Chapter 70: A Couple of Incidents on the Subway

They say that college is halfway into society, but since transmigrating to this bizarre H-anime world, Tang Yunle and Qin Liang had not yet stepped outside the school gates.

In a sense, the two of them had not yet truly understood the social rules of this world.

Outside Nanchang Metro Station, North Station Square.

Tang Yunle’s right hand opened the back door of the ride-sharing car, her left hand clutching the strap of her bag. She got out of the car in a bit of a rush.

Qin Liang had already gotten out of the front passenger seat before her. He had also taken both of their suitcases and his backpack from the trunk and dragged them to the side of the road.

Although Tang Yunle’s family had only simply mentioned bringing him home to meet them, out of politeness, he had still bought a lot of gifts.

“The wind at North Station Square is a bit strong today~ Achoo!” Tang Yunle sneezed, quickly wrapped her short-sleeved shirt tighter, and stuffed her hands into her pockets, subconsciously shrinking her neck.

“The temperature is dropping today, and there will be a light rain.”

“Hiss, why didn’t you tell me earlier?”

“I didn’t expect you to wear women’s clothing.”

Qin Liang’s gaze swept over Tang Yunle’s thin and drafty round-neck short-sleeved shirt and light blue pleated skirt, the corner of his mouth twitching slightly. “And, Ah Le, don’t you think women’s clothing is very perverted?”

Tang Yunle rolled her eyes at him and retorted irritably, “What’s so perverted about it? Is it as perverted as you liking to see me in black stockings? And I’m not a cross-dressing fetishist. I just hope to leave a good initial impression on my family in this world.”

‘I hope so~’

The young man with ice-blue pupils sighed inwardly.

“Let’s go.”

He took one of her hands. The warmth from his palm made the cold wind that blew past from time to time lose some of its chill.

The two walked towards the station entrance.

Tang Yunle followed him, looking around as they went. After transmigrating to this bizarre H-anime world where female pet culture was prevalent, it would be a lie to say she wasn’t curious.

If she hadn’t been gender-bent into a female pet, Tang Yunle felt that she would have already asked the school for a few days off to go out and play, experience society, and have fun.

In front of the security gate, a man and a woman stood at the front of the line. The man was holding the handle of a suitcase that was half a person tall with one hand, and a rope was dangling from his other hand.

The rope extended from his right hand to behind him… Tang Yunle’s gaze shifted, and she saw a fair but not very plump female body, also wearing a cheongsam.

The surrounding pedestrians’ expressions were normal, as if this scene were commonplace.

“Holy cow.”

“This world is really too open.”

“Can female pets be played with like this??”

Tang Yunle sucked in a breath of cold air and gently bumped the elbow of Qin Liang, who was deliberately averting his gaze, and said in a low voice, “Ah Liang, look.”

“A cheongsam beauty! Her figure is pretty good. I estimate she’s at least an A- grade.”

“The pet tamer said before that after graduation, some masters like to walk their female pets. I thought it was a figure of speech, but I didn’t expect it to be literal.”

“They’re really walking her on a leash.”

See no evil, hear no evil, look no evil. The big boy averted his gaze. At the same time, he sensed a curious little sparrow chirping in his ear. He simply raised his hand and covered her eyes.

The sudden darkness made Tang Yunle struggle subconsciously.

“Ah Liang, what are you doing?”

“There’s a difference between men and women. See no evil.”

“But I’m a girl now…” Tang Yunle’s words trailed off. She touched her hot nose. “Uh, you’re right. Staring at her like that makes me look like a pervert.”

If she had transmigrated alone, it would have been fine. In the eyes of the people in this world, staring at her would be nothing, just like a normal person taking a few extra glances at a cat or a dog on the street. It was harmless.

But in the eyes of Qin Liang, who was also a transmigrator, staring at a cheongsam beauty being walked on a leash and exclaiming in amazement was probably a sign of being a pervert.

Thankfully, this embarrassment didn’t last long. As the line moved forward, the man at the front led his female pet through the security check, and their figures soon disappeared at the platform entrance.

Soon, it was Qin Liang and Tang Yunle’s turn.

There was no problem when Qin Liang swiped his ID card and went through the security check. But Tang Yunle ran into trouble.

She had just reached into her pocket when she realized she didn’t have an ID card.

Female pets in this world didn’t even have human rights. How could they have an ID card that symbolized their citizenship?

“Um… is a student ID card okay?” Tang Yunle took out her student ID card and smiled sheepishly.

In the university town, the student ID card was their female pet’s pass. It recorded their number and identity information.

The staff member nodded, indicating that it was okay.

The girl breathed a sigh of relief and swiped her ID card on the gate. But the gate lit up with a yellow light, and the buzzer inside also sounded.

The female staff member at the ticket gate walked over, her brows furrowed. “Graduated and sold off early?”

Seeing Tang Yunle nod, the staff member gave another instruction. “Take out your current private female pet ID tag.”

Tang Yunle was a little confused. She had no idea what this thing was.

And the staff member, seeing that she hadn’t moved for a long time, muttered.

“She’s already a private female pet and she’s still not self-aware.”

“Where’s your master?”

“Here.”

Tang Yunle didn’t speak. It was Qin Liang, who had already passed through the ticket gate, who spoke.

He took out a silver collar from his canvas bag and threw it to the staff member. The staff member scanned it with a barcode scanner, then threw it to the still-bewildered girl.

Tang Yunle vaguely saw a page with a very complete form displayed on the screen behind her.

It should be the information recorded on her chip.

“S-grade?!”

Someone in the crowd sucked in a breath of cold air and exclaimed in amazement. The passengers queuing up next to them all turned their gazes to Tang Yunle.

Countless gazes focused on her like spotlights.

The girl’s face “whooshed” and burned. She was both shy and embarrassed. But under her hot ears, there was a faint, subtle sense of pride that even she herself hadn’t noticed.

“Put it on.”

Tang Yunle didn’t hesitate for long. She put the silver collar on her neck, and the clasp “clicked” shut.

The staff member scanned it again with the barcode scanner, and the originally yellow light instantly turned green.

“Thank you for your cooperation. You have now passed the ticket check.”

“And, be more self-aware next time. Don’t think you’re some rich young lady or little princess. Even if you’re an S-grade female pet, you’re still a female pet. Don’t obstruct the federal order.”

After passing through the ticket gate, Qin Liang was already waiting on the other side. The two of them dragged their luggage to the subway platform.

On the platform, there was a dynamic advertisement: a naked, infatuated female pet with heart-shaped eyes was kneeling in front of the camera, and in front of her was a man holding half a bowl of pink liquid.

The advertisement read in large characters: Qiangqiang Technology’s heart stimulant, bringing your female pet a hundred times the pleasure.

Taking advantage of the gap while waiting for the train, Tang Yunle grabbed Qin Liang. She pointed to the silver collar on her neck, then looked at the big boy with ice-blue pupils who obviously knew something but wouldn’t tell her.

“Quick, tell me what’s going on with this collar.”

“It’s a long story…” Qin Liang touched his nose, obviously a little embarrassed.

“Then make it short!”
