Chapter 2: A Startling Proposal

“So are you knocking yourself out, or should we do it?” The gray-haired wolf-eared girl approached me.

“I’ll do…”

Suddenly, for no reason, my legs gave out. “Thud!” I fell to the ground. Probably from hunger? Or was this body just too weak?

“I haven’t even touched it yet. Could this one just have been ‘embraced’?”

Just as I was about to defend myself, everything went black. I collapsed.

What exactly did this girl in front of me want?

“Alright, since you agreed so quickly, I’ll let you drink some of my blood!”

She pointed to the fair skin under the collar of her white shirt.

“Just kidding. I’m afraid of pain too. Come on, get out of this coffin and let me see you.”

Since she had treated me to a full meal, I might as well get out. Wait—wasn’t I captured?

I slowly sat up and climbed out of the coffin. She circled me, scanning me from every angle. So embarrassing! Suddenly, she grabbed my shoulders. I looked up at her. She was so tall—no, I was just too short.

“What’s your name?”

Her words were so hard to understand.

I blurted out everything I wanted to say, calling myself a man. I couldn’t even do that before. I shut my eyes tightly now, thinking death would be fine—I’d already died once. But I was still afraid. After a long moment, I opened my eyes again and saw the expressions of those two change. They looked confused. I turned to the Young Master.

Her expression became even weirder and even more excited.

“Not from this world? You’re from another world, as my father mentioned?”

The world she referred to must be mine. I wasn’t sure, but I nodded anyway.

“A person from another world, unexpectedly turned into a vampire girl, and still a man? Captured by me, and doing everything to survive~ You really stop at nothing~”

I… I wasn’t lying to her, but she seemed to be reveling in her excitement as she continued.

“Then let’s get married!”

“Get… married?”

This sudden, perverted-sounding analysis and proposal—was she actually a pervert? I was speechless, unable to come up with a reply.

“What’s wrong?”

The two beast-eared girls behind her approached with their swords drawn.

I was going to be killed!

“Didn’t you hear me? Little Chuye! I said, let’s get married!”

Hearing what their Young Master said, they looked at us in shock.

They rushed toward us.
