“Brother Su Xuan, come play with us! Look at the paper airplane I folded!”
A pint-sized loli waved at Su Xuan.
“Childish~ (;一_一)”
Su Xuan pouted.
Although he was only six years old right now, inside he was a youth of seventeen or eighteen.
He had no interest in this kind of little girl who still had a runny nose.
The six-year-old Su Xuan began using his innocent and harmless appearance to scout for the older sisters in the vicinity.
Looking at the girls of average appearance around him, he couldn’t help but think of his neighbor: ‘Sister An next door is still a bit prettier.’
With that thought, Su Xuan started to walk elsewhere, searching for the beautiful Sister An who was always so good to him.
“What are you guys doing!”
A voice full of childishness rang out, making Su Xuan turn his head to look.
It was that little loli again.
However, her situation didn’t seem very good.
She was surrounded by several boisterous, slightly older boys.
The leader, a boy with an A-Fu haircut, was half a head taller than Lin Chenyu and said with a grin, “Hehe, give me that paper airplane in your hand!”
Lin Chenyu quickly hid the paper airplane under her arm and said in a tiny, milky voice, “No, I folded this for Brother Xuan!”
The A-Fu-headed boy shoved Lin Chenyu, pushing her to the ground, and said, “Are you gonna give it to me or not!”
“I won’t!”
Lin Chenyu said loudly, her big eyes already filled with tears, on the verge of spilling over.
“Hey! Is it fun for a group of you to bully a little girl?”
Su Xuan couldn’t stand to watch anymore, staring at the A-Fu-headed boy with his emotionless eyes.
“Don’t you interfere, or believe it or not, I’ll beat you up!”
The A-Fu-headed boy said with a runny nose, wheezing through the gaps in his teeth.
Su Xuan looked at the A-Fu-headed boy with an indifferent face and said, “Heh~ I bet your next line is going to be, ‘If you don’t leave, watch out, or my little brothers and I will make you cry your eyes out!’”
“If you don’t leave, watch out, or my little brothers and I will make you cry your eyes out!”
The A-Fu-headed boy said, pointing at Su Xuan, who had already walked over to Lin Chenyu.
Seeing Su Xuan approach, pea-sized tears streamed down Lin Chenyu’s face.
“Don’t cry anymore…”
When Su Xuan saw the little loli crying, he thought to himself, ‘What a hassle.’
Seeing Su Xuan ignore him, the A-Fu-headed boy, who had been lording it over the neighborhood for days, couldn’t stand such contempt.
He swung his fist straight at Su Xuan.
“Ah! Don’t be so arrogant!”
“Tch~”
Compared to this bunch of untrained brats, Su Xuan, with his memories as a youth, had planned out his development long ago.
Although they didn’t look much different, their actual combat strengths were worlds apart.
In childhood, fights were ruled by tonnage; whoever was older, heavier, and taller was the boss.
But they were only using their physical advantages.
So, facing Su Xuan, who had undergone harsh training, they were taken down in a few quick moves and left wailing on the ground!
“Let’s go!”
Su Xuan pulled Lin Chenyu up, not even glancing at the boys on the ground as he walked away.
“But… the airplane is ruined~ sob~~”
“I know how to fold them, and better than you do! Mine will fly farther!”
“Really?”
“Mhm!”
The little loli wiped the tears from her eyes and began to jump for joy.
“Sigh~ What a pain!”
Seeing the loli’s happy expression, Su Xuan knew he wouldn’t be able to shake her off before dinner, and sighed wearily at the trouble.
The A-Fu-headed boy lay on the ground, watching Su Xuan’s departing back through his bruised eyes, his thoughts unknown.
Perhaps he had understood what a true expert was.
Time flew by, and in a blink, Su Xuan was in elementary school.
With his handsome looks and gentlemanly demeanor, which was completely different from the other childish boys, he quickly became the dream lover for countless girls in his grade at Yucai Elementary.
Furthermore, Su Xuan had the added bonus of being a top student and was a key player on both the basketball and soccer teams.
His fame quickly spread.
It wasn’t just the girls at his own school who knew of this handsome, gentle, polite, academically gifted, and athletically outstanding boy; even students at other schools had heard of him.
And so, when he reached middle school, after experiencing the incredibly tiring glory days of elementary school, Su Xuan came to understand the philosophy of not being too high-profile.
However, that stunning face of his was still an unstoppable beacon of light, attracting countless girls who threw themselves at him.
In middle school, the girls were no longer as reserved as they were in elementary school.
Back then, the most that would happen was being surrounded, secretly observed, or approached with small gifts.
But the girls in middle school were completely unreasonable.
Once they found out their school had such a treasure of a boy, Su Xuan’s drawer was stuffed full of love letters, and almost every other day, a girl would confess her feelings to him.
“I’m sorry, I don’t plan on dating before I go to university. You’re so wonderful, you’ll definitely find someone better!”
Su Xuan would gently refuse, and the girl would leave, dejected.
After the girl left, Su Xuan would let out a sigh of relief and think helplessly to himself, ‘These half-grown girls are such a pain. Their minds are immature, and their bodies aren’t fully developed. How could I possibly date them?’
Therefore, despite being incredibly popular, the proud Su Xuan still never had a girlfriend.
In fact, through the constant pursuit from girls, he began to develop a sense of disgust.
Though his face was as gentle as water, his heart was already cursing up a storm.
“Women are such a pain!”
Every time he came home, a wave of exhaustion would wash over him from being pestered by countless girls after school.
He could only hope for high school to arrive sooner, as girls of that age would finally start to meet his standards.
The proud Su Xuan had no idea that these were his final glory days.
Once, there was a chance that Su Xuan did not fight for.
So, the heavens couldn’t bear to watch any longer, and turned him into that chance for others.
