Fran watched Yuli pout and grinned, patting her chest as she assured the person in front of her, “No, it was Lyon who did it. He has so many informants in Purburg, only he could have investigated this. I’ve never had any negative thoughts about Fran; I’ve always liked him the most!”
“Hmm…”
Fran nodded, realizing that the general situation matched his guesses, but he wanted to confirm some details. So, he asked Yuli, “So, how does Lyon usually communicate with his informants? Do they meet in person, or do they exchange letters?”
“Well…” Yuli scratched her head, speaking vaguely, “I think… they use telegraphs, and they only meet occasionally. With so many informants, how could he possibly meet them all? Letters are too slow, but with telegraphs, messages are delivered instantly, which is very convenient.”
As she spoke, Yuli slumped onto the table, her face turning red, her legs pressing together, and her breath growing heavy. She leaned towards Fran, her eyes glazed with intoxication. “Why are you asking about this? I told you, I didn’t order the investigation!”
“I know, I know…” Fran waved his hand and leaned in close to Yuli, whispering, “Yuli, I’m doing this for your own good. Don’t tell anyone. You should have Lyon report the information from his informants at the regular meetings; otherwise, his informants won’t be of any use to you.”
“Hmm…” Yuli squinted at Fran, and Fran, seeing her drunken state, grew anxious.
“Hey, Yuli… she’s completely drunk. How much did she drink to get like this? Will she remember what I said?”
“Hehe, I know!” Yuli laughed and then shook her head, her words slurred. “I… I’m going to sleep now, Fran. Time to sleep!”
“Okay, okay, I know. Let’s call a maid to clean up and then I’ll send you back to your room.”
Fran sighed, looking at the silver-haired girl sprawled motionless on the table, feeling helpless. As he was about to stand up to find a maid, Yuli grabbed his coat from behind.
Fran turned to see Yuli standing, her face flushed, and she hugged him before pulling him onto the bed.
“What? This isn’t right, is it?”
Fran looked at Yuli in confusion. “Yuli, what are you doing? Don’t… I’m scared!”
Yuli lifted her head and smiled at Fran, then took a black eye mask from the bed and put it on him, patting his head. “Shh, it’s just an eye mask. It’s good for sleeping; I won’t do anything else.”
Fran’s vision went black, his body sinking into the soft mattress. Yuli seemed to get up and leave, and Fran heard the sound of the door closing. He sighed in relief.
“Phew, Yuli doesn’t seem to want to do anything to me. She really just wants me to sleep.”
“Well, I’m a bit drunk too, my head is spinning. I’ll just… sleep now.”
Fran tried to get comfortable but felt something was off. He rolled over, trying to figure out what was wrong. Oh…
“It’s my hands! They’re still tied up with the ribbon!”
Fran struggled with his bound hands, trying to free himself. Suddenly, he heard footsteps in the dark room.
Fran realized something was wrong. “Wait, I didn’t hear the door close…”
Fran felt a presence approaching him quickly. Was it Yuli?
He heard Yuli jump onto the bed, pinning him down. Her heavy breathing filled the room as she leaned in and kissed him wildly.
“Ha… ha… ha…”
“Yuli, stop… you promised you wouldn’t…”
“Keke… Fran, it’s not me… it’s the Martians!”
Yuli, drunk and incoherent, giggled.
“What? Martians? Who else would it be if not you?”
Yuli, realizing her excuse was weak, stammered, “Well… if you can’t see, it doesn’t count as me touching you. And I’m not using my hands or feet!”
Fran blushed, feeling the gentle friction between their bodies, and Yuli’s heavy breathing, which ignited a spark within him. He couldn’t help but feel a mix of pleasure and embarrassment.
Suddenly, Fran felt a warm, wet sensation on his earlobe. Yuli was nibbling and licking, sending shivers down his spine.
“No… no…”
Fran felt his body responding, a sensation he had only experienced once before, with Yuli.
“This feeling is so strange… I’ve never felt this way before. But I think… I’m enjoying it.”
Fran tried to push Yuli away, but his hands were bound, and she held him tightly.
“Fran, let’s keep going…”
“No, no, I can’t…”
“But your body is telling me otherwise…”
“No, I…”
“It’s so hot in here, Fran… so hot…”
Fran’s voice faded, swallowed by the intense heat between them. Their bodies pressed against each other through their clothes.
In the darkness of the night, Fran turned his head, tears of frustration welling up in his eyes. Suddenly, Yuli stopped moving. After a moment, her body trembled, and her eyelids fluttered closed. She collapsed beside him, and Fran heard the sound of her steady breathing.
Fran was left in despair, wondering why she stopped.
“Yuli… why now? At least untie me first!”
He sighed, feeling the weight of his bound hands and the warmth of Yuli’s body next to him.
