Join the ServerThen Song Ze had to walk back to Andreya’s side under the Elder Prince’s terrifying gaze.
Such a scene of embracing both sides should have been wonderful, but reality was so cruel…! It brutally shattered his dreams. Even in the game, the Elder Prince was a man, so he couldn’t even fantasize about embracing two girls!
Just as Song Ze took a deep breath and prepared to kiss Andreya’s neck (by the way, he felt his tolerance for gayness was about to exceed its limit), the old demon priest suddenly spoke.
“Chosen One, wait a moment.”
“Hmm?” Song Ze looked over with a gaze of someone being rescued, almost wishing the engagement ceremony would just end in an accident.
Andreya, on the other hand, looked over extremely dissatisfied, his eyes carrying a hint of coldness. If not for the circumstances, he would probably have made a move against the priest several times already.
“The subsequent ceremony must be initiated by the two princes,” said the old demon priest. “According to calculations, this is the optimal plan for completing the ceremony.”
‘How the hell was this plan calculated?! Is it even scientific? No, from the start, this Western fantasy world has no science to speak of.’
Though Song Ze wanted to complain, he could only nod at this point. He had already done everything before; he couldn’t fail now!
So Song Ze stopped and stood still, while Andreya leaned over, gently lifting Song Ze’s hair.
“If you’re performing the ceremony, don’t do anything unnecessary,” came the Elder Prince’s cold voice from the side.
“How ridiculous, dear brother, what are you saying?” Andreya looked at the Elder Prince with feigned innocence. “I’m just being affectionate with my beloved fiancé; this is perfectly normal. What’s unnecessary about it?”
The Elder Prince’s eyes grew colder, but he could only lower his face and say nothing more.
After all, what Andreya said was true. At this point, he had agreed to this himself, so he couldn’t back out. It was just an engagement ceremony, anyway.
Song Ze was very nervous, because the last time Andreya had added that binding to him, he had done it in the same way… Though he later had a mysterious pang of conscience and removed it, it still left some shadow.
Andreya felt the body he was holding stiffen slightly. He frowned a little, then after dawdling for a long time, he lowered his head and placed a kiss on Song Ze’s fair, slender neck, his attitude extremely focused.
The kiss was too light, like a feather landing, making Song Ze feel an itch.
Then he looked down and met those beautiful red crystal-like eyes.
“It’s over.” Andreya smiled at Song Ze, his voice gentle.
“Really?” Song Ze widened his eyes in slight surprise, hardly believing that Andreya would let him off so easily. Was Andreya that kind of person?!
“Do you want me to do it again?” Andreya immediately said.
“No need!” Song Ze refused swiftly, then quickly turned around and found that the Elder Prince had already walked up beside him, so he didn’t need to walk over himself.
Now the three of them were very close, making Song Ze extremely uneasy: what if these two got upset and started fighting!
The Elder Prince also looked at Song Ze, then embraced him. Song Ze closed his eyes tightly and felt a kiss land on the other side of his neck.
“Done.” The Elder Prince’s voice sounded.
Song Ze opened his eyes, still shocked, not expecting the Elder Prince to be so gentle this time. He had been prepared for his neck to be bitten!
Great, if these two were competing in who was gentler, that would be perfect; there would be no need to worry about other problems.
And since the ceremony had reached this point, only the final step remained. Song Ze was undoubtedly greatly relieved.
Song Ze turned to look at Andreya. Without needing to speak, Andreya already took his hand, leaned slightly, raised Song Ze’s hand, and brought it to his lips.
“We will never be apart in this life,” Andreya whispered, his crimson eyes fixed on Song Ze. Then he closed his eyes and placed a kiss like a devout believer.
The onlookers were somewhat stunned. They had originally thought the Second Prince’s interest in this human was just childish play—interested but would discard when bored.
But unexpectedly, the Second Prince was so serious. Should they say that this human was indeed the Chosen One?! A mere fragile human had actually brought this about, making the two princes willingly endure such humiliation.
Song Ze felt a bit uneasy, because although Andreya looked obedient now, like a normal handsome young man, if…
And then, he took out a ring from his bosom.
The ring was exquisitely made, set with a gem as beautiful as Andreya’s eyes, and one could faintly sense a powerful force hidden within.
The crowd gasped. “The Second Prince actually chose to give a ring…”
“I envy him.”
Song Ze: “…”
‘Damn, not again! Why is it a ring again! The matter with Aliel’s ring had already caused enough trouble! Although this ring looks impressive, I don’t want it!’
“This is a ring gifted by my father, and I believe it is the most suitable choice,” Andreya said, and directly placed it on Song Ze’s finger, leaving no room for refusal.
Besides, the ring was part of the ceremony; even if Song Ze refused, it would be useless.
The ring, which was a bit loose, instantly tightened around Song Ze’s finger, fitting perfectly.
Song Ze looked closely and suddenly realized this was the ring that the Demon Princess gave to the protagonist in the game—a versatile, incredibly powerful ring. But it also had the special effects of being automatically bound and irremovable, plus a teleportation function. Most importantly, every time he got close to someone else, the Demon Princess could sense it—it was practically a cheating-detection ring.
And this ring, which was extremely troublesome in the game and meant the harem ending could never be achieved if used, was now casually put on his finger!
Song Ze felt his heart sink. Although he wasn’t aiming for a harem ending now… and this world was quite different from the game world.
The Elder Prince, not to be outdone, took Song Ze’s other hand and looked deeply at him. “In the end, the one who wins will be me.”
The onlookers gasped again. “That’s the former queen’s ring…” “He actually gave the late queen’s keepsake to the Chosen One. It seems the Elder Prince truly loves him.”
Song Ze was stunned. He knew how important the queen was to the Elder Prince, and now he was giving away such an important ring. This made him feel a strong sense of guilt.
Even though Song Ze was already in this engagement ceremony, he didn’t want to deceive the Elder Prince’s feelings (wait, he was forced into this, right?) to such an extent; it had already crossed his bottom line.
“Wait, hold on…”
Just as Song Ze was about to find an excuse to ask for a less important ring, both of the princes’ faces darkened.
The next moment, vines suddenly descended from the dome of the hall. Natural force instantly swept through the entire hall, making many demons present feel uncomfortable.
A blond-haired elf prince—clearly not a demon—landed on the holy wind. Defying all hostile gazes, he looked directly toward Song Ze.
“He is my fiancé.”
“Vile monsters.”
