Chapter 34: A Morning in the Tent

“Hey hey, what do you mean ‘cute is enough’?” General Cloud immediately lost his composure.

“Hehehe.” I snickered quietly, continuing to savor the delicious food.

“General, why are you so worked up? Just eat the meat. It’d be a waste if it gets cold. Ah-woo–” Yi Qin said, taking a big bite.

“Pfft hahaha!” Immediately, I heard Yun Feibai laughing as he sat up from the bed.

“Damn, you’re awake! Hmm–” My face flushed. This was genuine embarrassment.

“Oh dear, oh dear, I’ve been watching you for a while. What are you doing?” Yun Feibai laughed so hard tears came out.

“I, I’m just exercising my muscles. I want to become a general too, so… first… I’m training.” ‘Ahh, what am I saying!’ I felt inexplicably shy.
