Chapter 45: The Palace

Ye Feng put on the bunny-girl outfit with surprising ease. The tight, sleek sensation of the sheer stockings wrapped snugly around his legs, though the overall fit felt utterly bizarre.

Particularly down around his waist—whether out of sheer malice or a twisted sense of humor, Murong Fanghua had completely confiscated his underwear.

“You look stunning,” Murong Fanghua purred, pulling Ye Feng into her arms with a quick, decisive motion and resting his body securely across her thighs.

Ye Feng’s cheeks flushed a bright crimson, and he didn’t dare make a single sound. The most primal physical instincts pulsed within his chest.

Though he tried with all his mental might to convince himself that this was wrong, that he shouldn’t be giving in like this… he… he just couldn’t resist the surging warmth. Especially right now…

“Do you want it?”

Murong Fanghua leaned close, her breath warm against his cheek. Before he could stop himself, the word slipped out of his mouth: “Yes…”

“Heh, but I don’t feel like giving it to you just yet.”

“Ngh…!”

Panic flared in Ye Feng’s eyes, his expression contorting in desperate frustration.

“Unless… you beg me.”

With his thoughts completely scrambled, Ye Feng lost all capacity for rational reflection, blurting out frantically: “Please… I beg you…”

“Not good enough. I am your master—you need to address me properly!”

“Ngh… M-Master… please, I beg you!”

“Good boy. Since my cute little pet is begging so pitifully, how could I possibly refuse?”

With that, Murong Fanghua discarded all restraint, lifting Ye Feng and setting him directly atop the dining table before them.

And just like that, Ye Feng received exactly what his body had been aching for.

It was only after the storm had fully passed that Ye Feng’s cognitive awareness slowly trickled back. He slapped his own forehead in deep frustration. This isn’t me… I would never behave like this!

Recalling how shamelessly he had acted—no different from a brainless, desperate mess—a wave of self-loathing washed over him. He hadn’t wanted any of this, so why did his body betray him so easily?

What Ye Feng failed to realize was that in this world, once a male’s internal biological changes reached a certain stage, their subconscious maternal and reproductive instincts were activated. Naturally, their physical drive increased exponentially.

It was an instinct written directly into their genetics—a biological imperative that even the strongest will couldn’t suppress, let alone someone as vulnerable as Ye Feng.

Shaking his head, Ye Feng vowed to himself that he would never lose control like this again. Sitting up, he looked down at the shredded remnants of his stockings and sighed inwardly.

Even if it was female clothing, it was still a decent outfit; yet here it was, completely ruined in less than half a day.

“Awake already, sweetie?”

Murong Fanghua walked over carrying a fresh designer bag.

“Here are your new clothes. Make sure to dress up nicely for me.”

Ye Feng took the bag and peeked inside. Unsurprisingly, it was another female outfit—a classic blue-and-white sailor-style uniform.

“Don’t worry, I won’t touch you after you put this on.”

Ye Feng remained silent. At this point, whether she touched him or not hardly mattered—he was already her captive anyway. Abandoning any lingering hesitation, he pulled out the outfit and began changing right in front of her.

Watching his unabashed movements, Murong Fanghua swallowed hard, forcing her rising desires back down.

Pulling the knee-high white socks over his smooth calves, Ye Feng couldn’t help but notice how strikingly similar they were to the pair Mu Yuchen had once given him.

“Alright, let’s go.”

Murong Fanghua took Ye Feng’s hand, leading him out of the luxury cabin. Standing outside, Qingning and a large retinue of personnel had been waiting for quite some time.

Originally, Qingning was meant to stay behind in the coastal metropolis to assist Gu Yuxin in dismantling the Mu family’s holdings. However, after the events of yesterday, Murong Fanghua deemed Mu Yuchen no longer worth her attention and recalled Qingning immediately. That was why Qingning hadn’t been by her side when they left for the airport.

Stepping out onto the private tarmac, Ye Feng froze in absolute astonishment.

Flanking the exit was a massive line of bodyguards clad in crisp black suits. Between them ran a long, lush red carpet, stretching toward a grand, majestic palace in the distance.

It was the kind of fairytale castle that existed only in storybooks—a structure he had never even imagined in his wild dreams.

“Let’s move, sweetie.”

Murong Fanghua guided Ye Feng into a open-air shuttle, with Qingning taking the driver’s seat.

Ye Feng’s head spun. Thousands of staff members lined the estate grounds, their eyes fixed directly on him as the shuttle glided past. He had never experienced this level of public attention in his entire life, and the intense scrutiny made him deeply uncomfortable.

Murong Fanghua, on the other hand, looked completely in her element, occasionally waving and offering polite smiles to the surrounding crowd.

One was clearly an ultimate extrovert, while the other suffered from severe social anxiety.

Finally, the agonizing public procession came to an end as the group entered the central palace halls.

“Qingning, take my little pet to my quarters. I need to report to Mother.”

“Understood, Miss.”

Ye Feng cast a hesitant, reluctant glance at Murong Fanghua as she turned away. It wasn’t that he was attached to her, but in such an overwhelming, unfamiliar environment, he naturally gravitated toward the one person he actually knew.

“This way.”

Qingning’s cold, detached voice pulled his attention back, leaving him no choice but to follow closely behind her.

The palace was absurdly vast. By the time they reached a grand set of double doors, Ye Feng’s legs were thoroughly numb from walking.

“This is Miss Murong’s residence. Stay inside and do not wander off. If you are hungry, inform the guards outside.”

“Thank you…” Ye Feng offered politely.

Meanwhile, Murong Fanghua strode into the central administrative hall—the room where her mother handled state affairs on a daily basis.

Sure enough, sitting at the head of the raised dais was a woman of noble, regal elegance, immersed in a mountain of official documentation.

“Mother.”

Hearing the voice, the woman raised her head, her eyes lighting up as she recognized her daughter.

“Fanghua? You’re back?”

“Yes, Mother, I’ve returned.”

“You came back at the perfect time! I have a mountain of administrative files that need your attention—come here, quickly!”

Confirming it was indeed her daughter, Murong Qingning immediately flashed a beaming smile, pulling Murong Fanghua straight into the executive seat.

She was finally liberated from these agonizing state reports! With her daughter away these past few days, managing the entire territory’s bureaucracy had nearly driven her to exhaustion.

“Uh…” Murong Fanghua chuckled weakly. “Mother, I…”

“Aiya, we can discuss other matters later! Help me go through these pressing files first.”

“Alright, fine…” Murong Fanghua sighed helplessly, picking up a pen to review the administrative paperwork.

Now free from her duties, Murong Qingning settled into an armchair, sipping warm tea to relax while quietly inquiring with an aide about her daughter’s recent excursion.

When she learned that her daughter had disappeared for days simply to retrieve a young man from a rival city, she cast a surprised, curious glance at Murong Fanghua.

She knew her daughter’s refined, demanding tastes all too well—ordinary men wouldn’t catch her eye for a single second. For Murong Fanghua to personally travel thousands of miles to bring this boy back meant he was anything but ordinary.

I should definitely find time to meet this little guy myself, she thought with an amused smile, and see what kind of charm he possesses.
