The Flower Queen’s tone seemed gentle, but to Mo Yinling, it carried a hidden blade, sending a chill down her spine.
“H-How could that be?”
Her entanglement with this Miss Flower Queen went way back—in short, a failed offline meeting.
Our dear Miss Mo Yinling, who wore a persona even in real life, was naturally even more arrogant and domineering online. The image she crafted couldn’t be said to be unlike her; it was entirely disconnected.
Just the ID ‘Little Bell’ conjured up a pure, sweet, naive, and mischievous lively girl. And Mo Yinling played that role perfectly—so that wherever she went, people would unconsciously look after her.
With a syrupy voice that could melt hearts, Mo Yinling quickly found her first sugar daddy, and victim—’Flower Full Moon.’
The dreadful name even fooled Mo Yinling. Since he never used voice chat, she assumed he was a lecherous middle-aged man. She scammed him without mercy, even escalating her demands.
With his funding, the most expensive in-game items and character skins became as common as roadside weeds to Mo Yinling.
But she was cautious. She never revealed her address or accepted any substantial gifts, to avoid the day her victim might show up at her door, forcing her to flee—too much trouble.
So even if the money didn’t come through immediately, Mo Yinling chose to keep leading him on with her voice and online photos, focusing on a long-term scheme.
But as time went on, the sugar daddy naturally grew tired of this endless teasing and decisively demanded a meeting.
Unable to dodge, Mo Yinling decided to face it head-on.
She used her disguise skills to transform herself, planning to set up a honey trap for him.
To teach this scumbag who bought women online a good lesson!
Yet when Mo Yinling arrived at the venue, she was horrified to discover that he wasn’t the greasy man she’d imagined—but actually a great witch recorded on the CCB wanted list.
She was terrified out of her wits and went through the first date in fear and trembling.
How could the Flower Queen, one of the three overlords of the Water Moon Tower, be a repressed online game addict? That made no sense at all!
Fortunately, Miss Flower Queen didn’t lay a hand on her. At most, she held her hand while shopping and bought her plenty of new clothes. But Mo Yinling’s mind was a mess of panic; she had no heart to enjoy it, only wanting to escape as fast as possible.
After a long day, Mo Yinling finally escaped the Flower Queen’s clutches. Once home, she didn’t hesitate to delete her account, remove her friends, and change her contact information in a swift one-two-three.
Mo Yinling wasn’t naive enough to think the Flower Queen would be shaken off so easily. That very night, she abandoned her old fake identity, even losing her hard-earned network, and fled all the way to the northern part of the city.
But the Flower Queen was no ordinary person. Having spent so much money only to be rebuffed, she had long suspected Mo Yinling had ulterior motives. So shortly after their meeting, she left a safety measure.
The next day, Mo Yinling felt a strange warmth in her lower abdomen. Looking down, well, magic runes.
What followed was an unforgettable love-hate struggle. The details are too many to recount, but in the end, Mo Yinling barely escaped with her life.
Though she no longer dared to provoke anyone online after that, her nature remained unchanged. She still came to the Water Moon Tower for amusement—and now, the wicked woman had caught her again.
“Little Silver Bell, this time, I won’t let you slip away so easily~”
The Flower Queen had matured a lot since they first met. Gone was the awkwardness in her speech; now she exuded a charming and seductive allure, so real it seemed no disguise at all.
Giggling, the Flower Queen sat down across from Mo Yinling. Thus, the game was set.
“Alright, since everyone’s here, let me explain the rules. First, there’s no limit to the number of rounds. The game continues until one side loses all their chips.”
“But how can we possibly win? You can create as many chips as you want!”
Hearing Liu Qingruo’s indignation, Yuque smiled faintly.
“What if I said the chips are magical power?”
Liu Qingruo froze, momentarily hesitant.
Using magical power as chips, gambling until it’s all gone… No wonder there was no mention of stakes—the one who runs out of magic will inevitably lose their ability to resist, becoming a lamb for slaughter, at the mercy of the opponent.
‘Why does that sound tempting?’
As she spoke, Yuque handed out several special straws. At one end was a suction cup, connected to a special container.
Seeing the shape of the suction cup, Liu Qingruo’s face flushed. Carefully, she moved it down along her collar, only to have Ye Qing smack her on the head.
Liu Qingruo pouted in dissatisfaction, then saw that Yuque across from her simply attached the suction cup to the inside of her arm. The Flower Queen did the same. Both watched her reaction with interest, as if they had already sensed her uniqueness.
“Miss Liu, should I call you naive or innocent? … You’re actually quite adorable.”
The Flower Queen laughed, her body trembling like a flower in the wind.
‘Does this little girl think that evil organizations are all about lewd stuff? Well, she doesn’t seem very proper herself.’
“Don’t laugh! It’s your fault for giving me such a bad impression…”
Liu Qingruo grumbled as she attached the suction cup to her hand.
The moment it touched her skin, she felt a slight numbness. The cup seemed to have a mind of its own, firmly latching onto her slender arm.
Tiny, sharp probes pricked through her skin, delving into her blood vessels, greedily searching for magic.
It wasn’t unpleasant, just a little tingly—but if it were somewhere else, it probably wouldn’t be so pleasant…
After the connection, a long string of numbers appeared on the container: 761505.
This was Liu Qingruo’s current magic index, a respectable number.
But looking at the two across from her, it seemed utterly pale.
Mo Yinling was slightly lower than Liu Qingruo, about 650,000, while the two overlords were both over a million.
“Don’t blame us for bullying the weak. If we wanted, we could just attack, but that would go against our principles, so let’s continue with the game.”
Ye Qing felt helpless.
She didn’t believe Yuque was kind enough to use a game just out of goodwill—most likely, it was to secure a more advantageous position.
But they had no reason to refuse. After all, fighting would be the worst outcome.
“Then let’s continue. I’m really good at this!”
—She meant a natural win and a slot machine.
Hearing that, Yuque gave a ghostly smile.
“Then… good luck, Miss Liu.”
