Join the ServerTurning back from a small fox to human form, Su Zhuozhi was momentarily dazed. It took him a few sluggish seconds to process what Xie Jue had said. His eyes widened in disbelief, and then his tone turned wry. “Do you think I’m an idiot?”
With that, he rose from Xie Jue’s embrace, deliberately stepping on his thigh as he did. With a light snort, he walked away without looking back.
He wore only a single outer robe. From Xie Jue’s angle, he could clearly see a slender calf exposed beneath the hem, and bare feet as white as jade, stepping away step by step.
Xie Jue’s eyes darkened. He followed. “Young master is unwilling?”
“Obviously.”
Su Zhuozhi didn’t even glance at him.
Xie Jue frowned, a look of puzzled curiosity on his face. “Why? Is it because my service was unsatisfactory? So you dislike it?”
At those words, Su Zhuozhi involuntarily recalled the scene from not long ago—his consciousness hazy, as if sinking to the bottom of the sea, opening his eyes to see Xie Jue’s moist, thin lips…
His face flushed instantly. Enraged and embarrassed, he snapped, “Shut—shut up!”
But Xie Jue took this matter very seriously, thirsting for knowledge. He seemed to set high standards for his own abilities and insisted on satisfying Su Zhuozhi. He even said, “Young master, would you lend me that secret manual for perusal?”
He didn’t specify which book, but only a moment passed before Su Zhuozhi understood—he was referring to the secret manual given by the Harmony Sect disciple in the secret realm.
As if Su Zhuozhi would ever give it to him!
He didn’t need to think to know what Xie Jue would learn it for!
Su Zhuozhi’s cheeks grew even redder, whether from shyness, anger, or both. In any case, the manual was not to be given. Su Zhuozhi stormed off in a huff, leaving Xie Jue alone.
After re-dressing his robe and adjusting his belt, the heat on Su Zhuozhi’s face gradually subsided. He sat down on the edge of the bed as if nothing had happened and took out a storybook to read. But soon, unable to suppress his curiosity, which stirred restlessly, he glanced around and stealthily pulled out that dual cultivation manual.
Not letting Xie Jue see it was one thing, but reading it himself was another.
The book was illustrated, explicit, and shockingly bold—so much so that it made one’s face burn and wish for a hole to crawl into. Yet at the same time, it held a strange allure that made one unable to stop reading.
Su Zhuozhi was now in this contradictory state of mind. As he read, he couldn’t help but marvel.
‘Is this even possible? Wouldn’t it kill someone? Wouldn’t it hurt a lot?’
He was so absorbed that he didn’t notice someone approaching from behind.
Until Xie Jue spoke: “Young master, time for a meal.”
Su Zhuozhi was startled. Reflexively, he hid the book in a fluster.
Xie Jue said nothing, pretending not to have seen, to avoid riling the little young master. But since Xie Jue didn’t comment, Su Zhuozhi couldn’t help muttering to himself, “Wouldn’t it hurt to death?”
Xie Jue stopped in his tracks and answered without hesitation, seriously, “Rest assured, I won’t let young master feel pain. With ample preparation beforehand, there will only be pleasure.”
Although Su Zhuozhi hadn’t shown him the manual, as the Demon Lord, Xie Jue had his own library. Finding a few books on dual cultivation was easy. The little young master was fond of enjoyment; to get him to agree, one must not cause him pain or fatigue but instead make him indulge in it, love the sensations given to him, and ideally become unable to do without him.
Su Zhuozhi’s face reddened. Subconsciously, he asked, “How do you know? Did you read it too?”
“I did.” Xie Jue nodded frankly, then added, “Read many. I don’t want young master to suffer.”
Su Zhuozhi paused, let out a light snort, but the corners of his mouth curled up slightly.
When you like someone, wanting to be close and having physical desires is perfectly natural.
A bit nervous, Su Zhuozhi had someone bring some spirit wine. He drank until slightly tipsy, just enough to bolster his courage.
Xie Jue poured him a cup. Su Zhuozhi reached out to take it, but Xie Jue didn’t let go. Instead, he brought the cup directly to the young master’s lips.
Su Zhuozhi lifted his eyes, gave him a glance, then pressed his lips to the rim of the cup and took a small sip.
Perhaps Xie Jue was distracted, or perhaps it was intentional—the cup tilted a bit too quickly. The wine that couldn’t be swallowed trickled from the corner of Su Zhuozhi’s mouth. Su Zhuozhi shot him a dissatisfied glare and wanted to fetch a handkerchief, but Xie Jue spoke first. “Let me help.”
Xie Jue leaned in, kissed the corner of Su Zhuozhi’s mouth, gliding inch by inch, sucking up the wine and swallowing it. Then, he smiled at him.
That smile made Su Zhuozhi’s heart skip a beat, stealing his wits away. He didn’t even notice the demonic energy coiling up from his ankle, slipping under his robe.
What followed happened so naturally.
Xie Jue, true to his word, didn’t let the young master feel a shred of pain. But Su Zhuozhi never knew that pleasure could also drive one mad. He lay on Xie Jue’s shoulder, weeping bitterly, his whole body flushed and trembling finely, letting out pitiful whimpers. Unable to bear it, he tried to escape, but was quickly caught by the ankle and dragged back.
Slender, pale fingers gripped the bed curtains. A large hand covered his, fingers forcibly sliding between his, holding tight.
