Chapter 80: The Sky-Tinted Fantasy Isle

“Lady Faltis.” Eileen knocked on the door, but strangely, it seemed as though Faltis wasn’t inside.

Yet, Eileen knew with absolute certainty that Faltis was definitely in there.

“Lady Faltis, I have a key, you know. If you don’t answer, I’ll have no choice but to open it myself.” Eileen stated.

Still, Faltis remained unresponsive inside the room.

Eileen placed her hand on it…

“Lady Faltis! You’re cheating, aren’t you?!” Faltis had actually revoked her own permission to open the door.

Faltis’s trickery left her exasperated.

“If you insist on playing dirty, then I will too,” Eileen declared.

Faltis, intrigued, wondered what method Eileen would use to get her way.

“I’ll go wash off my jasmine scent right now and replace it with a fragrance you absolutely detest, Lady Faltis,” Eileen announced.

Seeing that Faltis still had no intention of opening the door, Eileen turned and walked away.

However, just as Eileen turned, Faltis’s door slowly creaked open.

“I didn’t expect you to have learned such mischievous ways after only ten days apart, Eileen,” Faltis remarked.

“If Lady Faltis hadn’t been so stubborn, I wouldn’t have resorted to this.” Eileen walked in, holding their dinner. “Lady Faltis, I haven’t arrived late, have I?”

“Indeed, you haven’t. Our agreed time was eight o’clock tonight, but you arrived early,” Faltis replied.

Eileen fell silent. Being late or not was merely an excuse; even if she hadn’t been late, Faltis would have found another reason.

‘Must I really do this with her finger today?’

“Lady Faltis, dinner is ready for you. If I had known this, I would have just been late. That way, I would have had ample time to prepare your meal,” Eileen said, placing the dinner on the table.

“Aren’t you angry?” Faltis inquired.

“A little.”

“Then why don’t you say it? I know! You want to eat it yourself, don’t you?” Faltis teased.

“Lady Faltis, please be a little serious.”

“Sometimes, being a woman can be quite despairing, especially when your master is so improper.”

“As a servant, one must be prepared for anything, no matter how unreasonable the master’s demands…”

“…can be accepted?”

“How could that be?” Eileen shot Faltis a sidelong glance. “If a demand is truly too excessive, I will refuse it. And at that point, I will genuinely be angry, Lady Faltis.”

Faltis then pressed further.

“In other words, are you angry about this particular request?”

“Right now, I am furious!”

‘If you hadn’t said anything, and I hadn’t, we could have just pretended everything was fine and moved past it. But you just had to bring it up, so now Eileen is going to explode on you!’

“But I merely wanted you to help me choose my pajamas for later. Is that truly an excessive request?” Faltis asked.

“…Not excessive,” Eileen conceded, taking a deep breath.

‘No! Why, after all this time, is Faltis still able to manipulate me so completely?’

Faltis stood before the wardrobe, carefully selecting clothes. “Which outfit do you think I should wear?”

“Lady Faltis looks beautiful in anything,” Eileen offered politely.

“What’s that? Then let me rephrase: which outfit would you prefer me to wear to bed with you?” Faltis asked.

“Something with fewer buttons, and no accessories on the clothes. Lady Faltis, you know my tail is very sensitive…” Eileen realized she had rambled on.

Yet, Faltis decisively chose a set of pajamas with many buttons.

“Lady Faltis!” Eileen still wanted to protest.

However, Faltis immediately began to undress on the spot, intending to change into her pajamas.

Having no other option, Eileen turned her back. But this action provided Faltis with a perfect opportunity, as she reached from behind Eileen and cupped her ample bosom.

“Faltis…”

Subsequently, Faltis pulled her directly onto the bed.

Just as Eileen anticipated Faltis would continue, Faltis suddenly paused.

“Lady Faltis?”

Faltis held Eileen’s waist. “Do you remember that flower I mentioned last time?”

‘?’ Eileen seemed to catch that familiar scent once more.

“Lady Faltis?”

‘Damn it, was this her true objective all along?’

Faltis merely held Eileen, but upon catching the scent, Eileen felt Faltis’s hands grow warm, strangely so. Every place she touched left a burning sensation, causing Eileen’s breathing to quicken involuntarily.

“I lied to you last time. That flower was actually just a flower.” Faltis stated.

“Eh?”

Upon hearing Faltis’s words, Eileen genuinely felt that there was nothing strange about it.

‘No, no, that’s not right! Faltis is definitely trying to make me think that first, then make me extremely shy! This is absolutely Faltis’s conspiracy!’

‘Otherwise, what was happening to me just now? It couldn’t possibly be my own problem, could it?’

“I truly didn’t lie to you.”

Faltis released her hold on Eileen’s waist.

She picked up a flower from the table. “If you don’t believe me, take a look.”

She placed the flower before Eileen’s nose.

The scent indeed emanated from the flower, but that didn’t prove anything!

“I understand. You just don’t want to believe that it’s your own desire, do you? You just refuse to believe that you’re actually a very lecherous person, right?” Faltis said.

“This is absolutely—”

Eileen had barely opened her mouth when Faltis stuffed the flower into it.

The scent felt very peculiar, especially like…

“Isn’t this just the seasoning you usually use when you cook?” Faltis stated.

At this, Eileen fell completely silent.

