Join the ServerThe emergence of the undead prevented the Holy See from sparing any resources, which was precisely why she had ordered the Green Forest Tribes to attack the Church’s cathedrals.
In a direct confrontation, the Green Forest could never match the Holy See, but through a slow process of nibbling away at them, they stood a chance.
As long as the undead or other factions kept the Holy See occupied, the Green Forest Tribes could rapidly expand their influence until they grew into a power no one dared to underestimate.
“My King, the future belonging to our tribe is descending…”
Daisie looked with excitement at her child, who was also the King of all Greenskins.
On the throne, the Goblin Emperor gazed into the distant sky, deep in thought…

To the north of the Central Continent.
The forces of the undead were spreading across the entire land.
Countless skeletons and corpses were reanimated, and simultaneously, the knight orders representing death finally revealed themselves to the world.
These undead existed across all continents of the Main World, though there was no definitive timeline for their emergence; they obeyed only the commands of the supreme monarch of the Realm of the Dead.
Now, these undead armies were gathering, preparing to invade the Central Continent. Guilds affiliated with the Realm of the Dead joined their ranks, as this was the fastest way for them to acquire massive strategic resources and grow stronger.
The Realm of the Dead was fundamentally incompatible with all living beings, meaning players who joined them effectively declared themselves enemies of all life.
This came with both advantages and disadvantages.
The advantage was that the undead forces developed rapidly and could sustain themselves through expansionist warfare.
The disadvantage was that they would become targeted by countless living beings and find themselves surrounded on all sides.
“The undead army has begun to move! Quickly transmit the intel to the Church!”
The personnel responsible for monitoring the movements of the undead immediately reported to the Holy See.

Back in his territory, Qin Yu casually checked the calendar; over half a month of in-game time had already passed.
In another half a month, a major battle would break out between the Holy See and the undead army.
However, the protagonists of this grand event would be neither the Holy See nor the undead army, but the Green Forest Tribes.
“The counterattack of the weak, a shooting star streaking across the sky—calling those Greenskins that might be slightly inappropriate, but it is indeed the truth.”
After this grand event concluded, players would name it the “Green Star,” intended to describe the hateful yet respectable actions of the Green Forest Tribes.
“There’s no need to get involved in the war between the undead and the Church. It’s too far from the territory, and we don’t have convenient transport tools right now…”
Qin Yu directly abandoned the idea of participating in the war against the undead. The Holy See alone could handle it, and with the Radiant Sanctuary backing them to ensure victory, anyone else going would at best sip the leftover broth and gain nothing else.
The true bounty lay with the Green Forest. The Green Forest Tribes would launch a large-scale raid from the east toward the southwest border.
From Qin Yu’s territory, marching to the border region at a normal pace would take less than two days.
“However, before that, let’s raise the children’s strength to at least Tier 3. I hope those fellows delivering themselves to our doorstep won’t disappoint me.”
Qin Yu warmly welcomed the Ten Directions Extinguished guild delivering themselves right to him. While he didn’t like trouble, how could he refuse a free delivery of resources?
“Brother Yu!”
Rock Sugar Pear called out so suddenly that Qin Yu almost failed to react.
The abruptly appearing Rock Sugar Pear grabbed Qin Yu’s arm and tugged him outward. “Brother Yu, come look at the nameplate we just made!”
“Huh?”
Qin Yu was bewildered. What nameplate? Once pulled outside, he saw Don Quixote and the others holding several signs, which looked like markers used to outline territory boundaries.
“Why did you guys make something like this?”
“Candied Hawthorn said it adds a sense of ritual.” Don Quixote shifted the blame directly onto Candied Hawthorn.
“Mhm, we didn’t have a good name for our guild before, but now we do!”
Candied Hawthorn and the other girls held up a sign. The guild name written on it was…
“Sweet and Sour Glutinous Rice Pear?”
Seeing the name, Qin Yu didn’t even know what to say. In his past life, Don Quixote’s guild had indeed been called this—an utterly absurd name.
As for how they developed initially, Qin Yu wasn’t entirely sure. Now the timeline had been disrupted, and since these people had latched onto him, Qin Yu truly couldn’t predict where things would go.
What Qin Yu didn’t know in his past life was that Don Quixote and her friends hadn’t possessed a Territory Core at the start. Since Sugar hated pay-to-win gaming, someone in the team had directly bought a Territory Core at a high price—as for who…
“How is it? Isn’t it a great name?”
Don Quixote spoke in a tone akin to showing off, incorporating the IDs of all five members into the name.
“It’s fine, but I feel like an outsider.”
These people ate his food and lived under his roof, yet they didn’t even include him when naming the guild. Qin Yu put on a deeply saddened expression.
“Brother Yu, don’t be sad! We’ll make another one!”
Seeing Qin Yu like this, Rock Sugar Pear immediately went into comforting mode.
“I know!”
The youngest, Glutinous Rice Ball, raised her hand to speak. “Let’s call it Sweet and Sour Glutinous Rice Pear Fish!”
“???”
“???”
“???”
The others didn’t know what to say; she was truly a naming genius.
“Little Rice Ball, you really are a genius at naming things.”
“Is it bad?” Glutinous Rice Ball tilted her head, asking with a naive, innocent look.
“Point deduction for terrible puns,” Qin Yu roasted. “You guys figure this out. Now, there’s something very important. Did you forget something major?”
“Oh, I remember! The challenge letter! Almost forgot!”
Don Quixote suddenly woke up, and the others realized it too. These girls had been so focused on thinking of a name that they completely forgot someone was coming to attack them. Women’s lives were always so carefree and optimistic.
There was no such thing as a peaceful era; it was simply that someone was carrying the burden for them.
Qin Yu actually worried that he might turn them soft. In his past life, they were formidable heroines of the clouds; in this life, they might turn straight into lazy female shut-ins. That wouldn’t do at all.
“Isn’t Brother Yu here? Dealing with that annoying man will be a breeze!”
Rock Sugar Pear transformed into a little fan-girl, buttering Qin Yu up. In reality, it was true; she had checked the standing of Ten Directions Extinguished.
Compared to other small guilds, they were overwhelming, but against Qin Yu, getting steamrolled was more likely.
Yin Feixue alone could string up ten Ten Directions Extinguished guilds and beat them upside down.
“Forget it, you’re all scatterbrained. If you have time, remember to help me procure some items; I posted the list on the table. Also, the army from Ten Directions Extinguished should arrive in about 2 days. Please participate in the battle as well—your current tiers are dragging you down too much.”
These girls were barely past Tier 2. In the future, there would be dedicated player guild wars with very generous rewards; having too low a tier simply wouldn’t cut it.
Qin Yu had Luna, so he didn’t need to worry about low tiers. In player-versus-player combat, bringing non-player combatants wasn’t allowed, but Luna wasn’t a non-player—she was a “weapon” Qin Yu had crafted: a combat automaton.
As was well known, he was an alchemist, so in a one-on-one PVP match, using automatons he crafted to single-handedly beat the opponent was completely reasonable…
