Although she had the dragon’s attention, her movements were so nimble that no matter how much fire the beast spewed, it couldn’t touch a single hair on her head.
Charlotte had already pinned numerous ice pillars around the dragon to block the flames. The dragon’s fire couldn’t break through the circle of ice, which prevented further substantial damage to the shell of the abandoned factory.
Next, she only needed to completely exhaust the restless magical energy within Lillian’s body.
The fastest way to drain magical power was, without a doubt, to engage in a fierce battle, inducing her to vent all the pent-up fire in her heart.
As Charlotte flew around on her magic broomstick, Lillian continuously sent out warnings to her.

Within moments, the red dragon and its fire were encased in a thick layer of ice, standing like an exquisite ice sculpture.
Witnessing this, Sakurako Aya couldn’t help but sigh.
“Looks like that girl won. Great, we’re finally safe.”
“Wait, why am I rooting for her?”
However, the good times didn’t last. The dragon’s fire suddenly broke through the icy restraint, completely engulfing Charlotte.
The flames rampaged within the space enclosed by the ice pillars, gradually shattering and melting away all the ice.

Aya looked up and saw Charlotte, like a descending angel, landing on the red dragon’s forehead and placing a gentle kiss upon it.
As if time had stopped, the dragon’s movements froze.
Next, it seemed to be enjoying Charlotte’s kiss.
“Wow! Doesn’t she find that hot?” Aya chose this moment to utter an atmosphere-killing complaint.
Sensing the time was right, Charlotte ended the kiss. Suddenly, she opened her mouth wide in a departure from her usual self, as if seeing a delicious plate of roasted meat, and bit directly into the dragon’s forehead.
Immediately, hot magical blood splattered out. The dragon let out a deafening roar of pain, its body shaking so violently that the ground trembled.
The reason Charlotte had bitten the dragon was to suck all the turbulent magical energy from its body into her own.
Of course, she couldn’t tame this turbulent energy in a short time, but she could release it in a place where it wouldn’t harm anyone innocent.
However, the dragon’s body was still too hot for Charlotte. She swore to herself that she would never again entertain the strange idea of “trying a four-thousand-degree Lillian.”
But even so, Charlotte didn’t let go easily. She kept her teeth clamped firmly on the dragon’s forehead until she had sucked all the turbulent magical energy into her mouth.
