Join the ServerWhen Xie Jue heard those words, he almost thought he was dreaming.
The hand at his side trembled uncontrollably. His throat tightened. His vision blurred, the person standing before him becoming hazy, as if seen through a thin veil.
He had discovered his special feelings for Su Zhuozhi long ago, but the timing was never right. He could only forcefully suppress them in his heart, planning to slowly win the young master’s heart and secure a place there first. Until a few days ago, when he could no longer restrain himself and blurted out his feelings.
He thought that if Su Zhuozhi didn’t immediately reject him and was willing to give him a chance to pursue, that would already be a good outcome. But he never expected the young master to be so soft-hearted—after he mistakenly thought Xie Jue had run away and momentarily went mad, committing offensive acts, he could still… hear such a sentence.
It was as if the Heavenly Dao, which had always been stingy and disgusted with him, finally showed him a sliver of mercy.
It was all because the young master was so good in every way, willing to like him.
Like.
Such simple and ordinary words, spoken from Su Zhuozhi’s mouth, became profoundly significant. They pressed down on Xie Jue’s heart like a heavy boulder, making his heartbeat stop and his breath freeze. He could only stand there stiffly, turned into a fool.
After Su Zhuozhi, enduring his own nervousness, said what he wanted to say, he found Xie Jue looking as if struck by a fatal blow—defenseless, like a hollow stone, seemingly hard on the outside but actually thin and brittle, ready to shatter at a touch. The whole person was fragile and at a loss.
Su Zhuozhi felt bewildered.
Why didn’t he look happy?
Had he misunderstood something?
He thought about it, hesitating whether to take back his words. But just as he parted his lips, he was yanked by an urgent force and fell into an embrace, held so tightly it felt as if Xie Jue wanted to knead him into his bones and make them one.
“Mm…”
He felt like he was suffocating.
Su Zhuozhi’s face was buried against Xie Jue’s chest muscles, hard and unyielding, his nose pressed painfully. But the moment he stirred, showing any intention of breaking free, Xie Jue grew tense, like a puppy about to be abandoned again.
The image of the lonely and desolate Xie Jue he had just seen flashed in his mind.
Su Zhuozhi thought for a moment, then instead of pushing him away, slowly reached out and hugged him back.
Xie Jue’s body trembled.
This gesture meant that Su Zhuozhi had truly accepted him.
“…Young master.”
An extremely hoarse voice came from above, different from usual, as if his voice had changed entirely.
Whether it was Su Zhuozhi’s imagination, he felt that Xie Jue, disbelieving, was about to cry.
Impossible.
How could someone like Xie Jue cry?
Even so, Su Zhuozhi’s hand on Xie Jue’s back unconsciously caressed him, as if soothing a big dog.
The two stayed in that embrace for so long that Su Zhuozhi’s waist ached and his legs weakened. Finally, he couldn’t help but mutter softly. Only then did Xie Jue snap out of it, loosen his arms, and then half-carry the young master into the hall.
As usual, he served him for washing up, but the atmosphere was different.
Xie Jue’s gaze hardly left Su Zhuozhi, and his lips were pressed into a joyful curve that he couldn’t suppress.
When a servant entered with breakfast, they happened to catch a glimpse of the Demon Lord’s smile and were so startled that they dropped the tray. With a thud, they knelt, trembling in sheer terror. But the Demon Lord didn’t scold them, only ordered them to withdraw.
Soon, the servants filed out, leaving only Su Zhuozhi and Xie Jue in the hall.
Before Su Zhuozhi was a bowl of shrimp porridge, steaming hot. He gently stirred it with a spoon, planning to eat something else first.
“I want to kiss you. May I?”
Xie Jue, sitting across from him, suddenly spoke.
Su Zhuozhi’s hand holding the spoon paused. He didn’t reply.
Xie Jue circled the table to stand beside him, bent down, and leaned in until their noses almost touched. He could clearly see every long, curled eyelash of Su Zhuozhi, trembling slightly as if nervous, but without any sign of evasion. The tacit permission stirred Xie Jue’s heart with joy and excitement he could hardly contain.
Xie Jue’s hand gripped his waist, and he lowered his head to kiss him—a soft touch, tentative. He kissed once, then again, while watching Su Zhuozhi’s reaction out of the corner of his eye, ready to pull back if he showed any displeasure.
But Su Zhuozhi showed no dislike; his face only flushed a beautiful rosy color, growing redder. He even closed his eyes, as if he would not resist no matter what Xie Jue did.
This attitude made Xie Jue lose control instantly. The light, butterfly-like kiss immediately turned fierce. His tongue pushed past the barrier of teeth, charging in recklessly, tangling and refusing to let go, as if he wanted to devour the person whole. The more he kissed, the more intense it became.
