Join the ServerThe next morning, there was one more class: ‘History of Western Literature’.
Since it was Saturday, once this class concluded, the two girls could happily enjoy their weekend.
In the early morning, Song Qinghuan awoke earlier than Lin Shishi.
She sat on her bed, a smile playing on her lips as she watched Lin Shishi still soundly asleep across from her.
She walked to Lin Shishi’s bedside and gently pulled back a corner of the blanket.
“Wake up, little cutie.”
Song Qinghuan lightly patted Lin Shishi’s cheek.
Lin Shishi groggily awoke, her eyes immediately falling upon Song Qinghuan, who stood by her bed, holding that very dress.

She instantly sobered.
“But… we have class…”
Lin Shishi bit her lip, her eyes filled with shyness and internal struggle.
Song Qinghuan leaned over, her hands braced on either side of Lin Shishi’s body, effectively trapping her between the bed and herself.
“Listen to me—”
Her face was so close to Lin Shishi’s that her breath misted against the other girl’s skin.
Lin Shishi lowered her eyes, her eyelashes trembling, and nodded.
“Good girl.”
Song Qinghuan smiled, straightening up. “Go wash up, then put it on. I’ll do your makeup.”

Song Qinghuan circled her once with satisfaction, then pressed her into a chair and began applying her makeup.
Eyeliner subtly winged at the outer corners, lashes brushed long and curled, lips adorned with a dewy, cherry blossom-pink gloss.
Finally, Song Qinghuan tied white ribbons into Lin Shishi’s twin pigtails.
Once everything was done.
“Perfect.”
Song Qinghuan stepped back, admiring her ‘masterpiece’.

Following Song Qinghuan’s arrangements, they left the dormitory and headed towards the academic building.
As Lin Shishi and Song Qinghuan walked into the classroom side-by-side, they undeniably became the focal point of everyone’s gaze.
The girls’ eyes held various expressions—some envious, some curious, some scrutinizing, and others an undisguised, fiery appraisal.
Song Qinghuan, for her part, appeared remarkably natural.
She led Lin Shishi to a seat in the middle-to-back, her movements graceful and composed, as if the surrounding stares simply didn’t exist.
She even proactively greeted several familiar classmates, her smile bright.
Lin Shishi’s small face, however, had undeniably turned a deep crimson.
She sat perfectly straight, her legs neatly together and angled, her hands primly placed on the desk, attempting to maintain a shred of dignity.
But Song Qinghuan was clearly mischievous…
Song Qinghuan deliberately tugged at Lin Shishi’s twin pigtails, which rested on her shoulders, causing her head to tilt slightly backward.
Neither girl truly absorbed the teacher’s lecture.
The difference was that Song Qinghuan was playfully teasing.
Lin Shishi’s attention, however, was focused on… enduring.
Finally, the class ended.
The girl let out a long sigh of relief.

Back at the dormitory.
After quickly packing her belongings for the weekend trip home, Song Qinghuan said, “Come home with me today.”

Hearing Song Qinghuan call her name, she quickly opened the bathroom door and peeked out.
The girl’s face still bore an unfaded blush as she weakly nodded. “Okay.”
She thought for a moment, then asked, “Shouldn’t we prepare a gift? Like some fruit or pastries?”
Song Qinghuan, who was putting things into a small backpack, looked up at her with amusement. “Why would we prepare those?”
Lin Shishi twisted her fingers. “After all, we’re meeting your aunt and uncle…”
Song Qinghuan chuckled, zipped up her backpack, and walked over to Lin Shishi, reaching out to pinch her cheek. “No need. Don’t worry, with our relationship, there’s no need to prepare anything.”
She paused, her smile turning a little sly. “Of course, when we meet my… father, I’ll tell them you’re my girlfriend. You’ll have to act extra sweet then, okay? Remember, no contradicting me.”
“Girl—girlfriend?!”
Lin Shishi’s face instantly flushed, even the tips of her ears turning pink.
She opened her mouth, intending to say something, but under Song Qinghuan’s half-smile, half-watchful gaze, she ultimately swallowed her words. She could only nod forlornly, whispering, “Understood…”
“Good girl.” Song Qinghuan affectionately flicked her nose.
Once Lin Shishi had thoroughly wiped off all those strange things…
Immediately, the two girls, with their small bags slung over their shoulders, walked out of the Yu Port University dormitory area.
The campus was bustling with people on the weekend, bathed in bright sunshine.
Lin Shishi, in the overly eye-catching short skirt and high heels, walked somewhat awkwardly, especially the heels, which she wasn’t accustomed to, causing her steps to be slightly unsteady.
Song Qinghuan naturally linked arms with her, practically half-supporting, half-pulling her forward.
They soon arrived at the school gate.
Song Qinghuan raised a hand to hail a taxi. It was driven by a woman in her thirties, with short hair, who looked very capable.
The two girls settled into the back seat.
Song Qinghuan gave an address for an upscale residential area.
The female driver glanced at them in the rearview mirror, her gaze lingering on Lin Shishi for a few seconds.
As the car turned and the bells tinkled softly with a crisp ‘ding-ding-ding’, the female driver’s lips curved into an understanding, subtly suggestive smile.
