Join the ServerThe alpha’s primal possessiveness quietly grew.
Mu Jingyi’s hand pressed against him, his broad palm easily covering the hollow of the kitty’s waist, his thumb brushing over the sharp outline of thin ribs.
The warmth of his palm was burning hot.
Perhaps that, too, was a sign of alpha arousal.
Ning Jiu shivered.
The bright flush blooming across his chest grew even more eye-catching.
He shifted forward restlessly, tear-bright blue eyes pleading as he looked up at the alpha in front of him.
An itchy discomfort pulsed at the back of his neck.
The barrier patch clung uncomfortably to his heated skin.
Ning Jiu picked at the edge until he managed to lift a corner.
With a sharp tug, he tore it off.
In an instant, the sweet scent of cream filled every corner of the room.
The little omega had no idea how dangerous that action was.
Releasing omega pheromones in front of an alpha who had relied on medical devices and stabilizers since differentiation—
If Mu Jingyi lost even a fraction of control, he could turn into a beast and take him without restraint.
Yet the innocent kitty blinked up at him, bright-eyed, and shifted even closer.
“Daddy…”
Every sound challenged the alpha’s last line of defense.
Mu Jingyi tightened his grip slightly at the hollow of the waist, forcing himself to breathe slowly so he would not lose all reason.
He was going insane.
At that moment, he could think of nothing but marking.
He even briefly forgot that he did not possess alpha pheromones like ordinary alphas.
The omega gland before him glowed a vivid red.
The skin was flushed where the patch had been torn away.
More tempting than the creamy scent filling his lungs.
Instinct crushed hesitation.
All he wanted was to claim this foolishly tempting omega as his own.
He leaned down.
His lips touched the burning gland at the back of Ning Jiu’s neck.
He kissed the slightly raised, heated skin.
Slow, deliberate kisses pressed against the sensitive gland.
His soft lips lingered, his tongue tracing gently.
A place never touched before now fell into an alpha’s mouth, cherished and tasted with care.
“Wu… en…”
Ning Jiu grabbed the fabric of his sleeve, wrinkling it tight.
At first, he had only wanted the idea of being bitten.
Now, the sensation gathered fully at the back of his neck.
Kisses were not enough.
The emptiness inside him swelled unbearably.
He wanted to be soothed.
To be filled with alpha pheromones.
Heat spread from his gland through his entire body.
He pressed tightly against Mu Jingyi, his body trembling.
Among the overwhelming cream scent, he searched desperately for traces of alpha pheromones.
He tugged at Mu Jingyi’s collar until he found the thin barrier patch hidden beneath.
His lips pouted in resentment.
He glared at it like a small enemy and muttered softly,
“…Bad guy.”
Mu Jingyi heard the murmur but not the words.
He lifted his head slightly, wiping tears from Ning Jiu’s cheeks.
“Don’t cry, baby.”
His voice was low and hoarse, suppressing the storm inside him.
Ning Jiu trembled in his arms.
His waist softened, boneless in Mu Jingyi’s grip.
Through the thin robe, Mu Jingyi stroked down his back.
Each sensitive place beneath his palm made the omega shudder and rub helplessly against him.
“You like it when I call you baby, don’t you?”
Ning Jiu wrapped his arms around his neck, burying his face shyly.
“You like it when I call you Daddy too…”
A soft laugh brushed his ear.
“I do. I like you.”
Hearing the confession again, the kitty smiled faintly and hugged him tighter.
“Didn’t you say you don’t have pheromones?
Then… you don’t need to keep the patch on, right?”
Mu Jingyi paused.
Then he tore the patch away.
The alpha’s scent surged out instantly.
Ning Jiu gasped, collapsing weakly against him.
Mu Jingyi himself could not smell it.
He had no way of gauging its strength.
He could only let the catnip-like alpha pheromones pour freely, letting the omega inhale them completely.
Ning Jiu grabbed his hair, crying breathlessly.
“Daddy… mark me…”
The timing was perfect.
The match between them was absolute.
Mu Jingyi lowered his head to the burning gland and bit down firmly.
In that instant, alpha pheromones flooded into the gland.
Strong and domineering.
They surged through Ning Jiu’s body, carving a temporary but deep mark.
A wave of overwhelming sensation shattered the emptiness inside him.
His body arched, tears spilling down his flushed cheeks.
The salt dampened Mu Jingyi’s shoulder.
The sight only fueled the alpha’s possessiveness.
He bit deeper, tasting the faint metallic tang of blood as he pushed his pheromones in without restraint.
“Daddy… kitty feels strange…”
The unfamiliar sensation consumed him.
Sweat slid down his temples, chest, waist.
His tail fluffed and stood high.
The creamy scent grew thick and sweet in the room.
He stared blankly ahead, pupils unfocused.
With no knowledge of ABO biology, Ning Jiu had never experienced anything like this.
Fear mixed with instinct.
He clutched Mu Jingyi’s clothes and cried softly,
“Daddy… kitty is scared…”
An omega freshly marked—especially one who had relied on suppressants for years—needed reassurance.
Mu Jingyi wrapped an arm around his shoulders, patting him gently.
“It’s okay. It’s only temporary. Nothing else.”
He kissed away the tears at his eyes.
Gradually, the trembling eased.
“Daddy…”
“I’m here. How do you feel?”
The perfect compatibility made the temporary mark sink deeper.
Ning Jiu lifted his tear-wet blue eyes.
“Daddy, kiss…”
Mu Jingyi’s heart melted.
He leaned down and pressed a gentle kiss to his lips.
Soft.
Slow.
Comforting rather than arousing.
After a long while, Ning Jiu calmed down.
“I’ll take you to the bathroom.”
“I can go myself…”
“Can you stand?”
The stubborn kitty climbed off the bed.
His foot touched the floor—
And his legs immediately gave out.
Mu Jingyi caught him and lifted him back into his arms.
Ning Jiu rested against his shoulder, limp and boneless.
“Daddy… what is a full mark like?”
Mu Jingyi paused for a second.
He truly did not know how to explain it to someone who had grown up isolated from the world.
Ning Jiu did not press further.
His tail drooped.
Even a temporary mark had left him too weak to walk.
What would a full mark be like?
“Why the long face?”
His tail tapped Mu Jingyi’s knee.
“Daddy… what if kitty can’t handle a full mark?”
Mu Jingyi’s gaze darkened briefly before he forced the thought away.
“I’ll take good care of my little cat’s body.”
