Join the ServerAliel, who had been boiling with rage and on the verge of killing someone at any moment, suddenly froze. At the same time, his face flushed bright red.
Song Ze quickly ended the kiss, feeling terrible about himself. How could he do something like this at such a time? Would Andreya and the brothers, along with Idis, ever let him off?
Aliel, on the other hand, seemed to be in high spirits. If his mood could be measured numerically, it had likely shot up from -100 to +100. He looked at Song Ze with a hint of indulgence and helplessness in his eyes, and though his words sounded reproachful, his tone was unmistakably filled with a sense of smugness. “It’s not appropriate to do this sort of thing in front of so many people. Once we’re back, you can do it as many times as you want.”
Song Ze: “…” It was just a kiss! Why did he have to make it sound so ambiguous!
The scene unfolding before everyone’s eyes was so classic that they were all stunned.
After all, even though two suspected ex-boyfriends had appeared earlier to cause trouble, that had been a one-sided affair! But now, their freshly minted fiancé of the two Demon Princes (yes, two of them) had just kissed that elf in front of everyone!
At first, the demons didn’t think about gossip or how cuckolded the princes were (considering the reality, maybe it was their prince who had cuckolded someone else). Instead, they immediately activated various defensive magic arrays, doing everything they could to protect themselves.
It didn’t take a genius to know that something earth-shattering was about to happen.
Andreya, the closest to the two, had already let his face turn cold. He no longer maintained his previous relaxed demeanor; his eyes glinted with icy light.
He no longer had the leisure to pretend to be anything else. The scene before him burned with jealousy, and all he wanted was to kill that irritating elf and return things to how they were.
“Go to hell,” Andreya muttered under his breath.
The surrounding air suddenly turned frigid. The environment began to change, white mist swirling around them, making everyone feel as if they had stepped into an illusion. The vines that had previously been impossible for the demons to deal with started to corrode at a visible rate.
But what drew the most attention were the translucent, giant dolls floating in the air, each holding delicate knives and forks. Though refined, those utensils were large enough to cut a person in half.
Song Ze suddenly remembered—this was the ultimate skill of the Demon Princess in the game. Its main ability was to create an illusion, allowing the user to conjure anything they desired within it and freely switch between reality and illusion for the summoned objects, making it impossible to guard against.
However, because this ultimate skill required a long animation time every time it was used, Song Ze rarely employed it (.).
And while natural forces had a certain restraining effect on dark-attribute beings, they were utterly useless against what Andreya had summoned. This put the two on an equal footing to compete.
Just then, the two who had been battling in the sky also arrived. In particular, when Idis descended, his bone dragon mount smashed through the already dilapidated palace roof.
This palace, which had a long history in the demon realm and could almost be rated as a cultural heritage site, was now largely destroyed. The priests inside didn’t know whether to cry for the demon realm’s cultural heritage or for their own future.
The two had been fighting to the death, but after seeing Song Ze actively kiss Aliel, how could they continue brawling? Compared to rivals who were on par with them, Aliel—who clearly had the upper hand—posed a greater threat and needed to be taken out first!
“How arrogant,” the Elder Prince said, glaring at Aliel with an icy look. “To behave so recklessly in the demon realm and commit such an offense against my fiancé—don’t think this will be settled easily!”
Idis also studied Aliel expressionlessly, deep killing intent in his eyes. After all, the last incident hadn’t been resolved, and now, enemies meeting face to face made their eyes burn with hatred. “Don’t think you’ll leave here alive.”
Aliel sneered. His mood was at its peak, and even with so many love rivals eyeing him menacingly, he showed no fear. After all, his beloved Song Ze had just kissed him!
“You’re just jealous,” Aliel said provocatively. “Song Ze likes me. All you can do is force him.”
Song Ze was dumbfounded by what he heard, feeling like he had discovered some earth-shattering secret about the Elder Prince.
Song Ze, putting on a pitiful, innocent look, said, “I believe you won’t be so heartless, right? After everything that happened between us, how could you forget?”
Although Andreya’s tone was self-pitying, Song Ze could clearly sense a hint of threat in it… After all, he had once been willing to act as a pet or something to win him over, and then some very gay things had happened between them.
Song Ze broke out in a cold sweat under their gazes, wishing he could just lose his memory at that moment.
“Enough nonsense. Let’s fight,” Aliel couldn’t stand these vixens trying to seduce his Song Ze one by one.
As soon as he finished speaking, the other three attacked.
Though they each wanted to kill each other, they managed to reach a temporary consensus against Aliel. After all, what had just happened greatly displeased them.
However, all their attacks carefully avoided Song Ze… But even so, the sight of all those flashy battle effects colliding and intertwining was too intense! Not only was the building crumbling, but even the space around them seemed to distort under their divine-level fighting.
As for the demons trying hard to pretend they didn’t exist, even though they had prepared defensive measures, they were still shaken until they suffered internal injuries, many coughing up blood.
What on earth should they do? Why hadn’t reinforcements arrived from outside? This was near the demon realm’s capital, after all! There should have been plenty of people around.
Or maybe, just like in the previous battle, they had used some kind of magic to seal the area, trapping those inside and preventing anyone outside from entering.
Song Ze: “…” He couldn’t imagine what kind of power could solve this problem. At his level, getting involved would just mean seeking death.
The only silver lining was that these people were used to fighting solo and had no sense of teamwork… Otherwise, even Aliel wouldn’t be able to handle so many opponents at once!
“Song Ze.”
Just then, as if responding to his thoughts, a soft voice suddenly echoed in Song Ze’s mind.
It was a very gentle female voice, one that made you imagine how beautiful its owner must be just by hearing it.
Song Ze was only captivated for a moment before he suddenly remembered… This was the Holy Son’s voice when he was cross-dressing as a woman!
“Holy Son, why are you suddenly here…” Song Ze was scared out of his wits. “Didn’t I already refuse before?”
There were already too many people present! If the Holy Son joined in, Song Ze would just faint on the spot.
“I’ve come to take you away. While they’re distracted fighting, now is the best time to leave.”
The gentle voice continued, seeming to carry some mysterious power that calmed one’s heart and almost convinced him… Not!
“How can I leave!” Song Ze sighed. “This all happened because of me; it would be too much to just run away!”
Even though he had already done many terrible things so far.
And wasn’t the main quest still to explore the demon realm’s inheritance site? If he just left, what would happen to the main storyline!
“You really do care about these filthy people. That’s what I like about you,” the Holy Son’s voice said, gentle but leaving no room for refusal. “But this is no longer the time for you to refuse.”
