As I was urging my sister to quickly eat and sleep, the supermarket’s glass door suddenly shattered.
Someone had thrown an object at it from outside.
Loud voices erupted from outside the door. The sudden shattering of the glass sent Wang Ming and the other women into piercing screams, a cacophony that made me frown involuntarily.
My sister and I were closest to the glass door. Thus, as the shards flew towards us, I immediately activated my spatial ability.
Instantly, the glass fragments, suspended mid-air, froze in place.
In the next second, with a mere thought, the shattered glass flew backward.
“What the hell? How did this glass fly out?”
“Ah! My eye! I’ve been cut by glass!”
“Brother Feng, the car’s tire was punctured by the glass. What do we do?”
“What *can* we do? Go drag those guys out of there. Let them know the might of King Feng!”
“Hehehe, Big Brother is truly valiant!”
I listened to the voices outside with an impassive expression. Rising from the ground, I unfurled the blanket in my hand and spread it over my sister.
“Wait here for me. I’ll be back soon.”
Stopping my sister from trying to get up, I walked out towards the door alone.
As I stepped out of the supermarket, facing a row of dazzling, flickering car headlights, I saw over twenty people gathered in a semicircle, completely encircling the supermarket’s exit.
The people outside had a peculiar appearance. Not only was their hair styled to stand on end, but their faces were also smeared with black ash, creating two large dark circles around their eyes. Numerous rings adorned their ears, noses, and lips.
Their exposed skin was covered in chaotic, indecipherable tattoos.
Upon seeing me standing at the entrance, the group outside immediately began to howl. They raised their crude weapons above their heads, uttering strange, wailing cries.
I watched them with a blank expression, feeling an absurd sensation, as if I were watching clowns perform in a circus.
Were these people here to amuse me?
“Kid, this is now the territory of our Funeral Love 3=o Family! If you want to live, scram!”
“That’s right! The glory of us Shamat nobles will endure forever!”
“The love of our great family is irreplaceable! If you also wish to join our Funeral Love 3=o Family, you can sign up now. Though you’d only be a junior member, tasked with cleaning our toilets.”
“King Feng, that’s not right! A guy like this, with an unknown background, could very well be a spy from another family!”

The leader of this group was dressed even more bizarrely. He wore nothing but a mesh-like garment, his eyes similarly painted into panda-like circles.
After speaking, he even narcissistically tossed his head, his long hair arcing through the air before settling behind his ear.
His eccentric appearance made it hard for me to even look at him.
However, one of his ears was tightly wrapped in bandages. From the seeping bloodstains, it was clear he was injured.
After all that, it turned out these guys were the ‘Shamat’ I’d only ever seen online!
“I was here first. I’ll count to three; then you all leave. Otherwise, don’t blame me for being impolite.”
I looked at these joyous, intellectually challenged youths with a hint of exasperation. No longer wanting to endure their offensive sight, I spoke directly to the one called King Feng.
However, as soon as the words left my mouth, the Shamat group across from me burst into laughter.
“A mere little brat, daring to be so arrogant? Have your pubes even grown in yet?”
“Hahaha, I’m dying of laughter! Be careful, or our King Feng will execute you!”
“One.”
“He’s really too young, without the awareness of death. Our Funeral Love 3=o Family isn’t easy to deal with. If you don’t leave now, we’ll finish you off!”
“He definitely wants to die!”
“Two.”
“Oh, still counting, are we? Seriously, stop pretending. Even if ten more weaklings like you came, this young master could still beat them to death!”
“Three.”
Seeing that the group before me had not taken my words to heart, I watched them with an impassive expression.
Once I had finished counting to three, I made no other movements, merely raising my hand slightly.
Immediately, my spatial ability activated. All the vehicles parked around the Shamat group began to hum, the sound of steel grinding against steel exceptionally loud in the night.
In the next second, the headlights flashed wildly. Both cars and motorcycles soared into the air amidst piercing alarms.
“Oh my god! What’s happening? How are the cars flying into the sky?”
“Ghosts! We’ve encountered ghosts!”
“I’m out! I’m leaving!”
“Don’t go, Qiangzi! Have you forgotten our Funeral Love 3=o Family’s rules? To advance and retreat together?”
“Screw your sister! My life’s on the line, who cares about all that nonsense now?”
“King Feng, save us! We’re practically peeing our pants!”

Ignoring the wails and cries from the opposite side, all my attention was now focused on the spatial ability I was currently employing.
Over the past week, my primary goal had been to train my sister’s combat skills against zombies. Therefore, whenever we encountered zombies, my sister handled them entirely.
After leaving H City’s vicinity, most of the zombies we encountered were Level One. As time went on, the zombie levels slowly increased, and by then, my sister’s methods for dealing with them had also become proficient.
As for me, aside from spatial storage, it had been several days since I last used my spatial ability.
Now, as I used it, I felt a much greater affinity for spatial manipulation, a result of the ability’s upgrade by the mid-grade heavenly material and earthly treasure.
It felt like an innate skill, allowing me to extend the duration of my control over the surrounding space significantly. Manipulating these vehicles, for instance, felt incredibly effortless.
As the Shamat group scattered and fled, I controlled the vehicles in mid-air, sending them crashing down directly onto the people below.
My research into the ability was nearly complete. It was time to teach these annoying guys a lesson.
“Big Brother, we were wrong! I’m sorry, I’m sorry! Please, spare our lives!”
King Feng, who had been so arrogant just moments before, finally came to his senses.
As his group cried and fled, I stood calmly in place, my face devoid of fear, clearly indicating I had something up my sleeve.
He likely surmised that I was the most probable cause of the current chaos. That was why King Feng abandoned his previous arrogant demeanor, kneeling directly before me and incessantly kowtowing at my feet.
