“Human, what are you up to, meow?”
Bai Li was comfortably nestled in Chu Huaizhou’s arms when his sudden request to see her human form made her large ears twitch in confusion.
“Nothing much, just got curious, that’s all.”
Chu Huaizhou’s hand sped up as he brushed her fur.
“You know, with my amnesia, I’ve never seen your human form. Just want to take a look.”
Joking aside, when he first took in Bai Li, he had two fantasies.
One was to hug and cuddle her mercilessly every day.
But back then, Bai Li was like a little tsundere, always raising her head, acting aloof, and barely letting him touch her, let alone hug her daily.
The other was to make her strong enough to transform into a human when his own power grew.
A cat-girl? For a furry enthusiast like him, the temptation was immense.
A fox-girl was even better—cat-girl traits plus multiple fluffy tails to pet.
In his past life, he had a cat at home. Sometimes, caught up in anime fever, he’d lift it and yell, “Transform! Transform!”
His little sister would give him weird looks.
Speaking of, how was his sister doing?
Chu Huaizhou recalled she’d transmigrated to this world with him, though their meeting and reunion were tough.
If nothing went wrong, her cultivation should be high by now.
Enough of that—his thoughts were drifting.
Chu Huaizhou shook his head, looking at the little white fox in his arms with anticipation.
“Little Bai Li, please, just one look!”
“Hmm? I suppose it’s fine, meow. I don’t mind. If you want to see, human, go ahead, meow.”
Though puzzled by his request, considering how long he’d cared for her and now needed her care due to his amnesia, Bai Li reluctantly agreed.
Who made her such an understanding fox? It was just a bit embarrassing, meow.
Bai Li hopped out of his arms, landing lightly on the wooden floor. Turning slowly, she threw what she thought was a seductive glance.
“Then… I’m gonna transform, meow.”
Anticipation. Extreme anticipation.
This was the only thing since waking up that made Chu Huaizhou feel amnesia might not be so bad.
What would Bai Li look like?
A toddler? No way, too extreme—he wouldn’t dare touch her even if she allowed it.
A loli? That’d be nice, matching her voice.
A young girl? Even better—cat-girls were usually that type.
As Chu Huaizhou speculated, a poof sounded, and white mist enveloped Bai Li, shrouding her form as a human silhouette emerged.
Moments later, the mist cleared.
Holy—how is she an older sister type?!
So big—what’s blinding his eyes?
This isn’t right! No way!
From Bai Li’s usual behavior, voice, and tone, she should’ve transformed into a loli or something!
The contrast between her fox and human forms was way too much!
First to catch his eye was her massive… ahem, like magnets, they locked his gaze.
To be clear, he wasn’t some pervert obsessed with size—Bai Li’s were just… perfectly proportioned.
Like a work of art. The ultra-large kind.
It took ages for Chu Huaizhou to tear his eyes away, scanning the rest of her.
Bai Li’s graceful figure seemed to step out of a classical painting, standing silently before him.
Silver-white hair cascaded like moonlight, with two snow-like strands framing her stunning face. Amber slit-pupil eyes exuded an enchanting aura, accented by vermilion patterns at the corners.
A golden-red mark on her forehead, a sign of her Nine-Tailed Heavenly Fox lineage, seemed to draw in the soul of anyone meeting her gaze.
Sheer crimson gauze wrapped her jade-like skin, a red koi-patterned waistband accentuating her already striking figure.
The slit in her pomegranate skirt revealed glimpses of snowy ankles adorned with gilded bells.
Her outfit was modest yet radiated allure.
Was this the power of a Nine-Tailed Heavenly Fox? Standing there, doing nothing, she could captivate anyone’s heart.
Bai Li… you’ve got some serious charm.
After the initial shock, both his upper and lower “councils” gave her appearance a perfect score.
A visual feast, it made Chu Huaizhou understand the urge to start wars for a beauty’s smile.
Most captivating were her oversized fox ears and tails.
Her upright ears quivered, their pearl-like fur glowing faintly gold in the sunlight.
Nine fluffy tails, like clouds woven into wisps, rippled like waves with her breath.
Bai Li stood with hands clasped, nervously glancing at Chu Huaizhou’s expression.
Seeing his stunned look, a spark of delight lit her heart, her nine massive tails swaying unconsciously.
Pet owners know—this was a dog’s happy tail-wag.
Hmph, I knew my form was perfect, meow.
In the demon realm, Bai Li rarely needed to govern, acting as a bedrock presence.
She’d only attend major meetings shaping the demon race’s future, just to show face.
In those rare appearances, transforming into human form and standing silently—without using any charm techniques—would drive Void Refining and Integration stage demon kings wild.
They’d fight over her, offering treasures.
She had zero interest, coolly accepting gifts before scampering back to Chu Huaizhou, tossing them to him to handle.
So, Bai Li knew her allure.
But before his amnesia, whenever she tried snuggling in human form, he’d push her away, frowning, muttering, “Humans can’t… at least shouldn’t…”
She didn’t quite get it but guessed he couldn’t stay calm around her human form.
Or maybe he didn’t like it at all, which saddened her for a while.
Thus, she stayed in fox form, acting as the Heavenly Origin Sword Sect’s mascot, snuggling and being cute.
Now, though, his reaction cleared her doubts. He did like her human form! He pushed her away to stay composed!
A bold idea struck.
Before, his Tribulation Crossing strength barely resisted her charm. Now, at early Golden Core…
A flick of her finger could enchant him, making him obey her every whim.
She could even fulfill fantasies she’d had but couldn’t act on due to his strength.
Make him her devoted follower.
Hehe, I’m feeling naughty, meow.
Bai Li, master of charm techniques, had an epiphany.
