Splash!
A spring pooled beneath a colossal dragon statue, water continuously flowing from its gaping maw.
On its surface, several crimson blossoms drifted. These were renowned medicinal herbs, coveted by the outside world, yet here they served merely as fragrant bath adornments.
“Rustle, rustle.” Eileen unfastened Faltis’s garments.
A faint mist clung to Faltis’s form, lending her an air of mystery.
Her jade-like feet gently touched the misty water, the temperature perfectly warm.
Having completed her task, Eileen prepared to leave, but Faltis called out to her. She leaned against the bank, softly uttering Eileen’s name.
Eileen immediately understood. She moved behind Faltis, gently wiping her back with a foam-covered sponge. “Lady Faltis, is the pressure satisfactory?”
Faltis offered no reply, only a comfortable sigh.
Eileen fetched a basin of warm water, rinsing the foam from Faltis’s body, revealing her exquisitely delicate skin.
After tending to everything, Eileen rose, intending to depart. However, Faltis seized her wrist, pulling her abruptly into the water.
The spring water soaked Eileen’s maid uniform, the fabric clinging to her form, allowing a glimpse of her fair skin beneath.
“What is it, Lady Faltis?”
Faltis stood, water droplets cascading down her tender, rosy skin. A blush on her ample bosom appeared utterly charming, and her smooth, intimate parts were laid bare before Eileen.
Faltis embraced Eileen from behind, her hands directly ascending to Eileen’s soft curves. Her golden tail intertwined with Eileen’s silver one.
She gently swayed Eileen’s body, for a Dragonkin’s tail was most sensitive at such a moment.
Eileen quickly found herself struggling to endure, bracing her hands against the bank.
“Eileen, are you keeping something from me?” Faltis could detect a scent on Eileen that was not her own.
“Lady Faltis, Lady Peroy visited today,” Eileen stated.
“Peroy…?” Faltis’s tone carried a distinct note of displeasure, for she knew all too well that Peroy harbored peculiar intentions toward her adorable little maid.
“Yes, the quinquennial Dragonkin Council is about to convene again, and Lady Peroy came to deliver the invitation.”
“Has that time come again?” Five years prior, Kassim had just transformed into Eileen, becoming her personal maid. Yet, her handling of all matters had been exceptionally proficient.
“This time, you shall accompany me again.”
“Understood.” Eileen would naturally never refuse Faltis’s request.
“But why did you keep it from me?” Faltis inquired.
“My apologies, Lady Faltis, I acted on my own initiative,” Eileen replied.
“Oh? On your own initiative? Do tell,” Faltis said, a hint of curiosity in her voice.
“Because it is now Lady Faltis’s time to rest. After all, you have just returned from outside and need proper recuperation. Moreover, this matter is still early, so I did not inform you immediately,” Eileen explained.
Faltis, of course, knew that her loyal little maid would never betray her.
The reason for her behavior was simply that she hadn’t seen her adorable little maid for a month, and her hands were itching, needing to feel something soft.
Finally, she gave Eileen’s ample chest a squeeze, eliciting a cute whimper from Eileen.
“Eileen, is there anything you wish to do?” Faltis asked.
“I only need to do my duty, serving Lady Faltis,” Eileen responded.
Eileen was almost too perfect. While Faltis was highly satisfied, she always felt as if something was missing.
Coincidentally, Eileen had just presented her with an opportunity to make things more interesting.
“Lady Faltis, may I ask you a question?”
“Oh? What question?”
In these five years, Eileen had almost never asked her anything. She was like a perfect automaton, obeying her commands. The fact that Eileen would inquire today piqued Faltis’s interest.
“Damocles… what is it?” Eileen felt a headache coming on when she heard that name today.
“Damocles, a family of dragon slayers. Essentially, most of the famous dragon slayers in the Empire’s history originated from Damocles.”
“Then, today’s intruder, someone said the swordsmanship I used came from the Damocles family.”
In truth, this was not the first time Eileen had heard this. Whenever she fought, some of the Dragonkin around her would feel fear, and she had occasionally overheard the name Damocles. However, today was the first time she had heard it from a human.
“It’s quite simple. You were once a challenger from the Damocles family, eventually defeated by me, and then transformed into this, becoming my maid. Therefore, it’s perfectly normal for you to use the Damocles family’s swordsmanship.” Faltis revealed the truth.
Of course, because the truth was too absurd, Eileen naturally wouldn’t believe it. “Lady Faltis, please don’t jest.”
“Hmph, hmph.” Faltis’s golden tail lifted Eileen’s chin, just as it had during their first meeting. “Then get tidied up and wait in bed. Tonight, I desire jasmine. Do you understand?”
“Yes, I understand.” Eileen didn’t dwell on it, tidying the bath and collecting Faltis’s discarded clothes. They still held Faltis’s warmth and a faint, fresh scent.
As she held Faltis’s clothes and prepared to leave, her ears twitched slightly, as if she’d heard a movement. Yet, no alarm sounded within the castle, nor did she sense anyone else’s presence.
She glanced around, seeing nothing unusual. Just as Eileen was about to dismiss it as her imagination and leave,
She lowered her head, and an inadvertent glance caught sight of a dark figure reflected in the spring water.
“Who’s there?!” Eileen eyed the water vigilantly. As this was a bathroom, Eileen had not brought any weapons. Moreover, to appear here without a sound, they were certainly no ordinary person.
After a brief standoff, Eileen saw no action from the other party and moved to the side.
Eileen’s purple eyes widened. She saw a fully armored swordsman.
“A dragon slayer?! Why are they here?”
