“Am I in heaven…?” Felicia whispered while eating.
After her vision focused, she saw that it was Anna feeding her.
And what Anna was feeding her was… red date soup.
“?” Felicia looked confused.
“The master just said your period has arrived, and asked me to prepare something to replenish your blood,” Anna explained, apparently noticing Felicia’s confusion.

As Felicia walked down the corridor, she noticed that the library’s door was open.

So Felicia walked in, thinking that Seraphina might be reading there.

“If one day I end up fighting Seraphina, whose side would you take?”
“Master, that question is like the human dilemma of ‘who would you save first if your girlfriend and mother fall into the water’…” Taosu remarked.
“But she’s just my employer, while you’re my contractor and my master. Of course I would help you.”
“But I find it strange,” Taosu continued. “Lady Seraphina is powerful, beautiful, from a prominent family, and incredibly wealthy.”
“Without exaggeration, the noble sons pursuing Lady Seraphina could line up from the castle gate to the other side of the mountain.”
“Yet someone like that treats you so well. I can’t understand why you want to run away.”
“…” Felicia was silent for a moment. “She’s good to me, that’s true, but is that really love?”

“Alright, then let me help you!” Felicia grabbed a broom from the corner of the library and began cleaning together with Taosu.
