“Is…is there really such a thing?”

Abraham murmured, a dazed look in his eyes, which were slightly unfocused, as if he had been profoundly shaken.

“No, I told you, only this one cup.”

Letitia’s eyes crinkled with a smile as she took a delicate sip of her black tea, speaking softly.

“I never imagined succubus milk of such quality existed… Does a body capable of merging with the essence of the moon inherently possess extraordinary talent?”

Abraham rested his chin in his hand, lost in thought, his deep gaze flickering as if he had fallen into a profound contemplation.

“…In that case, even elevating her to a princess of the royal court would not be out of the question.”

Upon hearing Abraham’s conclusion, the smile on Letitia’s lips grew even more triumphant.

Her triumph stemmed not from the deliciousness of Noah’s succubus milk, but from the fact that what Abraham had just consumed was her creation.

To be precise, in academic terms, it was her ‘alchemical construct’.

In demon society, succubus milk was the highest-grade luxury, circulating only among a select few in the royal court.

Due to their unique physiology, succubi of the royal court often produced an excess, leading them to share some of this exquisite beverage.

However, what Letitia had offered Abraham was actually just a similar imitation—a high-grade counterfeit she had spent the better part of… er… the better part of an hour crafting.

While slightly inferior to the genuine article, Letitia judged it sufficient to captivate Abraham, and thus only prepared it to this specific degree.

Regarding its quality and nourishing properties, Letitia had used exceptionally expensive ingredients.

Moreover, she had poured considerable effort into its flavoring, all to replicate a portion of its legendary deliciousness.

Even the Lord of the Royal Court could only yield to her meticulous artistry.

To savor Noah was her exclusive privilege; she would never allow anyone else to taste Noah’s essence.

Yet, she could not reveal the depth of this regard to anyone.

Even her confidante, Avril, remained unaware of her true intentions.

They didn’t even know that she had, in fact, instigated the entire war for the sake of Noah, a mere saintess.

Letitia did not wish for Noah to become her weakness, nor did she want Noah to be targeted because of her.

Her actions subtly conveyed a message: while she indeed regarded Noah as her exclusive possession, she presented her more as a ‘convenient tool’.

Though important, the Demon King would, if necessary, use her as leverage for greater gains.

***

The Demon King was the embodiment of darkness and desire; to maintain this image, Letitia wished others to perceive her in this way, which would greatly facilitate her actions.

It was precisely for this reason that Abraham harbored not the slightest suspicion, for in his view, the Demon King had no cause to act otherwise.

“Then, the marriage between myself and Noah would not be ‘the Demon King taking a saintess from an enemy nation as wife,’ but rather ‘the Demon King’s union with a princess of the royal court.’”

“Under such a designation, Lord Abraham, can you accept it?”

Letitia’s brows arched gracefully, resembling a wealthy merchant’s daughter who, with casual banter, had seized immense profits in the business world.

Her every gesture exuded an elegance and noble demeanor that captivated all who beheld her.

“Certainly. Since she has merged with the essence of the moon, she is now one of us.”

Abraham gave a slight nod, using his tea to dilute the rich milky — or perhaps medicinal — taste in his mouth, speaking with a calm tone.

“However, I still wish to meet her in person, Your Majesty. Could a time be arranged?”

“…No. Sir Abraham, please take your leave.”

Letitia’s beautiful brows furrowed slightly, and a sudden, ominous surge of killing intent emanated from her previously smiling face, sending a chill down Abraham’s spine.

Abraham dared not linger another second.

He set down his teacup, picked up the white paper, and prepared to rise and depart.

Seeing Abraham’s prompt understanding, Letitia subtly exhaled a sigh of relief.

She was, in fact, a little afraid, for she had never inquired about Noah’s views on men.

While Noah had shown no such inclinations thus far, the possibility that she simply hadn’t expressed them yet could not be ruled out.

What if Noah, in truth, preferred handsome men over girls?

When it came to comparisons among their own gender, Letitia was utterly confident.

But faced with a question of sexual preference, Letitia was suddenly gripped by fear.

“I’m sorry, my Demon King, but it seems I truly prefer boys…”

The mere thought of Noah uttering such words made Letitia’s nose sting, and her heart clenched with throbbing pain.

Therefore, Noah absolutely must not be allowed to meet any exceptional men!

Especially not opponents of the caliber of the Lord of the Succubus Royal Court!

Letitia began to unleash a furious barrage against her unseen rival.

However, when destiny arrives unannounced, it rarely bothers to knock.

“My Demon King~~~.”

A familiar, soft, and sweet voice reached their ears, its elongated suffix sounding remarkably lively.

This bone-melting cry stunned not only Abraham but also Letitia, freezing them both in place.

The voice drew closer, and as the door swung open, Noah, clad in a white apron, bounced in cheerfully, holding a tray.

Her ample curves bounced delightfully with her movements.

“….Who is that? Where are the guards outside?”

Abraham was momentarily captivated by Noah’s beauty, but thanks to the formidable resistance of a Lord of the Royal Court, he quickly regained his composure.

Clutching the white paper, he positioned himself in front of Letitia, his lips poised to rapidly utter an incantation.

The newcomer seemingly possessed the ability to charm, but alas, they had the ill fortune of encountering him, the Lord of the Royal Court.

Empowered by his authority, he was arguably the most formidable individual in the world when it came to resisting charm.

However, a flash of pink light glinted in Noah’s eyes, and Abraham’s tongue, just about to utter the spell, seized up as if cramped, rendering it immobile.

In his deep eyes, a shimmering pink heart now pulsed.

As the King of Sorcery, Abraham needed less than half a second to cast a powerful offensive spell, yet compared to the speed of a direct gaze, it was still far too slow.

“As a guest, one should simply sit quietly and await the host’s command, wouldn’t you agree~?”

Noah’s eyelids lowered, her cunning gaze revealing a dewy, alluring charm.

She delicately tapped her pink lips with a jade-like finger, a dangerous yet captivating smile gracing her face.

“My Demon King~, it’s time for lunch, isn’t it~? Your adorable and charming wife~ has personally prepared a delicious bento for you~.”

With that, she took the two square boxes from the tray.

One, rather simple, she placed before Abraham, while the other, more lavish, she set before Letitia.

“Come now, come now~, let Noah serve you lunch~.”

Noah settled beside Letitia, instantly making the originally spacious single sofa feel crowded.

Their hips pressed together, and the soft, rounded sensation made Letitia’s face flush faintly.

The apron encased the ample curve of her chest, pressing close to Letitia with an almost suffocating intimacy.

Sensing Letitia’s shy thoughts, Noah revealed an alluring expression.

“Or perhaps, you’d prefer me to be your lunch~?”
