Chapter 12: A Promise and a Kiss

Chen Lin treated his promise as a joke. But he didn’t know that the Yan before him didn’t see it that way at all.

Although it was just a verbal “engagement,” a promise was meant to be kept. It was the most important bond between her and the person she loved.

She had already asked Chen Lin again, and he had answered her so seriously. So how could Yan have any reason to doubt?
