Chapter 94: Qin Liang’s Family

The grayish stone path snaked like a network, connecting dozens of milky-white small buildings with a unified style. The buildings were surrounded by a circle of neatly trimmed, lush green holly. Outside the holly, there were two circles of sparkling artificial lakes, and a few white yachts were even parked on the lake.

The large expanse of green grass was like an infinitely extended velvet carpet, stretching from under the wing to a distant place that was hard to see, its edge hidden in a lush forest belt.

It was impossible to see where the border was.

“Good brother, you’re really not being fair. You didn’t even tell me the truth on the plane.”

Tang Yunle puffed out her cheeks and lightly poked the other party with her elbow, a hint of coquettishness on her face.

Little did she know, Qin Liang was also in a state of shock and bewilderment at this moment.

“What are those buildings? What part of your house is that?”

Suddenly, her small, porcelain-white finger pointed to the area surrounded by the woods below, and she asked curiously.

“That’s the main living area. The light golden building in the middle is the main building, and the scattered white small buildings around it are functional areas, with a library, an audio-visual hall, an indoor hot spring, and a special bakery and flower art workshop. My mom and my dad usually like to spend their time there.”

Qin Liang answered mechanically, but the second half of his sentence was a murmur that only he could hear: “But it wasn’t this big before.”

“Where is that?”

Her small fingertip pointed to a dark outline further away.

“Behind that grove of trees is the racecourse. My brother used to love to train horses there. To the east is the outdoor swimming pool and the indoor sports hall. My brother likes to take his girlfriends to play ball or swim.”

“Where is that?”

Her small fingertip pointed to the area at the edge of the complex, which was emitting a faint white smoke. There were also a few rows of silver exhaust pipes on the roof, which looked like a neat row of silver bamboo shoots from a distance.

“The central kitchen. After all, besides me, my parents, and my brother, the servants also need to eat.”

As they were talking, the plane began to glide at a low altitude, and more details became clear.

To the east, there was a winding artificial river with a white arch bridge over it, and a few black-canopied boats were parked on the side. To the north, hidden behind the woods, was the racecourse and a karting track. You could even see a small observatory, its silver dome shining in the sun.

Qin Liang looked at the chessboard-like layout below, his brows furrowing slightly, imperceptibly.

Something was wrong, very wrong.

In the original world, his house was clearly just a small manor, with only a hundred or so servants. Although it had these functional buildings and facilities, it was definitely not on this scale.

To support the normal operation of this complex, a conservative estimate would be at least a team of three or four hundred servants.

Could it be that in this world, his family didn’t like the small manor style and had changed to a large one?

The plane passed through the last layer of thin mist and landed steadily on the tarmac.

But Tang Yunle’s gaze was firmly fixed on the moving figures.

On the lawn, by the garden, in the tree-lined path, women in uniform white uniforms could be seen everywhere. Some were pushing tool carts and trimming the shrubs, some were squatting with trays and walking into the small buildings, and some were tidying up the lounge chairs by the outdoor swimming pool. Their movements were nimble and orderly. From a distance, they looked like a flock of white doves shuttling through the green woods.

And Tang Yunle also discovered that these female servants not only wore uniform uniforms, but their age range was also surprisingly small, all between their teens and thirties.

From fresh and lively young girls to gentle and capable mature women, and then to mature and beautiful… there was everything.

Different styles of faces and figures were dotted in the green. It was clearly a busy scene of everyone performing their duties, but for some reason, it had a deliberately selected sense of coordination.

The moment the cabin door opened, a gust of wind mixed with the scent of grass and sweet fragrance rushed in. Not far away on the stone path, a tall and burly figure stood.

Hahahaha!

Little bro, did you miss me!

Inside the cabin, Qin Liang saw the man who was waving at him, who was as burly as a bear, through the window.

He did not wave back, nor did he get up to get off the plane. He just sat in his original seat and thought.

Seeing the family in this world, he was not as nervous as he had been.

Different worlds, different cultures, different experiences, yet they were connected by blood.

Were such family members still family?

She reached out and gently held the young man’s large hand, her voice gentle, “Don’t panic, I’m with you.”

“Just like you were once with me.”

Qin Liang looked up and met the firm and beautiful dark black eyes.

Although the small hand in his palm was soft and small, and the temperature was not scorching, it was as if a stream of warmth was quietly flowing into his heart.

That’s right, Tang Yunle was with him.

Just as he had once been with her.

“Thank you,” he said.

Seeing this, Tang Yunle was just about to withdraw her hand, but she found that her small hand was being held tightly by the young man and she couldn’t pull it out at all.

When the two of them walked down the plane hand in hand, the crew members also followed with Yanhuo. Only then did Tang Yunle get a clear look at the man who had just been standing in the middle of the group of maids and waving at Qin Liang.

A man with a similar face to Qin Liang, but with brownish-gray eyes, and as strong as a bear.

“Little bro, it’s been a few months. Did you miss me?”

A warm bear hug came over him, and Qin Liang felt as if he were being hugged by a real bear.

At the same time, it also confirmed to him that although his family in this world was a little different from his original world, his big brother was still his big brother. This enthusiasm, this concern between family members, this ineffective strength, were all the same.

It was just that Qin Wen in this world seemed to be much more burly than in his memory.

The young man was being squeezed so hard that he could barely breathe, he thought to himself.

The warm hug finally ended, and Qin Wen’s gaze fell on Tang Yunle.

Ever since the young man had gotten off the plane, this pet had been held by him. He hadn’t even let go when he had just been hugged by him.

Her appearance was decent, and her figure was okay, but her taste in clothes was not good. She was wearing women’s clothing, but it didn’t show her advantages. And her eyes were darting around. She had none of the humility and obedience a female pet should have. Her etiquette was far from good.

Conclusion: his little brother’s taste was not as good as his.

But in the spirit of being a big brother, Qin Wen still squeezed out a compliment, “Little bro, your taste is quite good. A little wild.”

“Come, let your big brother pet this little pet of yours and see how she feels.”

Saying that, he extended his large, fan-like hand and reached for Tang Yunle, as if he wanted to scoop her into his arms and rub her like a little pet.

Tang Yunle was stunned.

She could only watch as the large hand got closer and closer.

At this moment, a figure that was neither tall nor thick, yet like a hero, stood in front of her, bringing a sense of security.

“Bro, she…” Qin Liang paused, with a bit of seriousness and solemnity, “she’s mine. My things can only be touched by me.”

In response, Qin Wen was not annoyed, but just withdrew his hand. “Alright, so you’re treating your big brother as an outsider now?”

He clicked his tongue. “But it’s normal to think about it. You had a strong desire for toys when you were a child. You said that when you were gone, you wanted me to burn the toys and send them to you.”

“Xiaolan, Qiandai.”

He clapped his hands and casually pointed to Tang Yunle, then to Yanhuo in the crew member’s arms, as if the two were of equal status in his eyes.

“Take these two little ones down, wash them up, and change them into some decent clothes. I’ll have a private chat with my little brother.”

“Yes, young master.”

From the crowd behind him, two tall women stepped forward in response.

“Let’s go, little bro. You haven’t been home for a few months. Big brother will show you around.”

Qin Liang was pulled by Qin Wen and had to let go of Tang Yunle’s hand.

And Tang Yunle and Yanhuo were led by Xiaolan and Qiandai in another direction.