“Admit it. Facing your desires isn’t something to be ashamed of. Of course, your desires can only be unleashed in front of me. When I’m not around, you’ll just have to endure it.”

Faltis lifted Eileen’s tail, massaging it with her fingers.

Faltis’s tail brushed against the buttons on her pajamas.

‘Lady Faltis…’

‘Close your eyes, clear your mind, and simply enjoy all of this.’ Faltis’s words echoed in Eileen’s ears.

Eileen’s consciousness wished to resist, but she found herself unable to exert any strength.

The next second, Eileen felt a soft touch on her lips, accompanied by a delightful fragrance.

As Eileen attempted to open her eyes, she heard the devil’s whisper.

“If you want your tail to become a plug, then open your eyes.”

Eileen: ‘I’ve been good, please let me go.’

Sometimes, there truly was no need to overthink. It was better to simply lie comfortably in bed; there was no need to ponder so many vexing matters, as only she would suffer.

Eileen had come to terms with it. Let it be. It was as if her struggles were futile anyway; she had already given up!

Eileen tidied the room and packed a few sets of clothes.

“Lady Faltis.”

“Mm.”

The two arrived at the top floor of the Golden Dragon Sanctuary.

Next, they were bound for the Sky-Tinted Fantasy Isle.

Eileen had barely known this name, having only encountered mentions of it occasionally in ancient books.

However, because the descriptions were so fantastical, others dismissed them as mere fairy tales for children.

It was a dreamlike island, a kingdom belonging to dragons, far removed from the clamor of the mundane world. It opened only once every five years.

‘So, it really exists? The Sky-Tinted Fantasy Isle,’ Eileen mused with a touch of wonder.

Although Eileen had visited once before, it was when her memories had not yet been restored. While she hadn’t forgotten the experience, she was now perceiving it from a human perspective.

‘Otherwise, why would it be called a fantasy?’

Faltis smiled.

Before she became the Golden Dragon Queen, she too had believed that this island didn’t exist, but only by experiencing it firsthand could one truly know.

“Then, how do we get there? The same way as last time?” Eileen asked.

“Transform for me,” Faltis instructed.

“Transform? Transform into what?” Eileen was utterly bewildered.

“Into a dragon, of course. What else could it be?” Faltis gave Eileen a look.

But the problem was, Eileen truly didn’t know how to transform. She could grow a tail or wings, but transforming into a dragon was beyond her current abilities.

Even before her memories were restored, let alone after, Eileen had never once transformed into a giant dragon. It was even more impossible now.

“Watch closely.”

Faltis spread her golden dragon wings behind her, enveloping her entire body. When the dragon wings unfurled once more, a majestic golden dragon appeared before Eileen.

The fully extended golden wings seemed to shroud the sky.

This was Faltis’s complete form, sacred and beautiful.

Mysterious, majestic, pure, and… suffocatingly powerful.

Just by Faltis standing there, Eileen could feel an overwhelming pressure that made it hard to breathe, even causing her to forget to inhale.

‘So beautiful…’

This was simply incomparable to Saiana’s full form.

Subsequently, a golden light flashed, then dissipated.

Faltis stood before Eileen.

“How was it? Did you learn?”

“How could I learn that? I can’t just cover my body with wings and transform, can I?”

Eileen found her perspective suddenly much higher.

Faltis looked like a tiny ant by her feet.

“You really are a genius!”

“…” Eileen glanced at her claws, realizing she truly had transformed.

“This isn’t something you need to learn; it’s an innate ability for dragons. As long as you possess the power, you can transform into a dragon at any time.”

Faltis flapped the small wings on her back and flew to Eileen’s head.

“Let’s go.”

“But, Lady Faltis, I don’t know the way,” Eileen said.

“Anywhere can lead to the Sky-Tinted Fantasy Isle. You just need to fly high, keep climbing upwards, and leave everything else to me,” Faltis explained.

“I understand.” Eileen flapped her massive wings, rapidly ascending toward the sky.

‘So fast…’ This was a speed Eileen had never felt before.

They soared past the clouds, and Eileen sensed the presence of a barrier before them.

Eileen had no intention of stopping.

She felt a terrifying surge of magical power emanating from above her head.

“Grand Magic.”

‘So, the way to the Sky-Tinted Fantasy Isle is to directly break through the barrier.’

Eileen had assumed they would have to follow the previous path.

Eileen seized the opportunity, passing through the barrier, which then swiftly restored itself.

Soon after passing through the barrier, one needed speed and powerful magic to shatter it.

These two points alone were enough to rule out many other convoluted methods.

Eileen flew for another hour, and finally, they caught sight of the outline of the Sky-Tinted Fantasy Isle.

As it was an island belonging to the dragon race, the space outside the city was vast, large enough to accommodate many giant dragons landing simultaneously.

However, because Eileen had arrived early, she didn’t see any other dragons around. She simply found a wide-open area and descended.

Then, another question arose. “Lady Faltis, how do I transform back?”

“Just do as you did before,” Faltis replied.

The massive wings covered Eileen’s body, and the giant dragon’s form slowly diminished, transforming into her dragon maid appearance.

The pair of small wings on her back rested on her skirt, and her waist-length silver hair danced in the wind.

Eileen ran her fingers through her silver hair, gazing at the enormous city gates with a surreal feeling.

“Let’s go.”

“Oh! Mm…”

Eileen followed behind Faltis, passing through the city gates, and officially entered the dreamlike island.
