“What discussion…?”
I had no idea what Yu Sieun meant by discussion.
In the first place, anything that could be called a discussion would be related to video, but there was nothing in the work stack right now.
When I expressed my question, Yu Sieun began to continue her words.
“Oh, it’s not a serious discussion. I received an email, and I was wondering what Eunsol’s thoughts were.”
“Is it a commercial proposal?”
As the broadcast and channel are growing rapidly, there was a possibility that commercial offers could come in.
Although the effect would be smaller than that of major broadcasters, there are places that prefer to have channels that are sure to grow and have a so-called “seedling” upload advertising videos at a low price in advance while the scale is still small.
“There are a few of those, but I rejected them because the content or conditions didn’t suit me.
The discussion I wanted to have is not about that… Eunsol, do you know what LoL-TCup is?”
LoL-TCup.
Of course I knew what it was. A tournament name for LoL – Legend of Legacy.
If you take the strength out of the consonants that make up the central letters, it’s a name that seems to refer to a competition in which the world’s top professional teams compete, but it’s far from a professional team.
In the case of LoL-TCup, it was a broadcaster tournament that Treech Korea had been regularly hosting with the sponsorship of game companies.
It was continuing its legacy even in the farthest future I remember.
Now would be the time for the second event to take place.
“Yes. I know. It looks like there’s one this time too.”
“Yeah. I got an email saying they wanted me to participate. They said they’re increasing the scale of the event this time compared to the first.”
The reason I couldn’t think of the tournament when I first heard Yu Sieun’s words was that the fact that the tournament was being held had not yet been revealed to the general public.
It seemed that they were sending out emails in advance to gather the number of people who would participate and to grasp the scale.
“What do you think, Eunsol? Do you think it’s okay?”
It wasn’t just okay, LoL-TCup was a tournament that anyone broadcasting on Treech with Legacy of Legend as their main content had to participate in.
I was about to answer that right away, but I swallowed my words, remembering that the situation might be different now.
Instead of saying a definite answer, I presented the grounds to help Yu Sieun’s judgment.
“Since Treech is hosting it directly, it won’t be interrupted in the middle.
They’re going to try to gather as many broadcasters as possible, so it’s likely to be a success.
You also have to be careful about the situation where you’re the only Treech LoL broadcaster who doesn’t participate in the tournament.”
“Yeah. That’s true.”
“How about deciding after seeing the surrounding atmosphere? You can just answer that you will definitely participate unless there are special circumstances.
And anyway, isn’t that the method where they score each person by tier and directly form a team so that the total score of the team doesn’t exceed the standard and pass the roster?”
“That’s right. But if I participate in the tournament, I have to find a team, and then there are two weeks of scrims… There’s a high possibility that I’ll have to play LoL all day, so I thought I should ask our editor what she thinks.”
“…You play LoL all day anyway, right? I’m definitely not complaining, but if you look at it that way, participating in the tournament is more new.”
“That’s true if you look at it that way, but solo rank is always new, right? If it’s a tournament, you have to go with one team for a long time… So I’m a little worried. And it’s a tournament, so it’s a bit much if I don’t do well or the results aren’t good.
I’ll probably have a high score too.”
“Well, it’s ambiguous to use the score if you’re a Master AD Carry. Not Grandmaster/Challenger, not Diamond.”
“”
When I brought up the evaluation that Master broadcasters usually receive in LoL-TCup, Yu Sieun curled up as if she was hurt.
“Then, I have a good way for you.”
“A good way? What is it?”
“After all the LoL-TCup scores for each broadcaster are calculated and announced, you can raise your skills like crazy and reach Grandmaster. You can also fulfill Sieun unnie’s wish, so it’ll be good.”
“Eunsol, are you teasing me?”
It seemed like she received the same wound, but this time, instead of curling up, Yu Sieun came to me and launched a weak attack.
The short discussion ended with such a brief commotion.
It didn’t feel that short on my side, but if you look at the absolute amount of time flowing on Earth.
