As she said this, Yukina’s face turned completely red.

She gazed at Ephnel, only to see Ephnel’s rigid expression.

“Yukina, you… are you serious…”

“Is it okay?”

Yukina’s eyes, glistening with a hint of rosy pink, were exceptionally firm.

“If we do that, you…”

“I know.”

Yukina, of course, knew what she was saying.

She lowered her eyelashes and leaned gently on Ephnel’s shoulder, her arms wrapped around Ephnel’s waist.

The sudden confession made Ephnel’s words catch in her throat.

Yukina buried her face in Ephnel’s neck, so Ephnel couldn’t see her expression.

“I really, really love you, more than words could ever express, not even by a ten-thousandth! We only live once, so if I reach out to you just a little… I… probably won’t be punished for it, right?”

Yukina’s warm breath caressed Ephnel’s neck.

“I want Naoko to take me… Is that not okay?”

Ephnel was so embarrassed she wanted to flee immediately.

“However…” Ephnel suddenly remembered something, her gaze wandering, “Today… we might have to sleep in your room, Yukina…”

“I didn’t know your aunt and uncle would be back, so yesterday I used the spare bedsheet to pad the mattress, and the one on my bed is…”

Yanase Takuma’s voice drifted over lazily.

Evidently, while Ephnel and Yukina were washing up and doing their hair, the Yanase couple had already woken up.

Just then, Yanase Kaoru’s voice sounded, “…They’re probably in the bathroom. I heard a noise just now, I’ll go check.”

Footsteps approached from a distance.

“They’re coming this way?!”

Ephnel’s arm around Yukina went rigid.

Ephnel and her mother, Yanase Kaoru, were separated by a single door.

Outside, her mother was still unaware of what was happening between Ephnel and Yukina.

Her back was soaked with sweat.

Yukina was lying softly against her, gently brushing away the damp strands of hair stuck to the corner of Ephnel’s lips.

Her own lips leisurely traced the lines of Ephnel’s flushed neck and collarbone.

The overwhelming emotions that flooded in almost drowned Ephnel.

“After that, we want to walk around Seikyo City. It’s been a while since we’ve been back, and we want to see the changes. Do you have time to go with us?”

Mother Yanase asked.

“Y-Yes, I have time…”

“Naoto? What’s wrong with you?”

“I… N-Nothing…”

Ephnel took a deep breath, her voice trembling uncontrollably.

Her face was so red it looked like it would start bleeding.

Her entire body went limp, almost hanging off of Yukina.

If it weren’t for the door supporting her from behind, her legs would have given out long ago.

“Are you really alright?”

“I-I’m really fine~~!”

She quickly covered her mouth.

Ephnel bit her lip, her moist eyes looking helplessly at the mirror on the side.

In the mirror, her wretched appearance looked just like a defeated and captured general, and Yukina was the sadistic interrogator.

Her heart pounded like a drum.

Behind her was the door, and outside the door was her mother.

Despite being so close, she was sinking into the tender threads of passion.

“Well then… your dad and I will head out first? We’ll be back in a bit.”

The person outside didn’t linger long.

The footsteps slowly receded, and then Yanase Takuma’s voice came from the living room.
