Chapter 6: A Painful Return

“Tsk, after just a little time, you’re already feeling the strain?”

Mo Ya felt a sharp pain emanating from his chest. Ever since deciding to save Shakia and returning here, only a few minutes had passed.

But the bad memories began to resurface in his mind, and he realized the seal placed on him by King Shengkong was incredibly powerful.

“Ah… Welcome back, my King.”

The Blood Princess sat collapsed on the ground, her blood-red vertical pupils filled with a sense of loss and loneliness. She couldn’t comprehend why her noble King would stoop to saving a woman he didn’t know.

“Blood Princess, it’s best not to do such things,” Mo Ya said, hiding the searing pain in his chest and looking seriously at her.

The Blood Princess remained on the ground, her emotions on the verge of collapse. She placed her hands on the floor and slowly crawled towards Mo Ya, her gaze filled with helplessness.

“But… if I don’t do this, I feel like you’re going to leave me. Is the human world really so enchanting that you’d abandon your throne to come here?”

“What nonsense,” Mo Ya thought, clenching his fists so tightly that his bones cracked. In that moment, he truly understood the actions of the other six kings.

Feelings of humiliation and resentment surged through him. If the hidden mastermind appeared before him now, he would tear them to shreds without hesitation.

“King… do you like that woman? If it’s about the body, I can…”

“No, I just purely dislike her actions,” Mo Ya interrupted, lowering his head to see the Blood Princess looking up at him with longing.

Due to the angle, he caught a glimpse of her chest heaving with each breath, the pinkish hue of her skin rising and falling. He quickly averted his gaze.

But the Blood Princess noticed, and a smile played at the corners of her mouth. She sat up straight, placing her hand on her chest.

“Hey, what are you doing?”

Mo Ya’s heart raced as he sensed what was about to happen.

“What? My King is still so shy. If it’s you, it’s okay. Because just as you belong to me, I belong to you alone.”

She forcefully tore the thin fabric covering her chest, exposing her pale skin to Mo Ya. He felt a surge of desire from below.

“Stop…”

“I won’t. It’s rare to see you so weak, and I’m so happy,” she said, standing up and looking at him with a seductive gaze. “Where does my King want to enjoy my body?”

She placed her slender fingers in her mouth, sucking on them rhythmically while swaying her body suggestively. Then, she removed her fingers, leaving a trail of saliva that dripped onto her bare chest.

“If we’re talking about figure, I won’t lose to that woman. So…”

She leaned in close, pressing her body against his firm chest while her right hand began to explore his most intimate area.

“I… Blood Princess… I want to be with you forever…”

Her eyes glazed over, and her cheeks flushed with desire. Looking at the Blood Princess in his arms, Mo Ya felt a pang of guilt.

“Why do you keep following me? I’m no longer the King, you’re free.”

“No… I’ve always been free. This is my choice. From the moment you saved me, I became yours alone. So… please, indulge in me… I’m yours alone…”

No one knew what the Blood Princess had experienced during the month she was gone. Just like before, she was causing Mo Ya trouble, but now it was even worse. Mo Ya didn’t respond, only gently stroking her head before striking her neck with a swift chop.

“I’m sorry…”

The unconscious Blood Princess lay in his arms, her usually wild and uncontrollable demeanor replaced by a gentle, feminine softness. But this only lasted as long as her peaceful expression. If one looked just a bit lower… the scene would be quite different.

“Sleep well.”

Mo Ya held her in his arms and began to chant a bitter, complex incantation. As he finished, a strange door appeared before him.

The black interior of the door pulsed with the familiar corrosive energy. In sync with this, the door pulled the Blood Princess from Mo Ya’s grasp, sucking her into the endless darkness, leaving Mo Ya alone.

“As expected… Shokai is still rejecting me.”

He placed his hand on the doorframe, feeling a sharp pain shoot through his brain. Like a sensitive mimosa plant, he quickly pulled his hand away.

Looking at the darkness beyond the door, he sighed in resignation and turned away.

“Safe travels, Blood Princess.”

And when will I be able to see the other side of this door again?
