“Senior War Shield!
We’ve received word that a chaotic battle has broken out in the city, and the enemy commander, Staff Officer Julius of the Rose Legion, is approaching our position!

Otherwise, you wouldn’t even have a single A-rank Exterminator.”

His defensive capabilities were fully on the level of an S-rank rating.

“Hmph, the Staff Officer of the Rose Legion?”

“That fallen Bloodkin legion still dares to try and attack humanity?
They truly overestimate themselves.”

“Perfect timing.
I just got a new shield not long ago.
This one’s a sturdy shield made from the best materials in the army, several times tougher than my old one.
Now, my defensive rating might even reach SS-rank.”

“Whatever it is, just bring it on!” War Shield roared.

Suddenly, a speck of crimson lit up in the distance.

The red light tore through the night at an astonishing speed, approaching with a piercing whistle as it traced an eerie trajectory.

“Bring it on!” War Shield let out a thunderous laugh as his giant shield slammed into the ground.
A majestic extermination power boiled around him, and bronze-colored patterns emerged on the shield’s surface.