Even in Korea, where the related system is developed, it was impossible for the delivery to arrive in such a short time.
Therefore, now that I have settled the end of the discussion, I was putting the bottles I had taken out back into the refrigerator and sitting on the bed with Yu Sieun.
“Anyway, the top side is too strong in this patch. Once it explodes at the top, the game just ends without even going to the late game, no matter how the bot is. I don’t enjoy solo ranking these days…”
“I like it though. I can win even if I draw the bottom side a little wrong. So I’m raising it comfortably these days.”
“Huh? Eunsol, you weren’t playing the game with the account I told you about before? That’s why I didn’t ask you to play together.”
“Ah, I shouldn’t have said that.”
“……You don’t want to play games with me?”
“Unnie, you’re someone who causes controversy if you duo after turning off the broadcast. And I’m not as good as the old me yet, so I can’t.”
“You don’t want to play games with me…?”
“I want to so much, but… Wouldn’t it be better to save it as content for later? I saw another YouTube channel yesterday pulling out a video with this.”
We’ve only met twice in reality.
Originally, it is normal for people who have only interacted on the Internet to feel awkward when they meet in reality.
But now I was feeling comfortable without drinking alcohol, which is a lubricant to prevent that awkwardness.
I didn’t know why.
If you take off the packaging that is hiding your true feelings and look at what’s inside, you might know.
But that was a little embarrassing to do sober.
Therefore, I decided not to express my current tingling heart in sentences.
Simply put, isn’t it because I felt that Yu Sieun is a person who is equally good inside and out?
When I heard the sound of the intercom ringing, I quickly got up from the bed and opened the front door by pressing the button.
I was feeling more and more overwhelmed with protecting my smurf account nickname, so I thought the delivery arrived at a very appropriate time.
I got out of the bed I was sitting on, picked up the bag that was placed outside the door, and placed it next to the side table.
After that, I took out the bottles of alcohol that I had put back in the refrigerator and brought two cups and placed them on the side table.
The setting was quickly finished.
However, just before the meal was about to begin, I told Yu Sieun one thing as she was about to open the bottle.
“Sieun unnie. There’s something I have to tell you.”
“Huh?”
“…This is my first time drinking alcohol today, so I don’t know how much I can drink.”
Yu Sieun showed a reaction that I did not expect at all to my words.
“Wow….”
It was an exclamation.
“You sounded like a web novel heroine just now.”
I didn’t understand what it meant because I had little experience reading web novels.
Should I just understand that it means a dating sim heroine’s tone?
“I’ll take it in a good way.”
“It’s a good meaning. It means you’re cute. Well, Eunsol, you said you’re twenty years old… You might not have drank it, but I didn’t think about it. You don’t have to drink it if you don’t want to.”
I shook my head at Yu Sieun’s words.
I have been living as Ha Eunsol, who has not been mentally exhausted for the past few months and has too little time to work due to the alcohol, for the past few months.
That’s why I didn’t put alcohol in my mouth, but I liked spending good time with good people.
Wouldn’t Yu Sieun be the perfect person for that?
“I want to drink it. If unnie is okay with it… I wanted to try it for the first time today.”
Yu Sieun smiled brightly at my words.
“Huh? Of course I’m okay with it. But if it’s your first time drinking… It would be good to drink slowly until you don’t get too drunk.”
“Do you drink alcohol well, unnie?”
“I don’t get too drunk from drinking a little. I don’t know how much I can drink… because I haven’t drank it that way.”
It seemed like she meant that she drank well.
‘Hmm…?
What is my current alcohol tolerance?
Originally, I drank one or two bottles of soju, so my alcohol tolerance was quite high.
Even if I changed to New Ha Eunsol, wouldn’t it be okay at the level of talking and drinking slowly?
That’s why I had that confidence, so I invited another person to my house.
I ended my thoughts at that level and picked up a can of beer.
“Then, please treat me gently since it’s my first time.”
“…Are you doing that on purpose?”
This time, Yu Sieun’s reaction was not very good.
I was just joking because it seemed like she liked dating sim-like lines.