Su Zhuozhi couldn’t help cursing him, ordering him to stop. But at this critical moment, Xie Jue didn’t listen at all—as if maddened. He only bowed his head and gently kissed him, sucking away the teardrops at the corners of his eyes. He looked very gentle, but his movements became even more excessive.
In the end, Su Zhuozhi broke out in a hot sweat all over. He couldn’t utter a single word, let alone have the strength to curse that dog.
Xie Jue’s voice was low as he called, “Young master.”
Su Zhuozhi curled up inside the blanket, turned to the inner side of the bed, still angry, utterly unwilling to acknowledge him. Eyes closed, he didn’t even look at him, and said weakly, “Scram…”
Then he thought he heard a low chuckle.
Su Zhuozhi’s fox ears twitched. Unconsciously, he listened for movement, a bit puzzled. ‘Did he actually obey and scram?’
But just as he turned his head, he saw Xie Jue walking back, not even dressed properly, with several obvious scratch and bite marks on his exposed skin.
Su Zhuozhi’s ears burned. Embarrassed, he shot Xie Jue an uncomfortable glare.
Xie Jue, as if oblivious, reached out to support the young master, letting him lean against his chest, and carefully fed him tea.
Su Zhuozhi was indeed terribly thirsty. Despite his displeasure, he accepted the service rather than making things hard on himself. Soon, he finished the cup of tea.
Xie Jue saw him lick his lips, knew it wasn’t enough, and poured another cup to feed him.
Su Zhuozhi pushed Xie Jue’s hand away and mumbled, “No more.”
Xie Jue drank the rest, his lips landing precisely where the young master had drunk, covering that trace of moisture.
He set down the cup and gently stroked Su Zhuozhi’s Adam’s apple. “Your voice is so hoarse.”
The next moment, his hand was slapped away.
Su Zhuozhi glared at him. “Whose fault is that?”
“My fault. Next time I’ll be gentler.” Xie Jue obediently apologized and admitted his mistake.
Su Zhuozhi snorted. Sleepy, he closed his eyes, wanting to sleep. But his body felt sticky and uncomfortable, so he mumbled about wanting a bath.
Xie Jue bent down and kissed his lips. “You sleep. I’ll take care of the cleaning.”
Su Zhuozhi had been on the verge of forming a golden core. After their first dual cultivation, he directly advanced to the Golden Core stage, even nearing the Nascent Soul stage.
The thunder tribulation came.
While Su Zhuozhi slept, Xie Jue withstood it for him.
After reaching Golden Core, Su Zhuozhi could fully absorb the demonic power within him. Naturally, his fox ears and tail disappeared.
Seeing this, Xie Jue couldn’t help a hint of regret flashing in his eyes. After all, whenever he rubbed the base of the tail, the young master would blush, his whole body tensing, and with his dazed, unfocused eyes, it was utterly adorable.
But Su Zhuozhi knew that those demonic powers resided within him. If he wanted to summon them, turning back into a small fox or revealing his fox ears and tail was entirely up to him—he simply hadn’t told Xie Jue.
After rising in cultivation, Su Zhuozhi’s senses became much sharper. He could see far distances, hear the faintest sounds, and feel the chill of the demon realm more acutely.
Looking out, he seemed to see blurry gray mist masses.
After their first dual cultivation, Xie Jue had tasted a sweet addiction, like a dog that had just had meat, becoming very greedy. In the following days, whenever he had time, he couldn’t help getting intimate with Su Zhuozhi. Even if they didn’t dual cultivate, he still wanted kisses and hugs.
Su Zhuozhi couldn’t resist his clinginess. After refusing several times, he would agree once, and before he knew it, they had dual cultivated many times.
Xie Jue deliberately restrained himself, holding the man in his arms. Su Zhuozhi, comfortably served, felt his limbs go weak, squinting like a cat, lazy and sated.
Thus, Su Zhuozhi wasn’t so resistant to dual cultivation anymore. Instead, he became addicted, very willing to be intimate with Xie Jue. Xie Jue then slowly grew bolder, testing the young master’s limits.
After bathing, Xie Jue gently laid the man on the bed and held him in his arms, his movements possessive.
‘Mine.’
It was as if a dragon had gathered its beloved jewels under itself, its strong, pitch-black scaled tail curling around to protect them securely, forbidding anyone from coveting them.
With frequent cultivation, Su Zhuozhi soon entered the Nascent Soul stage.
The thunder tribulation came again, much louder than before.
This time, Su Zhuozhi was awake and didn’t let Xie Jue help. He went through it himself. With a pure mind, high talent, and high-grade magic tools, despite sustaining some injuries, he passed smoothly.
Two days later, Xie Jue wanted to pull him into cultivation again.
Su Zhuozhi’s voice carried a sobbing tone, broken and weak. “You—you don’t mean to have me cultivate like this all the way to… the Transformation stage, do you?”
Xie Jue actually thought about it for a moment. “The Transformation stage is a bit difficult, but with more diligent cultivation, it’s not impossible.”
Hearing his tone, which didn’t sound like a joke, Su Zhuozhi angrily bit him hard. Who wanted to cultivate with him?!
Even when bitten, Xie Jue didn’t frown. Instead, he smiled as if he had eaten candy, looking very pleased.
Until one day, Xie Jue returned from being busy and found the hall empty. Only a piece of white paper on the desk caught his eye, with a single large character written on it—Scram.
Bold and vigorous, carrying killing intent.
He couldn’t smile anymore.
The little young master had been driven away by his anger.