His hand, originally on Su Zhuozhi’s waist, moved to his lower back, firmly holding him and pressing him into his embrace. The slender frame of the youth and the broad, solid chest of the young man were tightly pressed together, their heartbeats thumping so fast they seemed to merge, indistinguishable from each other.
Because the kiss was so fierce, Su Zhuozhi’s face was flushed red, and he could barely breathe. Saliva couldn’t be contained, flowing from the corner of his mouth, wetting his chin, making it slick and glistening with an ambiguous sheen.
Su Zhuozhi had never known a kiss could be so brutal; he felt he might actually suffocate. Dying from such a cause would be too embarrassing. Unable to bear it, he panickedly pushed against Xie Jue’s chest, garbling, “Enough, stop…”
Xie Jue pulled back a little, but then he moved down along Su Zhuozhi’s chin, sucking and kissing bit by bit. His throat bobbed as he swallowed.
When Su Zhuozhi realized what Xie Jue was doing, shame made his whole body tremble, his fingers curling up helplessly.
Licking, swallowing it down…
Su Zhuozhi’s face reddened to the roots of his neck. He pushed Xie Jue again, his voice choked with tears, too ashamed to speak.
Xie Jue finally stopped. Su Zhuozhi shivered, all but fleeing, afraid that Xie Jue would come to eat him again.
Looking up, he indeed saw a flash of regret in Xie Jue’s eyes.
What was there to regret!
Compared to the simple touches before, this was their first real kiss after confessing their feelings.
Su Zhuozhi was a bit frightened; if this continued, he simply couldn’t handle it.
Xie Jue noticed his frown. His heart jumped, his eyes darkened, and his voice tightened as he asked, “Is… it uncomfortable?”
There was a hint of unease in his tone.
Su Zhuozhi paused, unconsciously licking his lips. When he realized what he had done, his face burned even hotter. He stammered softly, “No, I just… I think it should be gentler.”
Xie Jue visibly relaxed. “I couldn’t control myself. I’ll be careful from now on.”
Though he said that, and Su Zhuozhi believed him, over the next two days, Xie Jue seemed afflicted with a rare disease—as if he would die if he didn’t kiss. He kept wanting to kiss Su Zhuozhi at every opportunity.
Su Zhuozhi was almost terrified of being kissed.
At first, Xie Jue did restrain himself a little, gently licking Su Zhuozhi’s lips and kissing slowly. But that only lasted a short while. Soon, Xie Jue became aggressive again, his tongue sweeping every corner, their lips and teeth wildly tangling, stirring up an intense numbing sensation that forced tears from Su Zhuozhi’s eyes. All he could do was let out intermittent powerless whimpers. His body went weak from the kissing, losing all strength to resist or push Xie Jue away.
Su Zhuozhi, angry and embarrassed, bit Xie Jue hard on the lip. A faint bloody taste spread between them. Xie Jue snapped back to his senses and finally let go.
“You’re going too far. No more kissing.”
Su Zhuozhi glared at him fiercely and immediately issued a ban.
However, his face was flushed, his eyes sparkling with watery light, his lips swollen and red from kissing, and his clothes in disarray as he lay on the soft couch—looking thoroughly bullied—it was hardly intimidating.
Xie Jue looked down at him, his dark eyes deep and oppressive. Now that Su Zhuozhi had accepted him, he was ecstatic, as if he had obtained everything, experiencing unprecedented satisfaction. But soon, he was no longer satisfied. People are always greedy. Before, he thought it was enough if the young master liked him a little. Now that the young master truly liked him, he wanted Su Zhuozhi’s heart and eyes to be full only of him. His desires surged; he wanted more, and more.
Uncontrollably, he wanted to hold Su Zhuozhi in the palm of his hand, keep him in his arms, never be apart, kiss him endlessly, and never let go under any circumstances.
In a moment of carelessness, he had indulged too much and angered the young master again.
Xie Jue took a deep breath, realizing he had indeed gone too far. He lowered his head and obediently responded, “…As you command.”
He forcibly suppressed the agitation in his heart, putting on a calm facade.
But when he looked up, Su Zhuozhi saw the beast-like glint in his eyes and the surging demonic aura around him.
“You… you’d better keep your word.”
Su Zhuozhi pulled his legs back; to be honest, he didn’t quite believe him.
Xie Jue nodded seriously.
To his surprise, Xie Jue actually did keep his word. For several consecutive days, he didn’t kiss Su Zhuozhi again. Although many times, he had already leaned in, just before the kiss, he would remember and stiffly retreat.
Even Su Zhuozhi found it incredible, as he thought Xie Jue definitely wouldn’t be able to hold back.
