reclaiming the Mirage Dragon Pearl, Dragon Princess was utterly triumphant, unable to contain her smugness.

She promptly waved aside the bothersome onlookers, instantly drawing the colossal dragon skeleton into the Mirage Dragon Pearl.

Should she ever need it again, she could simply retrieve it from within!

“So amazing! Such a massive thing, and she just takes it away, meow~~”

Mao Yuxia clapped her hands in delight, marveling that the value of this dragon skeleton alone could rival that of the entire Brilliant Moon Kingdom!

“Ohh!!”

Luo Tiantian, too, seemed genuinely happy for Dragon Princess, striking a victorious pose with her hands raised.

Moreover, she, who had always been so cautious and reserved in her expressions, now beamed with a joyful smile!

Dragon Princess noticed this, thinking, ‘How utterly adorable!’ The young half-elf, save for her lack of wings, was remarkably similar to the elves.

“Little Tiantian is so cute! Hehehe! I’m really powerful now! If you stay with me, Little Tiantian, I’ll never let any harm come to you!”

Dragon Princess couldn’t resist going over and hugging her; having been surrounded mostly by older sisters, such a young loli was a rare sight indeed.

She knew she had to hold onto Luo Tiantian tightly, clinging to her as if she were the very future itself.

‘Once we return to the imperial capital, I’ll take her to play in Tulan,’ she thought.

“Mmph… too tight~~”

Luo Tiantian, held too tightly by Dragon Princess, felt a little uncomfortable.

Yet, her cheeks flushed, she was clearly delighted.

Yao Yueli, standing nearby, frowned deeply before giving Dragon Princess a sharp rap on the head!

“Ouch!! Ow ow ow! Why… why are you hitting me again?!”

Dragon Princess recoiled, clutching her head, utterly displeased.

‘She’s a hero now,’ she grumbled, ‘is this any way to treat a hero?’

“What are you showing off for over there? Do you still have energy? Then gather up this small grove below!”

“The place we’re in is too desolate. Once these things are brought in, it will improve considerably. Besides, these Golden Scale Trees are quite valuable; they’ll be useful later!”

Hearing Yao Yueli’s words, Dragon Princess began to seriously examine her surroundings.

With the dragon skeleton removed, a massive cavernous hole now lay open.

All around the great hole stood golden-hued trees, shimmering brilliantly and forming a breathtaking sight.

Dragon Princess instantly envisioned the scene of these trees being transplanted into the Mirage Dragon Pearl.

‘It would undoubtedly be incredibly beautiful!’ she mused.

‘Perhaps once inside the Mirage Dragon Pearl, they’ll grow even more luxuriantly. After all, this is merely underground; trees thrive best when planted on the surface!’

“Mm-hmm! All these things are mine now!”

Dragon Princess was more than happy to claim all these treasures for herself, and after some time, she finally plopped down onto the ground.

Exhausted, looking like a tired dog, she had at last relocated everything from the area.

Mao Yuxia, Yao Yueli, and Luo Tiantian were not idle either.

Re-entering the Mirage Dragon Pearl, they meticulously planted the newly acquired trees in a designated area.

Luo Tiantian, seemingly quite skilled at cultivating herbs, reclaimed a large tract of land within, replanting the low-grade medicinal herbs they had gathered.

She even acquired some seeds, sowing vast expanses of them.

There was no longer any need to worry about insufficient magic preventing these herbs from growing.

With the Mirage Dragon Pearl now under Dragon Princess’s control, they discovered that the pillars scattered throughout were actually devices crafted by the Elven race, designed to absorb the world’s magic.

After Yao Yueli severed them with a single sword stroke, external magic began to pour ceaselessly into this world.

It was certain that before long, this place would transform into a veritable paradise.

“These are all Black Gold Stones, Big Sister! Split them all open and see how many Black Gold Bricks are inside.”

Dragon Princess unceremoniously dumped everything from her Void Dragon Horn.

With such a vast world-storage ring now at her disposal, who would bother with that pitifully small Void Dragon Horn?

Upon seeing the chaotic pile of items before her, Yao Yueli’s expression darkened.

There were indeed plenty of Black Gold Stones, but what in the world was with the massive pile of pineapple buns amidst them?

Even when she had complained about the horn being almost full, this food-loving Dragon Princess hadn’t thought to discard these useless pineapple buns!

Still, annoyance aside, with an entire world at her command, Dragon Princess could store as many pineapple buns as she pleased.

Turning her attention to the Black Gold Stones, Yao Yueli began splitting them open one by one with a Dragon Demonic Tool.

In the end, only a single Black Gold Diamond was discovered!

Indeed, Diamond-grade materials proved exceedingly rare!

Even among the countless Golden Scale Trees, only one had been of Diamond-grade.

While they now possessed two types of Diamond-grade materials, these alone were far from enough to significantly enhance Dragon Princess.

Much more effort would be required in the future!

“So many materials, but how do we turn them into demonic tools, meow~”

Mao Yuxia, gazing at the abundance of materials, was genuinely troubled.

Without a skilled blacksmith, these materials were nothing more than scrap metal!

While they could be sold, it would undoubtedly be at a significant loss.

“Even the most accomplished blacksmith in our Brilliant Moon Kingdom is merely a Silver-grade blacksmith, and crafting a single Silver-grade demonic tool takes over a year.”

Yao Yueli stated plainly that blacksmiths were even rarer and harder to advance in skill.

Consequently, every blacksmith was considered a priceless treasure, protected and revered by various nations.

To commission a blacksmith to create a demonic tool, one had to provide five times the necessary raw materials!

An outrageous scam!

The Yao Yueli clan had previously trained blacksmiths, but despite significant investment, they had only managed to reach Bronze-grade, proving almost useless.

“I feel like now that we have this space, we could go to Golden City and kidnap a Gold-grade blacksmith! We could make them craft demonic tools for us for life, meow~”

Mao Yuxia blinked, offering the suggestion, but then suddenly realized the impropriety, quickly covering her mouth, her face flushing crimson.

“I… I was just joking! Every blacksmith is surrounded by experts; we definitely couldn’t defeat them…”

Not only did a Gold-grade blacksmith’s strength need to reach at least Six-star, but even their guardians would be Seven-star Demonic Tool Masters.

Such powerful individuals could annihilate their entire kingdom.

‘They’re not to be provoked! Absolutely not!’ she thought.

“That’s a great idea, Meowmeow! You’re getting smarter and smarter! When we have time, let’s grab a few! It would be even better if we could snatch a Diamond-grade one!”

Dragon Princess patted Mao Yuxia’s back, noting how much this ‘Meowmeow’ had grown to resemble her after constantly being by her side.

‘Truly, a teachable child!’ she mused.

“Eh!!! I was just kidding, meow! Don’t go, we’ll definitely get caught, meow!”

Mao Yuxia was scared half to death, a nagging feeling telling her that Dragon Princess might actually follow through.

“Hahaha! What’s there to be afraid of? When the time comes, the two of us will work together flawlessly! We can secretly take one or two, and no one will ever find out!”
