I’ve also thought about hacking the Sword and Bai Li Mie Tian, but unlike that salted fish we hacked before, people of this level aren’t just players—they’re part of maintaining the Second World’s normal order and development. Breaking the rules like that would definitely cause an uproar and attract the attention of relevant authorities. Yingning and I are now in the territory of the [Snow Mountain Tribe] monsters, northeast of Minos City. In the wilderness, groups of red-named Snow Mountain Tribe monsters are hunting snow rabbits and snow foxes. If Yingning and I appear in their sight, we’ll also be added to their menu, triggering an inevitable battle.
The Snow Mountain Tribe are level 50 half-human, half-beast monsters with rich experience. So although Yingning and I are exploring slowly, we’ve gained a lot—we even hope more of these Snow Mountain Tribe monsters will come.
While searching for the task’s giant beast corpse and clearing out batches of Snow Mountain Tribe monsters, Yingning’s level climbed back to 39.
“This is a fast training spot. After finishing the main quest, we can come here to level up. Qingyu and you can pull aggro, and with two mages and me AoE-ing, it should be efficient.”
The mission comes first.
Six hours have passed since we went online. As soon as we logged in, we formed a team and started searching for the giant beast corpse near Minos City. Unfortunately, we’ve found nothing so far. As expected, main quests related to historical progression aren’t so simple.
“Oh, right, Xiaoya. My brother mailed me equipment—anonymously, even the item’s signature was fake. If he hadn’t attached a letter, I wouldn’t have known the sender was him… That idiot, I want to create materials for him, but no matter how I ask for his game ID, he won’t tell me.”

Hearing the team channel message, Yingning and I immediately hurried to the coordinates.

Yingning and I looked around. All we saw was vast white snow. There was no giant beast corpse—unless…
“Hmm~ Didn’t expect it, did you? It’s right under our feet!” Cannon Fairy raised her staff, chanted a spell, and a fireball blasted the snow, creating a huge crater several meters in radius.
Below the crater wasn’t snow or dark frozen soil, but a brownish-red frozen hide.
“The terrain started rising a kilometer out of Minos City. If that’s where this guy’s body begins… then this thing must be several kilometers long! How terrifying! This is at least a level 100 super monster!” Cannon Fairy said excitedly.
“What are you so happy about? Bah!” Huo Jinjin spat disdainfully. “If I weren’t so loose-lipped, would you have blasted me with that fireball? If you hadn’t blasted me, how would you have uncovered this beast?”

Cannon Fairy glared fiercely at Huo Jinjin, who glared back just as fiercely.
Seeing that the two stubborn mules couldn’t settle anytime soon, Yingning ignored them and took out a communication crystal. She input 1 and called Alekxia.