Sometimes, a wisp of demonic aura would drift over, tentatively brushing against Su Zhuozhi’s fingertips, like a puppy fawning over its owner, licking.
After frankly accepting Xie Jue, Su Zhuozhi’s attitude toward the demonic aura also changed. He found it somewhat endearing.
So, Su Zhuozhi curled his fingers slightly and patted the demonic aura like he would a puppy’s head.
The demonic aura immediately trembled with excitement, circled Su Zhuozhi a few times, wound around his fingers, and even curled its little tail up, getting dizzy and tying itself into a knot.
“Haha, so cute.”
Su Zhuozhi’s eyes curved as he laughed brightly.
Just then, Xie Jue suddenly coughed.
Su Zhuozhi tilted his head, puzzled. “What’s wrong?”
Xie Jue said calmly, “…Nothing.”
Su Zhuozhi didn’t know that the senses of the demonic aura were linked to Xie Jue’s. Although Xie Jue could cut off the connection, at that moment, he clearly felt Su Zhuozhi’s touch.
It was ticklish, unbearably so.
Su Zhuozhi continued to play with the demonic aura, completely unaware.
Xie Jue could easily manipulate the demonic aura to do anything to Su Zhuozhi, and he would have no defense.
But that would surely anger the young master again.
Xie Jue closed his eyes tightly, struggling to suppress the dark thoughts in his heart.
Su Zhuozhi was amazed that Xie Jue actually obeyed—since he wasn’t allowed to kiss, he held back well. But in truth, Xie Jue had never been a truly honorable gentleman.
During the day he restrained himself, but at night, those unspeakable thoughts would grow wildly beyond his control.
He would hold Su Zhuozhi in his arms and, behind his back, secretly kiss him all over. Only after a long time would the heat in his heart be somewhat soothed.
When morning came, as Xie Jue helped Su Zhuozhi change clothes, removing his nightshirt, he could see the marks of sucking and kissing all over his back—from the nape of his neck to the tailbone, densely packed and shocking.
Xie Jue’s fingers brushed over them inadvertently, his eyes deep as he stared at those marks, feeling a hint of satisfaction at possessing Su Zhuozhi exclusively.
Su Zhuozhi, oblivious, chatted with Xie Jue as usual, and even thought about lifting the ban, considering that Xie Jue had indeed been obedient, and changing it to a limit of a few kisses per day, not allowing him to kiss too hard.
The ban was silently lifted.
Su Zhuozhi didn’t say anything, but while resting his chin on his hand and looking at Xie Jue’s handsome profile, a sudden thought struck him. Actually, he also enjoyed kissing Xie Jue; it felt very comfortable.
So, this time, he took the initiative to kiss him. Awkwardly sticking out his tongue, he slowly licked Xie Jue’s thin lips, kissing gently according to his own preferences.
Xie Jue’s hand holding the spiritual brush tightened instantly. The veins on the back of his hand bulged as he clenched his fist, struggling to suppress his inner impulse—not to throw down the brush, not to cup Su Zhuozhi’s head with his big hand, not to suddenly invade with his tongue, fiercely charging in to seize control. Doing so might scare him away again.
After a long while of this kitten-licking-milk kiss, sweat beaded on Xie Jue’s forehead.
When Su Zhuozhi finally let go, he noticed that Xie Jue’s face was red, his neck flushed, and beads of sweat rolled down his skin, making him look innocent and shy, yet also exuding an indescribable allure.
Su Zhuozhi couldn’t help but stare at him. He winked slyly, raised the corner of his mouth, and teased, “Xie Jue, are you blushing?”
Xie Jue’s gaze was like a physical weight, firmly locking onto the person before him. He neither confirmed nor denied, his expression obscure and hard to read.
“Young master, can I kiss you now?”
Eyes brimming with laughter, Su Zhuozhi nodded.
Xie Jue wrapped his arms around him and was about to kiss him when the person in his arms suddenly became lighter.
The young man had vanished. Amidst the scattered clothes lay a fluffy ball of snow-white fur.
“…Eep?!”
Su Zhuozhi had turned into a little fox again.
Xie Jue’s expression changed dramatically. He forced himself to calm down and think: it must be because the demon realm lacked spiritual energy, making it inconvenient for Su Zhuozhi to cultivate, so demonic power temporarily took over. It was nothing serious.
If Su Zhuozhi wanted to cultivate, he would have to leave the demon realm. But there was another way.
Xie Jue’s hand stroked the little fox’s back. A flash of light passed.
The little fox temporarily turned back into the youth, completely unclothed.
Xie Jue draped an outer robe over him, leaned close, and gently kissed his lower lip, whispering as if asking, “Young master, would you like to dual cultivate with me? It’s very pleasurable, and your cultivation level will easily rise—killing two birds with one stone.”
